We recently visited Footsteps Nursery and overall had a very positive first impression. The manager was lovely, welcoming, and took the time to show us around. The nursery itself was clean, well-organised, and had a warm, friendly atmosphere. Most importantly, our child absolutely loved the place and seemed very comfortable and happy during the visit.

The only downside has been the registration process. We have been waiting for several weeks for updates, and even simple steps such as receiving the registration form by email have taken much longer than expected and we never recived it till date or no updates. Better communication and a more efficient follow-up process would greatly improve the experience for prospective parents.

Overall, the nursery made a great impression on us, but the administration side could benefit from some improvement.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our children received at Footsteps nursery. Both of our children thrived during their time there, were always well looked after, and genuinely enjoyed attending. The staff created a warm, nurturing environment where they learned so much and developed in confidence. We're incredibly grateful for the positive impact the nursery has had on their early years.

I have always had a positive experience with this nursery. The staff have always given me such a genuine and thorough handover - updating me throughout the day on important moments. The staff have a genuine care and love for my child and this is why my child loves it here, feeling safe and they walk in with such confidence.

Great Nursery. Children learn and thrive and grow into amazing tiny humans. Highly recommend. Staff are brilliant and really know how to get the best out of the children. My children look forward to going and playing and exploring different things especially the forest school

By far the best nursery not only has my child progressed so much but he genuinely enjoys his time there. The staff have been incredible they're very attentive and thoughtful, my child adores them all. I can't recommend this nursery enough.

Fantastic Nursery. Fantastic Staff. Children are always doing something with a variety of activities. Outside time, walks around town, community feeling. The rooms are great and well laid out. Staff are amazing and very supportive. Can not reccommend another.

Our older children both attended Zipadees and it was also a natural choice for our youngest. She loves going, always rushes to get in. The ladies working at the nursery are wonderful, always happy to help and truely excited as children are achieving their milestones. It's such a lovely setting, I would recommend it to anyone.

I was very skeptical about sending my little boy to Nursery as our eldest had always been cared for by family. Zipadee's came as a recommendation, and I can't fault my decision in sending Layton. The staff are amazing and extremely accommodating. We have had a challenging few months with illness and dietary needs and they have helped and aided all the way, nothing has been too much of an ask! Each member of staff greets him by his name with a huge smile and he leaves happy, babbling about his day. He is learning so much with them and he's in great hands 10/10 all round :)

My daughter has had a wonderful time at Footsteps in Lichfield. She will be very sad to leave. She has learnt so much over the years at the nursery and has come on leaps and bounds with her development. My daughter is fairly shy with others, but has very much come out of her shell at nursery with all their support she has been given. Every day we pick her up, she is full of smiles. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to support the children. I feel that I can approach any staff member with a query and it will be listened too. Thank you also to the management team who excel in clear communication to parents and putting on lots of opportunities for parent engagement. We just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff who have made our daughter's start to education so wonderful!

Beautiful setting. Great staff and management. Really happy with the level of care. Outside space is amazing. They go for walks down the canal. Food is all homemade. Great facilities and lots of lovely wooden toys.

Arthur loves nursery and so do we. The staff are kind, supportive and truly care about the children. He always comes home happy, and you can clearly see that he feels secure and well looked after. We've seen such a positive difference in his confidence and development since starting. Communication is excellent, and as parents we feel reassured knowing he's in such a nurturing environment.

Our little boy has flourished since joining the nursery 2 and a half years ago. Every room has tailored to his needs, nothing is too much to ask. From potty training to learning numbers & letters, he has continued to thrive with the support of everybody. He has really struggled with fussy eating and the ladies have gone above and beyond to support us as parents improve this. To say he's now eating soup is a miracle! All staff are exceptional, we would highly recommend this nursery.

Zipadees has been amazing since my daughter started and I'm so pleased I chose this nursery. Before my daughter came to the nursery she was really shy and would cry at new people, but the staff have completely turned her around and she loves talking about nursery and the friends she has. The staff are all so lovely and always upbeat, no matter whether I'm dropping my daughter off at 8am or collecting her at 6pm, they are superwomen! I couldn't have wished or hoped for a better setting for my daughter to start her learning journey. I find all the girls so approachable and happy to answer any questions. The updates during the day are so nice to see, especially with the little pictures. Zipadees has such a home, family feel to it, which is one of the main things that stood out when viewing and I'm so thankful to the staff for creating such a positive experience for both myself and my daughter.

My son has been attending Zipadees for over a year now, and in that time his speech learning and understanding has developed so much, the practitioners go above and beyond for my son, staff are always so friendly and are always on hand to give you advice & support if needed my other two children also attend during school holidays, again staff are amazing with all my children and accommodate all there needs. By far the best nursery my children have attended, thankyou for always going above and beyond and thankyou for all being so amazing I'm so grateful.

My daughter started at footsteps in November last year. As a first time mom and someone who works within the early years sector, finding the right nursery was extremely difficult but from her very first settle the girls have been amazing! All the girls in the baby room have been so welcoming and supportive. Her key worker sends me updates and photos which clearly show how much fun my daughter is having and how well she has settled in.

Both of my children have attended Footsteps Cannock, with one still currently enrolled.

Throughout every room, they have been incredibly lucky to have such amazing key persons, supported by fantastic colleagues.

My little one takes part in a wide range of activities each day and is always eager to tell me all about what he's been up to.
