Debbie Older joined Junior’s in 2009 and has been the manager of Boughton Monchelsea since 2021. Debbie has over 25 years of experience in childcare. Debbie has a diploma in Preschool practice, a certificate of leadership and management, a Level 3 forest school practitioner, and a staff training qualification. Debbie holds a paediatric first aid qualification and is the head designated safeguarding lead and SENCo of Junior’s Day Nursery, Boughton Monchelsea.
