Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Droitwich Spa

The most welcoming environment. My partner and I received the most beautiful welcoming pack which had a poem in and a pack of tissues and other bits for leaving our baby for the first time. I got a warm welcome from my child's key person who has kept me informed of everything developmentally and of the day to day occurrences with my son. Can not rate this nursery enough.

Having used the Monday stay + play sessions this made the transition for our son to nursery sessions so effortless allowing us parents to come into the room for drop off + help him take his coat off etc unlike some door drop off nurseries. The staff at Droitwich are fabulous + have made every effort to make sure our son + us are happy + informed. We can tell by our sons cheerful behaviour that he is in the care of loving dedicated carers who certainly have a passion for children + their development + happiness.

They always have varied activities which my boy interacts with and loves and I always get updated woth various pictures

My son attended this nursery before he started reception. My two daughters go there and they love it. My daughter look forward to go there and learn lot of new things there. Staff is very kind and helpful. Manager always try to accommodate requests. Happy days is one of the best nursery in Droitwich.

We loved it from the minute we were shown around by the nursery manager. The nursery has such a bright open space with lots for the children to do. All members of staff seem to enjoy working there and all the children seem really happy. Our little boy has settled really quickly, we get regular updates throughout the day and the room leader fills us with confidence at the end of the day as she knows exactly what has happened with our little boy during the day. We have both been really impressed with how it is going so far.

Highly recommend Happy Days Nursery. Excellent all round. Staff have really helped my son develop and I love hearing about all the things he has learnt each evening. He really looks forward to going into nursery which is reassuring for me as well.

We are really happy with our experiences at Happy Days. The team is caring, willing and fully committed to helping our son with his development. They are also great at encouraging milestones. Such as potty training. We would recommend!

Lovely premises. Some of the staff have developed such bonds with our child that they feel like family now.

Overall an amazing nursery.

We've been very happy with the nursery. The facilities are great and all the staff are very accommodating. Our daughter has settled in well and is very happy going in each day. Special thanks to one staff member in particular in the admin office who was very helpful when it came to funding and is always quick to sort anything we need - his professionalism and management support is something we haven't seen at other nurseries and it is much appreciated!

Our child was struggling to settle at a previous setting. We decided to move our son and try something different which we did last October, although we were unsure if this would whelp to was just down to our child's emotions about being left at nursery. Our experience at Happy Days Droitwich has been fantastic, mostly down to the amazing staff who are really engaged in the wellbeing of our son, he is now confident and happy to walk into nursery down to the strong bond he has with the staff. This is invaluable and not always easy to find at a nursery, so a big thank you to everyone at Happy Days Droitwich!

Our little one has been going to Happy Days for a few weeks now and is settling in well. The staff are lovely, caring and very friendly! Great to have updates and photos every day showing what they are doing and how they are progressing.

My little one has been at the nursery since they opened in September and he has really thrived. The team have been amazing and really care for my little one. He had a smooth transition from the baby room to the next room and he is constantly learning new things. A fantastic nursery. New and purpose-built site does make things easier but what really makes Happy Days is the team. From those in the room to the management, admin and chefs. They all really care about the nursery and the children and understand how different they all are and how to interact with them. They are also always willing to offer assistance. Especially when I'm picking up or dropping off two children at once on my own.

We moved our daughter from another setting when Happy Days opened, and the change in her has been great. She has really come out of her shell and gained so much confidence. The staff you see are consistent, and you always get a great handover- you feel confident that they know your child. The facilities and learning environment are great. I would happily recommend this nursery to all.

We moved both of our children to Happy Days and this has been the best decision ever. They have come on so much, and do so much when at nursery, from football to cycling, to cooking, to making music, without even mentioning the ready-for-school curriculum and weekly activities. We are kept up to date throughout the day, and get lots of photos on the app daily so we can always see what our boys get up to. The staff are so caring and they have our full trust, we know that our boys are always in the safest hands and will have another jam-packed fantastic day when we drop them off. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough, they just go above and beyond what we could have ever wanted and expected.

Happy Days are amazing! I'm very happy I chose this nursery for my children. The process of starting my children with Happy Days was very quick and easy, the communication throughout was great! When both of my children started, Happy Days offered as many settling-in sessions as each child needed. My eldest loves going, he enjoys telling me about the activities he's been doing and what food he's eaten that day. My youngest has developed a good bond with his key person and happily goes to her in the morning with no hesitation. Everyone who works at the nursery is very welcoming and friendly, they take their time at the end of each day to speak to you about your child. They are always doing lots of different activities, the variety of food offered is fantastic and they spend lots of time outside in the garden. Thank you to everyone at Happy Days!

Everyone works together as a team to support each other, including management, admin and even the chef! They help to make each child feel valued, safe and supported, regardless of differences or abilities.
