My children both look forward to going to nursery. The staff are great and kind. They devise lots of interesting activities for the children. There is a lovely big garden for the children to play in. I would recommend this nursery.

Mama Bears is a very welcoming nursery that my children enjoy coming to. The staff are all lovely and caring and make such an effort to really know the children. The children do a variety of different stimulating activities which they love. I would recommend this nursery to others.

We couldn't have asked for a better nursery for our daughter. From the very first day, all the staff made her feel safe, happy, and loved. Over the past two years, she has grown so much in confidence, learned so many new skills, and made wonderful friendships.

Our child has thoroughly enjoyed every minute of her time at nursery. Every need of hers and ours has been exceeded. We will be sad to see her leave but know she has been put in a strong position to excel. Thanks hugely to nursery.

We have had a really positive experience with the nursery. The staff are excellent - warm, caring, attentive and clearly committed to creating a happy and supportive environment for the children. Most importantly, our son is very happy there and always seems settled, well looked after and excited to go in. We are very grateful for everything the team does.

Our son has been at Mama Bear on Thicket Avenue since he was just under a year. Now he's turned 3, is in the pre-school room and thriving. He's developed strong connections to the staff, especially Jasmine and Alice when he was in the Bouncies Room, and he's transitioned very well into pre-school. The staff are very helpful and encouraging, probably teaching him stuff before we even are! The overall setting is really nice, separate rooms based on age but they also have opportunities to mix around. There's a lovely outdoor space too, and even a sheltered outdoor patio for those iffy-weather days.

My daughter has attended Mama Bears since she was 10 months old. The staff are warm and welcoming and take the time to really get to know your child. My daughter loves going to Mama Bears and she is absolutely thriving there. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for nurseries!

My eldest has been at Mama Bears for 2.5 years, through every group from babies to pre-school. My youngest has been in the babies group for 6 months. I cannot speak more highly of Mama Bear's, particularly the staff. Every single one is engaged, lovely, and adored by all the kids. Transitions between groups have been managed really well. They are also super flexible with things like adding extra days outside our usual schedule, not paying full price for holidays etc. The only downside is a small-ish outdoor space (although the kids always seem happy enough playing there and running around)

I cannot recommend Mama Bear's highly enough. The care, happiness and safeguarding they provide are exceptional. My daughter loves attending and often sings about how much the staff love her, which reflects the genuinely nurturing environment they create. They have always understood and respected our personal circumstances, giving me complete confidence that my child is safe and well cared for.

Communication from staff and management is outstanding. Always approachable, professional and knowledgeable, they provide helpful daily updates and keep parents fully informed.

They offer a wide range of engaging activities, resources and equipment that support learning and development. The outdoor space is large, includes shaded areas - designed with children's safety and privacy in mind.

It is consistently clean throughout.

The healthy, varied menu and detailed records of what my daughter has eaten are incredibly useful.

A wonderful nursery that feels like an extension of family!

A special mention to Josh, the manager, who has made a huge positive difference since joining. His leadership has really helped improve the nursery, and my son is thriving under the fantastic care of the team. All of the staff are a credit to Mama Bear's. Thank you for everything you do!

As for Manager Josh, you have been AMAZING! You have been so lovely, bubbly, so helpful and really kind to my child. Thank you all again for making my daughters experience of her first nursery she has Loved every second of it.

My son absolutely loves spending time at nursery. He used to struggle but thanks to the staff who have took the time to understand him and his needs have made it easier as a parent. My son has come on leaps and bounds in many ways. The management and staff are all hands down amazing.

Since her very first settling in session she has enjoyed and thrived at nursery. Its always been a positive experience and she has learnt and developed so much and gained in confidence and developing her character and its so lovely to watch her grow and that is thanks to all the wounderful staff always so kind helpful and friendly and always accomdating and understanding and the staff work so hard. Its really appreciated all the work you do so thank you and its do reassuring to know your child is in a wounderful safe space and in the best care.

Both my sons have attended this nursery and I cannot fault it. The staff are amazing and well attentive. It is so nice to be able to drop off my children and know they are in the safest hands. As he has got older and progressed through the rooms, all the staff have been warm and approachable and my son has always enjoyed being around them. Would highly recommend this setting to anyone looking.
