The staff are amazing. My child started at 6 months old and the team were just wonderful. They all made me feel safe to leave him and send me regular updates. I get videos and photos along with artwork from the day. The nursery is clean, bright and safe with loads of toys and activities throughout the
days planned. Everyone gets involved and handovers are always thorough. We couldn't be happier with the care and support our child receives daily.

just wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about the staff.
Emma, in particular, has been wonderful with my son. She is always full of energy, warm, and welcoming. It is very clear from the way she interacts with the children that she genuinely loves her job and cares deeply about
them. Seeing her work so passionately is a real joy as a parent.
I would also like to thank Jessica Hampshire, Faith Hawker, and Jessica Lewis for all their hard work and support. It's clear that the team as a whole is dedicated to providing a loving and nurturing environment for the children, and it makes a huge difference for us parents.

My daughter goes to Mama Bears in Fishponds and couldn't love it more. She is a shy child and sometimes can struggle in loud environments with adults. However the nursery staff have always been amazing at tending to her needs and settling her in. And helping ease our anxiety too by being such friendly
and kind people. We are incredibly happy with the care she receives when she's at nursery and love seeing on the app photos of her. The nursery has outdoor space which they utilise with the children daily and are always doing fun activities. Our little girl is thriving at this nursery and we would recommend it to anyone.

My child attends preschool and since starting he has grown exponentially in his maths and English as well as his social skills and confidence. He really enjoys going and often doesn't want to leave when I pick him up. Communication with the nursery is also excellent, and they have been very accommodating
when I've needed to change session times.

My kids love Mama Bear's! They have lots of fun learning outside in the garden, playing, planting and exploring. They also love the lots of different activities indoors. My child started in the baby room in July 2025 when my partner returned to work. The settling process was well managed and staff supported me throughout. Any concerns I've raised have been addressed promptly. Recently, drop-offs have been hard and she's been upset, which is difficult as a parent. However,
the staff are always kind, reassuring and supportive, which really puts my mind at ease. I feel confident she is in safe, caring hands. The room lead and deputy manager has been particularly wonderful. She has had two key people since starting and the transition was handled smoothly. She now has a lovely bond with her new key person and is clearly very happy. Handovers are positive and reassuring. Overall, I'm very happy with the setting and would happily recommend it to other parents.

Our daughter started in October 2025, it was a bit of a rocky start as she had come from a childminder who couldn't give her the attention she needed. However, here we are 4 month down the line and it's a completely different situation. She is absolutely thriving at Mama Bear's and we are so happy with
how she has progressed.
The staff are absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise them enough, they're friendly, kind and always welcoming at the door for handover. I cannot stress enough how much this nursery has helped our daughters progression, and it is down to the wonderful people who work here.
The best choice we've made for childcare for our daughter and we cannot thank you enough!

Since my son has been attending Nursery at Mama Bears, he has come on in leaps and bounds with both confidence and his learning. The relationship he has with staff truly shows when he talks about his key workers at home by mentioning them by name.This gives me confidence that he's being treated right
and also why I am thrilled my new baby will also be attending in the coming months. I feel privileged that my son is at mama bears and I cannot thank staff enough for the work they have put into my son.
Lastly, one thing that is particularly important to me is security. Although I have been attending drop offs and pickups close to 3 years, I am thankful to be still challenged on entry on some days. I'm grateful that new staff have the courage to challenge me (or older staff not recognising me with a hat on). No apologies necessary. Thank you to all of the staff at mama bears. Your extraordinary work does not go unnoticed.

We took our son to Mama Bears from when he was 4 months old and Louise, Oliwia, Maddy, Nell, Lauren and the whole team made him and us feel super welcome and relaxed. He absolutely loves it there always getting very excited as we walk in each day. The team are extremely flexible and very helpful whatever
situation we faced. Cannot recommend enough and particular shout out to Louise, Oliwia and Maddy for being so amazing with him during the days themselves. The only reason we are having to love nursery (a huge wrench for us) is because a place has become available at a nursery that is 15 minutes closer. For 2 working parents this makes a big difference, but we are absolutely gutted to be leaving. Thank you so much!

We hardly recommend Mama Bears Nursery. The staff is amazing and our two sons love going there. (3yo and a baby 13months). The activities and entertainments are fab. The nursery staff is really inclusive and invites parents for few events many times during the year so you can see properly how children
are having fun and how the team is managing all the groups. There is also feedback every time we pick up out children so the communication is clear. There is an app to follow the day with comments and pictures when the team have time to do it. We really appreciate it.

Our daughter attends Bridgwater Mama Bears and is now in 'Bouncies'. She loves going to nursery and spending time with her friends, but she also loves taking things into nursery to show her key worker.
All of the staff that we have had an interaction with have been incredible and we feel that we made
the very best choice in selecting Mama Bears.

We absolutely love Mamma Bear Nursery in Bridgwater. It is by far the best.


Maddie and the team in babies are so loving and caring, attentive to your child's needs. Sienna is growing very much in their day-to-day care.


The nursery has a hole is absolutely fantastic and you could not go wrong

by sending your child there.

My son has been at the nursery since September 2025 and since starting has progressed massively with his development and speech. Initially he was unsettled when first starting but now he is really enjoying his time here and this is down to the staff. The staff are lovely and work very hard and I am
happy to leave my son in their care. I would ideally like to see more entries on the app as when I am working i would like to see how he is getting on! However when picking up my son I get a detailed description about him and his day which I massively appreciate. I would highly recommend this nursery. Thank you and I appreciate what you all do

Both my children have attended this nursey my daughter is in her last few months there. We have always absolutely loved this place. We have always been kept in the loop regarding our children and if we have needed it we have always had amazing support from them all. Both my children love it here and
my daughter still loves going after 3 years of being there she still get excited when I tell her it mama bears day. They have helped support my children with additional help towards their speech I can't fault them.

We came to Muma Bears after a bad experience with another nursery, and we have not looked back since. Muma Bears have been nothing but amazing, everyone is so welcoming which is what you would want when trusting a service with your little ones. From development learning activities, to just having a
comforting cuddle, Muma Bears are the nursery for you! Me and partner love our little one being at Muma Bears and most importantly our little one loves going!

Both my children have attended Mama Bears Springhill Green. One is still there and the staff are just amazing. So friendly and they all just have the best interests of the children. We are always kept up to date with events, staff changes and menu changes and the parent zone app is used regularly for
us to see photos etc...
Management is great, you can tell the staff are happy and it shows in my daughter running in happy everytime she goes. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
