Overall Experience

Our son loves this nursery, he has so much fun and has a great relationship with all the staff. We're very happy with the care he receives. The staff are all friendly and we're really pleased that there is good retention.

Overall Experience

We have two children who have attended Mama Bears, Thicket Avenue. The staff have always been lovely with the children and both our kids have thrived in the environment. They've accommodated all our requests around routines, milestones etc. and have been very attentive with our children. It is a great

setting with a spacious outdoor play area. Would highly recommend.

Overall Experience

Both my children have attended this setting for several years and have thrived. The care and attention of the key workers and staff have been brilliant. Mama bears have offered flexibility for me as a parent and have taken the time to get to know the children individually and work towards their development.

From drop off where the key worker takes initiative for hesitant children to do 'busy jobs' or 'tasks' to the end of day overview sharing highs and lows of their days and what they have been focusing on. Forever grateful

Overall Experience

Our son attended Mama Bears for nine months, and we honestly couldn't have been happier with the care he received.

The staff were always warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in his development. He grew in confidence, made lovely bonds with the other children and the team - he blew them kisses,

continued playing when we came to collect him and ran in for hugs at drop off.

We only made the difficult decision to leave because we found a nursery closer to home, otherwise we would have loved for him to stay. We're truly grateful for the wonderful start they gave him and highly recommend them to any family.

Overall Experience

My child has great relationships with all staff and enjoys coming to nursery; they are also great with the parents. I'm always kept up to date on what he has done throughout the day, and the learning activities always seem very educational, as my child seems to be thriving and leaves nursery knowing

something new regularly. The manager is lovely and will help where available. Overall I think Mamma Bears is a great nursery.

Overall Experience

My daughter joined the nursery half way through the year after already having a nursery due to moving home and settled in so quickly, thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and took the time to really get to know her, which made her feel welcome right away and put my mind at ease knowing

she was in such safe hands. The drop off and pick ups are brilliant the staff always take the time to give a detailed handover about her day. As well as receiving updates through the day on parent zone. The communication is always spot on, and it's clear how much they care about the children.
My daughter speaks so highly of many of the staff members at home and is always happy and excited to go to nursery. I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been going to Mama Bears since she was 10 months old and I've always felt completely comfortable and confident leaving her there. She loves going in each day, and the staff are so friendly and caring. The communication is great and it's a really warm and welcoming place.

Staff are all welcoming and my daughter has settled really well there, communication is great and she always comes out happy.
I love the fact they do mini get together and activities for the kids the welcome party for new parents to view was a great way to meet all the staff and children before making

Overall Experience

I was very nervous to start my child at nursery. From the first day my son attended the nursery everyone working there made me feel better about leaving him with them and helped to settle him into his sessions very smoothly, they adapted to his needs with things such as a separation plate at meal times,

and always let me know if he's having a bad day (which as a mother I appreciate so much) he leaves nursery happy and excited and he is always learning new songs and skills. I receive lots of pictures via the app to see him enjoying his day and I always receive a clear update on what he has eat/drank and done during the day. They are very good at recognising when he is tired and working around his unpredictable nap schedule. My child loves all the staff at this nursery and he genuinely learns lots and enjoys his time there. He is very lucky to have such great, caring and loving team of people look after him and I'm extremely glad I chose this nursery

Since my child has started in September it has been the best thing for him, he loves nursery, he loves everyone there, all the staff go above and beyond, I wouldn't have him anywhere else, everything they do is amazing, and I couldn't be more greatful for what they do! Overall Experience

Our child has been at the nursery for nearly 3 years and has absolutely loved it. The team and management are very transparent on what's going on in nursery and clearly care a lot for the kids. The large garden and varied activities are great - it's always nice getting photos and updates on what's going

on through the parent app! Staff have always spent time answering any questions we have and have helped manage any challenges with our child as they have progressed.

Overall Experience

We have been really happy with the care and attention or little one has received since starting at Mama Bears Speedwell. The team are very engaged providing lots of fun activities as well as regular feedback through the app. We are delighted to have such a lovely and accommodating nursery so close.

The team are always very communicative and in particular we had none of the run around during registry that we experienced with other nearby nurseries.

Brilliant nursery. My daughter wakes up eager to get there and is so happy when I collect her. They do a range of activities with her which she loves and the staff are lovely. Nicola the manager is very approachable and runs the nursery very well.

Overall Experience

The wonderful team at Mama Bear's have made my daughter feel so welcome since she started attending at 1 and is still very much enjoying it at age 4. She's very bonded with the staff who really understand her and who she is. It's been great for her development and I feel totally comfortable and happy

Lovely nursery and staff. Always very attentive and thoughtful. Nice and big area outdoor for kids to run around.
Various activities for kids to do to encourage creativity and promote development.
