The staff are amazing. My child started at 6 months old and the team were just wonderful. They all made me feel safe to leave him and send me regular updates. I get videos and photos along with artwork from the day. The nursery is clean, bright and safe with loads of toys and activities throughout the
days planned. Everyone gets involved and handovers are always thorough. We couldn't be happier with the care and support our child receives daily.

My kids love Mama Bear's! They have lots of fun learning outside in the garden, playing, planting and exploring. They also love the lots of different activities indoors. I love the communication from staff, the variety of foods I never thought of giving them, and the care staff give my kids when I am
not there. I could not recommend Mama Bear's enough to friends.

Since my son has been attending Nursery at Mama Bears, he has come on in leaps and bounds with both confidence and his learning. The relationship he has with staff truly shows when he talks about his key workers at home by mentioning them by name.This gives me confidence that he's being treated right
and also why I am thrilled my new baby will also be attending in the coming months. I feel privileged that my son is at mama bears and I cannot thank staff enough for the work they have put into my son.
Lastly, one thing that is particularly important to me is security. Although I have been attending drop offs and pickups close to 3 years, I am thankful to be still challenged on entry on some days. I'm grateful that new staff have the courage to challenge me (or older staff not recognising me with a hat on). No apologies necessary. Thank you to all of the staff at mama bears. Your extraordinary work does not go unnoticed.

Both my children have attended this nursey my daughter is in her last few months there. We have always absolutely loved this place. We have always been kept in the loop regarding our children and if we have needed it we have always had amazing support from them all. Both my children love it here and
my daughter still loves going after 3 years of being there she still get excited when I tell her it mama bears day. They have helped support my children with additional help towards their speech I can't fault them.

We came to Muma Bears after a bad experience with another nursery, and we have not looked back since. Muma Bears have been nothing but amazing, everyone is so welcoming which is what you would want when trusting a service with your little ones. From development learning activities, to just having a
comforting cuddle, Muma Bears are the nursery for you! Me and partner love our little one being at Muma Bears and most importantly our little one loves going!

Both my children have attended Mama Bears Springhill Green. One is still there and the staff are just amazing. So friendly and they all just have the best interests of the children. We are always kept up to date with events, staff changes and menu changes and the parent zone app is used regularly for
us to see photos etc...
Management is great, you can tell the staff are happy and it shows in my daughter running in happy everytime she goes. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

We absolutely adore Mama Bears! Little one has been attending since 10 months old and she is absolutely thriving because of the wonderful team. Right from the start the communication has been brilliant, as a family we have felt so welcomed here and we just knew and still know that we made the right
choice. We love how much the team try and get the kids outdoors, arrange lots of different activites, and of course the art work we receive is precious! The choice of meals is great too and we appreciate how its often changed up! We are updated regularly, and supported always! Its amazing how much our girl has developed and become such a funny, clever and loving character and honestly we cannot thank the nursery enough. From the baby room to the bouncy room, and for all the rooms to come, we couldn't be happier!

My daughter started in September and has taken time to settle in and all the staff in the baby room have been very kind and supportive of her. The nursery is always clean and tidy and well maintained, with cheerful and welcoming staff. They are always keen to share what she has done that day and celebrate

I have been using the nursery for my boys for over 9 years now. All of them have gone in with ease looking forward to their day ahead. The staff have been amazing throughout and all of the children have developed lovely connections with staff and other children at the nursery! My eldest two have left
now and still talk about their memories at nursery. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone!

My daughter is in the baby room and started at 9 months old and honestly its been fantastic. She took to everyone straight away and does so many activites and fun things, she comes home happy and tired! The main thing is I can tell all the staff really truly care about her, and thats the most important

Our daughter is absolutely thriving at Mama Bears Springhill Green. Our daughter's key worker, Charley, and SENCO, Sarah, have been absolutely incredible with supporting our daughter and us as her parents through different referrals that have been needed to support our daughter. The food on offer at
nursery is brilliant and such a wide variety of different food groups. Our daughter loves going to nursery, especially playing out in the large garden they have. Our daughter's day is filled with so many different activities, incorporating different religious holidays which is brilliant for learning. Overall, we are so happy that we chose Mama Bears for our daughter's nursery, every member of staff at the nursery are amazing and I could never thank them enough for everything.

Since our little boy started in November we have had nothing but great encounters everyone who works at the nursery. We are always informed of how he has been, when he has slept and what he has eaten. He always has a big smile on his face in pictures and when I pick him up. It seems he does a lot of
different activities and is kept very busy.
The staff are always super helpful if I have any updates for our son or any queries.

Since my child has attended the nursery all the staff have always been good to keep me in the loop with his day on collection and have been sure to call/contact me in the moment if they happen to have any concerns.


I get regular picture and general updates on the app on a day to day basis and reports

etc are uploaded regularly.


I am very happy with the variation of meals offered to my child and even if he does not eat much of it the staff will always make sure something else is offered so he doesn't go hungry.


When I have needed to temporarily move/change/cancel sessions my child would usually attend, every effort has been made by the team to accommodate this where they can even on the odd occasion when I was unable to give the standard 4 weeks notice they require, and nothing has ever been too much trouble for them.


Admin have also been very helpful when I have had queries with payment for fees etc.

My daughter has been attending since April 2025 at 10 months old. The nursery has been incredible for her. The staff are amazing. As a first time mum leaving my daughter for the first time they were so understanding and warm. They made this transition for us so easy! I love getting all the updates and
getting sent photos of her being happy and learning. Specially when we have had a bad drop off and we get a notification a little while later that she's settled. They have been so helpful and understanding when it comes to her allergies or medication needs. I honestly have no worries at all leaving her in their care. I don't think she would be the out going confident girl she is with out them. It makes me happy when we see her so excited to see the nursery workers and her friends. Mama bears was definitely the right choice for her and our family.

My daughter has attended SG since she was 9 months old, and there hasn't been a day that she's not wanted to go to nursery! The staff treat her with such care and are always warm, welcoming and adaptable to how she's feeling that day. She's built really strong bonds with staff - from her room team,
the SENCO, management, cooks and admins!
The communication is brilliant, we get told what she's eaten, how much she's eaten and when. When she has slept, how long for and what time and also get to see lots of photos of her activities.
The nursery is clean, warm and lots of different activities on offer to support her development.
Special shout out to the SENCO, who has supported our child so closely with her additional needs, and the team have adapted and learned her routine and way in which she communicates to ensure she has the best experience.
We love SG Mama Bears and would recommend it to anyone.

My son has attended this nursery for the past 12 months and what can I say, he has just flourished. As far as learning, he has come on leaps and bounds since being here. His sign language is amazing and his communication has improved massively. The staff have really focused on ensuring that my son is
having a fantastic time whilst also being educated. He is always so excited to go to nursery and is always greeted by very kind and happy staff. All of the staff have been amazing. I am always made aware of everything that happens through an app which is brilliant. I can check on my son whilst I work. The facilities are wonderful and my son personally loves being able to play in the garden. The food always looks delicious too! I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.
