Coton Day Nursery offers care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old in an Ofsted rated Good (December 2022) purpose built setting situated on the grounds of Coton Primary School. The Nursery offers a welcoming environment and nursery practitioners who ensure your child’s individual needs are met and their interests nurtured.

The nursery benefits from a light and spacious indoor setting, arranged to give children different experiences and opportunities to play, learn and explore. There is also a great outdoors area with a small sheltered area to ensure outside play is always an option, and children love going into the community.

The team work hard to ensure families are included in their child's time at the nursery and provide updates and photos about what they've been up to.

Coton Out of School Club is available for 4 to 11 year olds, open before and after school, term time only.

We are new to the nursery. We have been impressed by the excellent communication from staff both in the nursery and wider family first network. Staff are warm and friendly and we have been welcomed with open arms. Our children feel happy and safe at Coton nursery and we feel happy leaving them with

We love Coton day nursery, the small setting is great for the children to mixed between the ages while also having a cosy safe baby area. All the staff know all the children and parents.
The outside space is small but works well and they have a lot of fun. When possible the children are given the
opportunity to have a small outing to the village playground.

The staff at Coton are exemplary, they really care and my daughter tells me everyday how she's played and learnt something with key staff members.
To make Coton even more wonderful it would be great if the menu for children could be changed more regularly with a wider healthier variety of snacks.

It would also be great to have a minimum of two observations a day so as a parent we can have conversations with our children about what they have achieved.

We can only say the most wonderful things about this Nursery. They took the greatest care phasing my daughter in, she was always eager to go and had a lot of fun and made many friends. The staff were loving and caring with my child and extremely professional.

Our son started at Coton Day Nursery in September 2023. We chose the nursery because it has a warm and inviting feel and the staff made us feel at ease. The nursery in our opinion is the perfect size and allows smaller children to interact with the older children, but still has a cosy and safe baby
area. We absolutely love the creative displays/toys within the nursery and the personal crafts that our son brings home. The staff know our son well and he has a wonderful relationship with his key worker and all the staff that care for him, they are kind, observant and incredibly friendly. The app is another great tool they have and we look forward to the daily updates and pictures. Choosing the right nursery can be tricky, but we are so pleased we found Coton Day Nursery.

My child really enjoys the nursery. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and make the nursery a really happy place to be for the children. It's a small setting, meaning that everyone knows everyone well which gives it a community feeling. We get photos/videos and other observations on the parents'

All the staff and facilities at Coton are fabulous and my daughter really loves it there. She comes home every day happy.

Amazing staff - young and energetic. Our 3 year old daughter is very happy and learns a lot every day. The playroom has plenty of cool toys and our daughter is in love with their amazing garden. The thing I love the most is receiving daily diary reports, photos, descriptions and observations of what
my daughter did or learned during the day - it is really fun to read all the reports while I am at work.

Outstanding nursery - experience with Coton Day Nursery is absolutely perfect. Our 2yr old son is genuinely excited every day he gets to go here.
The staff clearly care about the children as individuals and create a personal bond with each of them. The environment is very warm and friendly and feels
family-like.
The nursery team also put a huge effort into creating new experiences and creative learning opportunities for the kids each day, so that the kids have very varied experiences and remain excited and engaged. The personal approach really works as kids feel safe and so learn loads from a very early age.
The team is approachable, and they take time at the beginning and end of the day to communicate how things went. They also put loads of photos and videos up on the app on a very regular basis, allowing us to see what our son is up to and giving us material to engage with our son when he is back home to discuss his day.
Can not recommend more!

Our experience at Coton Day Nursery is very positive, teachers are lovely, caring and trustworthy. The space and equipment for games, learning and activities seem varied and abundant. Our little one loves it and speaks about his key worker fondly. We feel that the food offered is ok but could be more
nutritionally balanced. All in all, we are very happy and feel lucky to have Coton Day Nursery nearby.

Coton Day Nursery is like a home from home for our daughter. The staff are welcoming, considerate, understanding and most of all, kind to all. Our little girl runs in smiling and has the best day with all of the staff and children. There is always a positive atmosphere which allows for a calm and happy
learning environment. The level of individual care and attention is outstanding, they really know each child incredibly well. We simply couldn't wish for a better nursery!

Our experience of Coton Nursery has been excellent from our first enquiry to today. The staff are attentive and really friendly and from the moment I walked in the atmosphere of the nursery space and the way they interacted with the children showed such a level of individual care. There is great outside
space, the possibility to do some outings in the village and a lovely inside area and it all feels small enough for each child to be known well. They strike a perfect balance between fun and learning and our little boy has settled so well thanks to this.
