Willow Tree Walthamstow Nursery School

Everything about Willow Tree is wonderful. The staff are friendly, kind and attentive. Our son is always excited to attend and enjoys seeing all his friends. He has grown in skill and confidence while being supported to thrive and achieve in a fun and caring environment. It is lovely to see them going to the park and all the fun activities they create including lots of messy play. As a parent you are kept up to date on the app, get regular updates at pick up and drop off. It's fun to see what they've eaten and get pictures of what they've been up to. I couldn't recommend Willow Tree more and we are very sad to leave due to moving out of the area.

Our son spent a wonderful 13 months at Willow Tree Nursery, from the age of 1 until 2 years and 1 month (moved due to logistics). The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and caring. He built lots of strong bonds with the staff and his other classmates over this time and truly felt at home there, to the point where he was walking in, in the morning, without looking back or saying goodbye to us! His progress in terms of social and language skills has been excellent, which shows the range of activities they engage in and how much focus they get from their practitioners. My son was also diagnosed with Hypermobility at the age of 14 months and the nursery was outstanding in terms of building him a care plan to assist with his gross motor development delay. Within a couple of months, he was crawling, sitting from lying, and eventually walked at 19 months which both us and our physio did not expect so soon. I put this purely down to the focus he was getting at Willow Tree.

My daughter has been here for her preschool year and I can honestly say that it is such a lovely nursery. All the teachers care well for her and she loves going to the nursery. Potty training was smooth between the nursery and the house. My daughter is so happy there and she learns so much.

Everyone at Willow Tree is absolutely wonderful. Their communication throughout the settling-in process and at drop-off and pick-up each day is 2nd to none. I truly feel as if everyone there actually cares about our child and his well being and he is a big fan of his wonderful key-carer. Could not recommend more highly.

The team at Willow Tree have helped to make our childcare experience a great one. Our son always looks forward to his nursery days. The team are supportive and caring and I feel confident leaving him while I go off to work, knowing he is being well looked after and having fun!

I have no hesitation in recommending Willow Tree Nursery to other parents. It's a place where your child will be cared for and nurtured.

I have no words to express how grateful we are for this nursery. We enrolled our son when he was a little over 1 year old. We were very apprehensive as it was his 1st time at nursery and surrounded by many children. From day 1, all staff members made us feel comfortable and very relaxed. They showed us around and also made us present for settling days. Our son is still non-verbal however, he always has a spark in his eyes and expresses his happiness when we get to the nursery. All staff are very kind, and caring and have an amazing eye for detail. We always had the greatest and most accurate feedback in regard to our son's development. The nursery also has an app which is super useful to check how your child's day is going in terms of eating and sleeping. The management team is brilliant, always eager to help and constantly staying in touch. They also review and implement/suggest activities that will help your child's development in the future. We highly recommend Willow Tree Nursery!

Oh how I adore this nursery! What makes this place very special is the staff and the genuine bond they build with the children. It makes you feel like you are leaving your child with family rather than paid care. The nursery is very well run and communication is clear, quick and always in a caring manner. My daughter is obsessed with any form of messy play and they provide such a wide variety of activities throughout the week (drawing, painting, sticking). The team work hard on each child's development and my 1 year old's speech/numbers/colours etc. have come on leaps and bounds. My daughter is happy and full of life at the end of each day, usually wanting to stay and play for longer!

Our daughter has had a fantastic time at Willow Tree. All of the staff have been so lovely and always greeted us with a smile every morning. Our daughter was always happy at the handover and settled in very quickly under their excellent care. She also slept well and ate all of the food every day.

There are many great things about Willow Tree Nursery, but the best thing is how amazing the staff are. I feel like they know my child as well as I do! They always show my daughter such care and love, while also supporting her development and encouraging her to try new things and gain confidence. All the staff who work with her, bring out the best in her. What more could I wish for? They spend time talking to me about her day, answering my questions and supporting me in any requests I may have. It seems like a happy place to work and I think that comes across to the children too. The nursery is well organised, communication is great and my child loves it. Highly recommended.
