Overall Experience

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter received at Banana Moon Nursery on Lichfield Road. The transition was tough at first, as she had trouble settling in due to separation anxiety and we had already tried few other nurseries prior to the Banana moon, but she didn't settle there.
All the

staff were truly exceptional. Their friendly and patient approach made all the difference, and we really appreciated the option to stay with her initially for an hour or so to help her adjust and slow transition. She eventually settled in completely and absolutely loved her time there. We couldn't believe how much she loved going to the nursery and wanted to go every day. Her confidence grew, social interactions improved as well as her speech as there was some speech delay initially. Special mention to few of the staff members who were incredibly good in helping her settle- Sophie, Wendy, Nikki, Kim, kitchen Staff, but everyone was fantastic.
Highly recommended!

Overall Experience

Putting our first born into nursery was a really daunting experience for us, as I'm sure most parents. Banana moon have been amazing from the very beginning and our first meeting with his key worker, all of the discussion was around getting to know him as an individual and his needs. The communication

during the first few months was a big deal for us needing to message on the app and check in, getting regular updates gave us comfort. The activities they do are great and helps to see on the diary update. The food we can't fault as it's so varied and focussed on healthy nutritious food that we appreciate.
Honestly couldn't be happier with the nursery and the experience we have had, we have already secured a place for our second child!

My son enjoys his sessions; the staff and management are very welcoming, friendly, and open to answering your questions. My son is engaged during his sessions through various activities each day. The use of the app is a great approach as I'm able to tell what my child has been up to.

Overall Experience

My daughter started the Banana Moon Edgbaston nursery when she was 10 months old. She has settled in really well and enjoys her time there. The staff have been exceptional in forming a bond with her and provide a high quality of care, and include a range of activities. My older son also attended the

same nursery and was well-cared for. I have peace of mind at work knowing my daughter is in safe hands.

Overall Experience

The staff are supportive, friendly and build excellent connections with the children. There are lots of varied, exciting and interesting activities for the children to get involved with. The food offered is balanced and offers a range of cuisines for the children to explore. The outside space is limited

due to geographical constraints but they make good use of what space there is and are always looking to improve facilities and equipment.

Great staff, Runa is the best person and all girls in baby room are really nice. My baby is really happy and settled in the nursery, she particularly loves Kiran and Maria in baby room. Overall Experience

I can't praise this nursery enough. From day one, the staff have shown so much warmth, patience, and genuine care towards my son. He has allergies, and the team go above and beyond to ensure his safety and comfort, they've never once made me feel worried. Their attention to detail and constant communication

has meant I always feel completely reassured.
All the staff at Banana Moon have taken the time to get to know both my son and me personally. It truly feels like we're part of a little family. Since joining, he has come on so much in his development, his confidence, his communication, and his independence have all grown. He talks about nursery constantly and is always excited to go back, which says everything.
I'm so grateful for the love and support they show every single day. I couldn't recommend this nursery more. It has been the best possible place for my son to learn, grow, and thrive

A wonderful nursery that truly puts the needs and care of the children first. Our daughter loved attending nursery and learnt so much in her time there. Not just a singular month review but one that is for the nearly 12 months our daughter has been at banana moon. The continuity of care provided is second to none. A loving and nurturing environment is provided every day. From the staff led activities, the food provided, the outdoor space, and the caring

I cannot just pick one month they have been excellent. They are absolutely outstanding and I could not wish for my son to be in a better nursery than banana moon. When he started, he was in baby moons for a short while and the staff were so caring towards him, and so patient. He is now in mini moons,

he was struggling with his speech and got referred to speech therapy, but now he is talking sentences to everyone and I'm ever so proud of him & thankful towards the nursery! All the staff at the nursery are so welcoming and kind, he absolutely loves it there. I cannot thank the nursery enough for their hard work & their positive attitudes.

Overall Experience

I chose banana moon as a nursery for my son when he was 1. He stayed there until he was 3.5. I couldn't recommend Banana Moon enough. The staff to child ratio is good and you get lots of updates on the app. The food is great and varied and always healthy and the children have healthy snacks throughout

the day. There are lots of activities and external providers offering dance and sign and play includes included in the cost. I'm very glad we chose Banana Moon for nursery!
