Our daughters have attended this nursery since they were just 5 months old, and the positive impact it has had on their development has been incredible. Being in a social environment from such a young age has really helped them grow in confidence and form strong relationships with both staff and other
children.
The nursery provides a good balance of structure and routine, while still allowing plenty of time for fun, creativity, and messy play-which our girls absolutely love. The staff do a good job of encouraging good manners and positive behaviour in a way that is both supportive and consistent.
We've also found their support with key milestones, like potty training, to be invaluable.

Both of my boys attend Banana Moon Day Nursery - my eldest for 2 years and my youngest for 1 year. My eldest has special needs and is on the autism spectrum, and I'm truly amazed by the dedication of the staff who support him daily.
Since the management changed and Rukhsar, now the SENCO lead, took
over, my son is finally receiving the care he needs. I'm so proud his EHCP was accepted thanks to her hard work. I also really appreciate the director, Murtaza, for his ongoing support and leadership.
A huge thank you to Umaira, his key worker, who is amazing and always on it with 1:1 support. She is caring, attentive, and understands his needs so well. Also thank you to Shakeela, Yasmine, and the rest of the team.
My eldest is much happier, and the nursery provides a safe, supportive environment. My youngest has grown so much - his confidence has come on, his speech has improved, he's learning new words daily, and his social skills and independence are developing really well. Thank you all!

My son has been attending this nursery for a little over a year now, and overall our experience has been positive. It's a good, satisfactory environment where he feels comfortable and happy. The staff members are friendly, approachable and always willing to help if needed.
It's reassuring to see that
he enjoys his time there and has settled in well. So far things have been going well and we are pleased with how everything is progressing.

Had a lovely stay and play morning. All the staff are so welcoming, and the activities set up are interesting for the babies. Our eldest son has been coming to Banana Moon since he was 12 months and is now 3 and loves it. Communication with parents is always good, and staff are helpful and approachable.
Would recommend Banana Moon to everyone.

Out of the three nurseries my child has attended over the past four years, this one is by far the best.


The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring - you can truly see that they love working with children and treat each child with warmth and respect.


It is in this nursery that

I have seen the most progress in my child's development - he has become more confident, engaged, and happy.


The nursery is very clean and (cozy), with small group sizes, which allows more attention for each child. Another big advantage is the large private garden for outdoor play.


I am absolutely delighted and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent

Overall, we have had a positive experience with the nursery. The staff always seem dedicated to the care of all the children and communication is excellent.
Learning is an important aspect of their day however there isn't much variety in how they learn and especially what they learn- staff focus on
developing one aspect at a time even though children can pick up multiple skills at their age.
Unfortunately, there isn't an even focus on holidays/cultural events. The children spent a few weeks celebrating Halloween and Christmas but there wasn't any mention of Ramadan or Eid for example.
The daily reporting is generally on the better side however there are days when the reporting falls far below acceptable levels and we don't know what the children have done that day or what they have eaten. The meals do seem enjoyable.
Cleanliness could be better in the baby room- shoes are allowed where the kids crawl and may be a contributor to the excessive illness and calls sending kids back home

We do not allow outdoor shoes in the baby room and ask that parents either remove shoes or wear shoe covers and this is regularly communicated, staff in the room wear indoor shoes that they only wear at nursery. The rooms are cleaned each day and deep cleaning is done regularly. We do try to celebrate all cultures and celebrations and throughout the month of March we looked a Ramadan and Eid the children enjoyed food tasting, made lantern's and enjoyed Eid inspired activities such as playdough and painting.

We have been very happy with the nursery. We have used them for over 4 years since its opening. Staff deserve the biggest shout as they have provided excellent nurturing care for our children and have always welcome them warmly.
Facilities are great too and communication is good, not too many emails
but good liaising with parents. Highly recommended!

The staff are very kind, supportive and responsible. They consistently provide detailed feedback about our child's development. We're very glad that our child was able to settle in well in a short span despite lengthy breaks since joining the nursery. We see good improvement in his learning, day-to-day
activities and communication. The staff also provide useful home learning recommendations for the child. We're very much satisfied with our experience so far.

The staff in the baby room at Mere Green are fantastic! They take the interests of each child to make their days special.
Our son is obsessed with toy trains and since he has been they have been using their set in the activities more often.
They have also gone above and beyond by printing of photos
of trains planes and cars and laminated them for the kids to play with.

My children have always had a very positive experience at banana moon. The staff have always been great with the kids, are very supportive and make them feel safe and welcome. They have a great range of activities to engage the children and they love the clubs they get in for the kids like Spanish and
robot reg. The variation of meals is great and they have made the most of the outside space they have. My daughter loves it there and has come on so much in her social skills and confidence since starting.

We are very pleased with the care and support our daughter receives at Banana Moon. She has formed a special bond with her key person, Lucy, which has made a real difference to her confidence and sense of security. Lucy knows her well and supports her individual needs with genuine care. She is also
very fond of Jenna and Charlie in the toddler room and it is reassuring to know there is always a familiar face present. This consistency has greatly supported her transition and ongoing development.
We really like being kept updated throughout the day through the app, with lots of photos and regular updates. It is lovely to see what she has been doing and feel connected to her day. There is always a good variety of creative, physical and educational activities available, it has been wonderful to see her confidence grow and her development progress so positively.
The staff and management are warm and professional, creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for children and parents.

The Nursery is brilliant. They offer my son so much support. He thoroughly enjoys his time there. You can clearly see the loving bond between the staff and him. Would highly recommend. My son has been attending this nursery since he was a year old and has genuinely embraced this setting. He is almost three now.
All staff have made him feel very welcomed and loved, very evident from the cheer and happiness, he displays in reaching the nursery. Equally , I believe the nursery has
done a great deal of his development, be that his physical, emotional and speech.
I am ever grateful of his experiences and would recommend this place to all parents for their kids.
