Banana Moon West Bromwich nursery provides childcare for children from nought to five years of age, in a caring and secure environment.

The nursery is separated into three age-appropriate rooms for babies under two years of age, toddlers aged two to three years, and pre-school age children. The nursery also provides sleep rooms for babies and younger children, equipped with cots and sleep mattresses.

Each day, children are encouraged to play outside, throughout the year, for fresh air and exercise. Well-balanced, nutritious meals and snacks are freshly prepared for the children and they are provided with five portions of fruit and vegetables each day.

CCTV and a fingerprint recognition access system means that children are safe and supervised at all times.

A wonderful nursery that truly puts the needs and care of the children first. Our daughter loved attending nursery and learnt so much in her time there. Although she has now left, the staff have had such a lasting impact on her that she still asks to go back and see them all and tell them what she's
learnt at school!
We could not have asked for a better nursery to send our daughter to and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We've had a great experience with Banana Moon Nursery West Brom. My daughter recently moved from the baby room to the toddler room, and the transition was so smooth thanks to the amazing practitioners. They made her feel safe, and she now looks forward to going in every day. The practitioners are always
friendly, helpful, and take time to update us at the end of each day about how she's been, which I really appreciate.
The app is brilliant too - I get live updates with photos, meals, naps, and activities, which helps me feel connected while I'm at work. Since joining the toddler room, her speech and confidence have improved so much. She's learning new things every day and always surprises us with her progress.
I love that Banana Moon West Brom follows a long-term plan that supports her learning and development all the way to school age. We're so happy with the care and support she's getting. Highly recommend

This nursery has been fundamental in the development of not just my youngest child who is currently in the baby room but also my oldest child who is now 9 years old!
Starting with my oldest who attended at 2 years old with speech delays, an only
Child who struggled with attatchment and also sharing
with peers over the 3 years she attended her speech grew impeccably along with her relations with others.
To my current child who is in the baby room, she settled almost instantly, created a lovely bond with staff and peers and just oozes confidence since attending!
I cannot express my gratitude enough!

Recent parent's evening was great.
The process was thorough got some great information on how to help increase learning and development between home and nursery.

We send both of our children here. They both love it and have developed so much being here. The staff are friendly and there is great communication, the app is a great way of keeping up to date.
One of our boys has a cow's milk allergy which the nursery has been very accommodating about and can easily
discuss with them if needed.
The kids are always so full of it when they come home and can't wait to talk about what they have been doing.

Banana Moon is amazing! We have returned for the second time as we had such an amazing experience with our eldest.
The manager is warm, friendly and has the best interests of the children at heart. It is rare to see such involvement from a manager who takes the time to play with the children, it is
clear that she knows them individually and shows great practice to her staff.
The manager demonstrates a wealth of knowledge and clear and robust safeguarding and SEND procedures.
My daughter loves her nursery, she has built lovely relationships with the staff who took the time to settle her into nursery life. She has a key person who is brilliant but also feels comfortable and confident to go to other staff too. The staff greet her with big, warm smiles and she puts her arms straight out to them which melts my heart. It means so much to know that my daughter is cared for and happy, every day is an adventure! I am Level 3 Qualified, I have worked in childcare for 13 years, and have held manager positions since 2016 in a number of nurseries. I have worked for Banana Moon since 2022 and really love the way the franchise supports its nurseries and how the Early Learning and Development Programme supports our children and families' progress.
