Both my girls started at Banana Moon Nursery in January, and I was very apprehensive about leaving them at first. However, the reassurance and support from the manager, Samantha, immediately put me at ease. Since starting, both girls have been thriving - especially with their communication, social interaction,
and motor skills.
The food provided at the nursery seems excellent. The girls happily eat everything offered to them, and it's clear that the meals are healthy and well thought out.
The staff are also great at keeping me up to date with their days through the nursery app, which I really appreciate. It's reassuring to know what they've been doing throughout the day.
Whenever myself or my husband have any questions or concerns, they are always listened to, understood, and answered very quickly. The team's communication is something we truly value.
Overall, we've had a very positive experience so far and feel confident that our girls are in a caring and supportive environment.

Our little girl has been attending the Kempston facility now for 6 months now and the change in her has been amazing. She loves going, bounding to the door every day! She loves the staff and the facilities. Management are attentive to our needs and take our feedback constructively, making changes based

My son has really enjoyed coming to nursery, since being here he has really excelled in his communication, social skills, and motor skills!


They are great at keeping to his routine, and brilliant at keeping me up to date with his days at nursery!


The food is also great, he eats everything they offer

and it's all a great healthy food!


They also put on a lot of workshops for us parents to go to, which are very helpful!

Our son has been attending Banana Moon - Kempston since he was 10 months old (he's now 2 and a half). He absolutely loves coming to the nursery to see both his friends and the staff members. Every single member of staff is attentive to your child's needs, they know every child's name even if they're
not with them every day, they always make the effort to check in with parents and update on anything important happening within the nursery. The regular updates within the app bring peace of mind. I am comfortable in dropping him off and heading to work knowing he will be looked after and in good, safe hands! Our son has grown so well within this setting, he is developing so well and we are so grateful to all the staff. This nursery is perfect if you are looking for the "home from home" feel in a setting. I would and always will recommend this setting to anyone who is looking for childcare.

My little girl is happy here and I'm happy leaving her here knowing she will be safe and cared for. Staff are polite and friendly. She really enjoys tiny tots music group coming in and entertaining the children as she loves music. Always kept up to date on the App of how her day is going and pictures
of her enjoying herself which gives me peace of mind. All emails are quickly responded to.

Our first journey with Banana Moon will soon be coming to an end as our daughter transitions to reception this September. Our daughter has attended the Banana Moon setting since May 2021 and my goodness, how she has thrived!
The absolutely wonderful staff here are phenomenal - they pour their heart
and souls into making memorable learning experiences everyday.
Communication is brilliant - through the app (with photos), their social media pages and their hand overs everyday.
The management team are brilliant - they know every parent, every milestone, every development and really celebrate this in our encounters with them, whether this is at their informative parent consultation meetings or just a natter at the car door on collection.
Our daughter has experienced so much with the amazing team at Banana Moon - The Forest School experiences have been phenomenal, as have visits from a group for musical and rhyme time and cookery sessions.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery! The staff are incredibly informative and engaging, always keeping us updated on our child's progress. The activities are fantastic and we especially love how much time they spend outdoors, giving the children great opportunities to explore and learn. It's clear

I have used this nursery for all 3 of my children and recommend it to everyone! The setting and staff are amazing, from babies to pre-school the overall care for the children is brilliant and the activities provided are some of the best I have seen. My oldest children are still friends with children
met here and the interaction with families is brilliant. The help and support provided in navigating funding options is also invaluable and the updates are easy to compute when trying to manage parenting!

Our two daughters really enjoy going to nursery. The staff are consistently warm, caring and gentle to the children, so our daughters feel safe, comfortable and confident to try new activities and make new friends. The activities are fun, engaging, messy and creative, which is lovely to see when I come
to pick them up. They are all smiles with lots to share about their day.
The communication with both the senior team and the twins' carers has been excellent; they've always been extremely helpful and sensitive to our daughters' needs, and committed to helping us as a family with issues like scheduling sessions and funding queries.
We've also been really happy that the twins get the.opportunity to play outside in a beautiful peaceful setting with horses in the next door meadow and ducklings hatching. Altogether, it's a lovely setting.

Banana Moon are amazing!! We recommend them to everyone. We're so glad we found them and they were able to squeeze us in both times. Our daughter had the best years there and we were absolutely gutted when she came to leave. Our son has recently joined the baby room too and is loving it already. The

The nursery is very caring, very clean environment, well-organised, always receive updates of my kid's performance on a daily basis which is very helpful. The only thing to improve is answering the door on time.

Our daughter, almost 4, started when she was 11 months. Our son, just over 18 months, started when he was 8 months old.
Banana Moon Day Nursery Kempston is where we feel happy and comfortable to send our children. As any parent knows, this is a big deal; handing over our children.
Banana Moon is a
setting that supports and nurtures our children. A safe and happy environment for our children to learn, develop and thrive.
If ever we have questions or concerns, these are always listened to, understood and answered.
The staff engage in the wonderful diversity of the community, e.g. watching a Sikh groom arrive for his wedding, going to the local market to buy fruit or the local care home to engage with the residents. These are all life lessons which we're pleased our children get to learn from.
I appreciate the communication from the team, whether diary updates, end-of-day handovers, calls if a concern and also the regular emails from the nursery with updates on staff, training events etc. It makes us feel included and valued.

Our son has just started school after finishing three and a half years at Banana Moon Day Nursery and we'd just like to say that he has loved his time there. The staff have been amazing and he is really going to miss it!
As he was a lockdown baby, we worried that he might be affected badly but thanks
to nursery, he hasn't been and is completely ready for school now.
The standards of care have been great, the staff always approachable and friendly and we have always felt safe and secure sending our son there.

We’re super happy with Banana Moon Lower Sundon. All of the the staff are super friendly and our little one has such a good time. I love seeing all of the updates on their app, they’re always up to something fun and usually very messy. We love how outdoorsy it is, they have outside play areas right
outside the room and then a massive field overlooked by horses, there is so much for them to learn and discover. It also feels super safe and secure. There’s so much more, varied nutritious food, the learning, themed weeks, stay and plays.

Our first son has been attending Banana Moon since he was one, and my youngest has just settled into the baby room. My eldest will be very sad to leave in September when he starts school. He was born at the start of Covid and has come so far since - Banana Moon has been a massive part of that progress.
He's loved his time there, enjoying the extensive outdoor space and forming bonds with the lovely staff and management, who have always supported and encouraged him (and us!). He's grown in confidence and independence so much, and the preschool has really helped in preparing him for school. They always have fun, engaging and educational activities set up for them to enjoy. The communication with us has been great - we've loved seeing pictures, reports and golden moments on the app. We're looking forward to seeing my youngest progress through his time at Banana Moon too! Thanks to all the staff/management who work so hard to ensure our little ones have such a great start in their early years!

In trying to keep it short but sweet, as I am terrible for waffling on. Banana Moon is a wonderful place. I feel I have become part of the furniture. My second child is currently attending, following in her brother's footsteps. They argue over who's Banana Moon it is. My eldest still tries to creep
back in during pick-up. It is a lovely setting, with even lovelier staff. You have all played a massive part in raising my children and helping them grow and what a great job you have all done. Banana Moon will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
I'm almost tempted to have a third, just so we don't have to say goodbye (No, I'm definitely kidding about having a third though).
