My son enjoys his sessions; the staff and management are very welcoming, friendly, and open to answering your questions. My son is engaged during his sessions through various activities each day. The use of the app is a great approach as I'm able to tell what my child has been up to.

The team goes above and beyond to make every child feel valued and supported. There's a real sense of love and dedication in everything they do. Thank you to the amazing staff at Banana Moon Walsall for creating such a nurturing, happy environment. We're truly grateful and highly recommend this nursery to other families!

We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery! The teachers are incredibly attentive and caring, I feel confident knowing my daughter is in such good hands. She absolutely loves going every day and always comes home happy and full of stories. The environment is warm, enjoyable, and nurturing, and it's clear that she's learning so much. I have a bit of mixed feelings about that the lot of student staff but Im trying to trust in the management about their decision of staff.

My child is always happy when going to the nursery. It shows he is being taken good care of by the dedicated staff/teachers of the school. Everyone is approachable and they have a friendly environment for the kids. My child loves it there.

My son started at Banana Moon in September 2024. Although he was teary as expected to begin with he blossomed very quickly and I do believe that is due to the kindness of the staff who work very hard to develop a strong bond with the children. The staff go to extra lengths to ensure the children are happy and settled, which I appreciate very much as I won't worry about my son while he is at nursery and have full confidence that he is having a wonderful time. The nursery carries out numerous activities all throughout the day which is lovely to know that my son is always doing something new which develops his social, physical and intellectual skills. They provide updates on the app regularly throughout the day and their snack and food menu is filled with colour and nutrition. They provide healthy and tasty meals which is a bonus. The cleanliness of the nursery is also immaculate.I would highly recommend Banana Moon Day!

The first couple of weeks were very anxious as he would cry when he was dropped off. Staff were very friendly and patient and now my boy loves coming to nursery and looks forward going to play with his friends. We are updated regularly with any progress that he is making and everyone loves his cheeky little character that is starting to develop and his range of vocabulary has increased also since being around others. It is spaceous, well lit, clean and there are loads of activities for the children to do. I can't recommend this nursery enough.

Since my child started attending nursery, my wife and I have seen a significant positive change in their learning and development in various areas. We've been very happy with the management and staff's professionalism and communication over the past few months too. I would recommend this nursery.

Amazing staff very friendly and kind . They take care individually which is great. Excellent nursery. They plan and do various activities daily to improve the various skills of children which my child enjoys. My child loves going to the nursery always smiling and happy.

I find the care that both my children are receiving at banana moon is out standing. All staff know my both my children's needs and wants and I feel they are in very very safe hands. The nursery has excellent communication and my children's development is fantastic. Thank you banana moon and all the team for providing such a great service and making my children feel safe and secure.

The staff at Banana Moon Nursery Walsall is very helpful and accommodating. The daily diary updates provide a good insight to how the day was spent. My son is kept engaged with activities that are appropriate for his age. He loves going to nursery. Food options given to the children are also very good. The staff also pays attention to concerns raised by the parents and give extra attention to the children where required.

I am happy banana moon has opened again as my eldest went here too and it is great to be able to send my youngest here too :)

The app with the updates are a piece of mind for me as I can to have a glimpse into his time away from me.

They do their best to accommodate each child's needs and go the extra mile with learning and development while encouraging to try new experiences.

Amazing nursery! My child really enjoys attending and has done from day one. My child is developing well here, improving speech and understanding. My child also enjoys the range of activities provided each day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

The staff at Banana Moon Day Nursery have been absolutely amazing and crucial to my daughter's well-being and general development. They are very child-centred and know what my daughter likes/dislikes and have always been facilitating every time we have asked them something. They support her at meal times when she doesn't want to eat and they always take interest in her everyday routines and family experiences. They have been fantastic and supportive in keeping my daughter excited and happy to attend daycare, especially knowing I have had episodes of ill health. My daughter loves to talk about her day and is always talking about staff at Banana Moon! They are always professional and the new renovations mean it is much more attractive, safer, hygienic and exciting for children. They are always so energetic and really welcome my daughter every morning, I know she is in safe hands. Thank you for all of your help in taking care of my baby! I can't recommend Banana Moon enough.
