My son has been attended Banana Moon Caterham since Feb, and we are very happy with the care and support he recieved. The staff are kind, patient and caring, and they made his settling-in process much easier.

We could not be happier with our experience at the nursery. From the beginning, our daughter has been welcomed into a warm and loving environment. The staff are absolutely lovely. and genuinely care about the children. The nursery is always clean and well organised. Our daughter has settled in, is developing beautifully and is always happy to go in, which gives us great reassurance. The food is of good quality and the menu is varied. As two working parents, communication is very important to us. We love receiving regular updates, photos and videos, as they help us feel connected to our daughter while we are at work. We also really appreciate being invited to the lovely events, celebrations and activities organised by the nursery. Overall, we are extremely happy with the nursery and would happily recommend it to other families. Thank you to the manager and everyone in the baby room for the care,, kindness and dedication you show our daughter every day. It truly means so much to us

Our daughter has thrived at Banana Moon. She genuinely looks forward to each day and comes home buzzing about what she's learned. The improvement in her vocabulary has been remarkable, and most impressively she's gone from being a very fussy eater to happily eating on her own. That transformation is entirely down to the patience and care of the team. We couldn't be more grateful

Sending my two boy's to Banana Moon Caterham was the best decision I ever made. As a parent you wonder if you're child is happy there, are their needs being met, are they making friends and so on. But I can honestly say that I can go to work and not have a single worry. My boy's always look forward to going to Nursery, and they always have a smile on their face when they tell me all about their day. The whole team are fantastic and they work very well together, which makes it the success it is today. They put on lovely Halloween and Christmas events in 2025 for the children, and parents were welcome to join in with the fun. My boy's have excelled since starting, and I am so amazed that they are both nearly potty trained. The staff pick up on anything very early on and offer the best advice that actually works, should you be unsure of anything. The app is also a great way of seeing how your little one is getting on throughout the day. I'd 110% recommend Banana Moon to any parent.

The staff team are brilliant with my 1 year old. He settled in very quickly and loves coming to nursery. We're looking forward to seeing him flourish at Banana Moon.

My child absolutely loves this nursery! He always seems really happy when he's there and clearly enjoys the activities. The staff are fantastic, warm, caring, and really engaged with the children. It's such a comfort knowing he's in a safe and supportive environment where he's thriving. Couldn't be happier with the care he's receiving!
