Couldn't recommend this nursery enough. All staff members are friendly, and they are really attentive to the children. The facilities are great and they have really catered for what we do at home/what my daughter is used to.

A great environment for my son to develop. Staff are great and provide good regular feedback on Child's progress. Nursery is nice and clean and the main thing is my son is happy. Management team is great as they always keep you updated on what is happening at the Nursery.

I have the pleasure of bringing my grandchildren to this nursery from the moment you walk through the door the office staff are always smiling and welcoming. Then taking my grandchildren into the rooms. One child gets quite upset but his key worker is there to welcome him in and gives lots of cuddle before he's off playing. Staff are very attentive to each child's individual needs.

My daughter started Banana moon in April at 9 months old. She has settled into the Baby Moons room so well. The care received from staff is amazing. We are so happy with the staff and the effort they have put in to help my daughter settle in and get her into a routine. We are greeted with a friendly smile from all staff at pick ups and drop offs. Staff are amazing at keeping the app up to date throughout the day and communication is absolutely perfect. The nursery is very clean and modern. We've been sending our one year old daughter to this nursery for four months, and she loves it there. She settled in quickly and has built a great relationship with her key person. We're regularly reassured through lots of daily updates, and the staff are always responsive and available for a chat. We highly recommend!

My daughter started at Baby Moons in April and as a first time mum I didn't know how I would find it. The staff have made this a very happy transition in our maternity/going back to work life. The nursery is very clean, welcoming and staff are always so friendly. We are kept up to date with the app which has been brilliant and receiving photos makes me feel like I'm not missing out so much. Staff make such a conscious effort to replicate our routine/likes etc. The food she is given is delicious and the care she receives is 10/10. I'm in a large antenatal group and all the mums have found something negative with their nurseries. I cannot say the same. So happy we chose Banana Moon. I viewed several places and as soon as I met Dalraj and she showed me round, I knew this was the right place for us. Feel very lucky to have this so close by. Big thank you to everyone in the Baby Moon room, you do a fantastic job.

My daughter really loves going to Banana Moon and it's so lovely as a parent watching how happy your child is to attend this nursery. The staff are so lovely , caring , polite, friendly and always updating us on how our daughter's day is going. I really love this nursery and I am so happy that I chose it. They have been doing an amazing job with our baby girl. She has grown so much ever since she started going there. I highly recommend!

My child who currently attends looks forward to going to nursery and speaks fondly of the staff and her friends. Activities are engaging and I my child is encouraged to develop ideas and participate. The nursery is also incredibly clean and safe. Communications are also excellent and I am well informed about my child's day and important notices.

My child has been going to Banana Moon Nursery for over 2 years now and I am very happy with the care and consideration they take when looking after my daughter. She loves going and I feel that's a great way to tell if it's a good environment. In addition to this, I feel the staff are very professional, approachable and more than happy to help with any questions I may have. Banana Moon really helped my daughter settle in. So much so that my second will be attending soon. The staff are more than friendly and welcoming, the communication is 10/10, the environment is clean and safe, and the diet is healthy. Can't fault it.

I like most parents was nervous sending my little one to nursery but Banana Moon has made it an easy and informative transition. The updates daily and the messaging options are fantastic which means I can ask questions about my little one and receive responses promptly. The staff have been so welcoming and are amazing with my little one. His key worker has been amazing as well as other staff. He loves all of them! They always make me feel at ease leaving my little one in their care. Couldn't praise the staff and the nursery enough! So happy we chose this nursery for my baby's journey.

Our child is just nearing the end of her time at Banana Moon Day Nursery Littleover. She joined at 1 year old during COVID19 precautions when the nursery was newly opened, she is now 4 and starting school this month. It started as a mixed experience with some teething issues being so new and changes of management but the current manager has created a great environment with lots of themed days and improved communication. Our daughter has particularly enjoyed her time in Full Moons where, with the support of the friendly, engaging, caring and competent room staff, she has grown in confidence and had a lot of fun whilst learning. The recent graduation party was a particular highlight for us all, and way above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for taking such great care of our daughter and supporting her during her early years. She's going to miss you!
