Partou 100 Acre Wood Day Nursery & Pre school

We've had one son complete his time at the nursery and move on to school, while our younger son is still attending. Throughout, we've been consistently impressed by the care, compassion, and professionalism of the staff at 100 Acre. The team truly cares about the children, and both of our boys have flourished there. Our sons enjoy all the messy play and especially love spending time in the gardens - perfect for two energetic boys! The staff take the time to understand each child's personality, which has helped our boys really thrive in this nurturing environment.

We've had the pleasure of being part of Partou 100 Acre Wood for nearly two and a half years, and we can't praise them enough! From first impressions, we loved the intimate setting, smaller groups and warm, home-from-home feel with natural decor and wooden toys etc. This atmosphere is reflected in the care - it truly feels like a family. Every staff member, regardless of room, knows and greets your child by name. They're friendly, approachable and always make time to listen, no matter how many questions or things you want to talk about at handover. Both our children naturally have different personalities and the team tunes into them beautifully. We love seeing updates on the app showing what they enjoy and how they're developing - we've loved the recent art opportunities! We also appreciate how dedicated the team is to improving practice - the updated outdoor area is a great example. The staff are a real credit to the nursery - caring, professional and genuinely passionate.

My son has attended 100 acre wood for a year after moving to the local area. He was settled into toddler room really well and the staff are fantastic and engaging. He is now in pre school and loves going in 3 x a week. His little sister has just started in the baby room. The baby room staff have been great and really helped her settle and give me the confidence she's doing well with regular up dates on the nursery app.

It is my son's last day at nursery today and I can honestly say this nursery has been fantastic. The wonderful staff have put me at ease every morning knowing that my child is safe in their care. The nursery has a home from home feel and the staff have really taken their time to get to know all of the children and understand their individual needs. My friend is now sending her child here and I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery. The staff are great and couldn't ask for better. The food is great, my daughter is quite picky at home but loves the variety of meals provided. Would highly recommend!

The nursery has both front and back gardens, plenty of outdoor playtime which I think is essential for kids.

My children love going to 100 Acre Wood. The variety of activities for them to get involved in is brilliant and the staff all seem to genuinely care about ensuring your children are well looked after.

This is a great nursery, the staff are really caring and ensure the children are well looked after. Lovely community feel, would really recommend this nursery! My son has developed his social and language skills since starting, and has been given tailored care to ensure this outcome.

The food at the nursery is great - healthy and has lots of variety.

The learning is also very good as we notice they are constantly being challenged in a good way and showing new skills.

I have two boys who attend this setting, so I can speak for both toddler and preschool rooms, the older of my boys has been at the nursery for two years now and is about to start primary school this September! The girls are nothing short of incredible, kind caring and friendly. Two members of staff in particular in the toddler room go above and beyond to ensure children and parents feel safe and welcomed and well informed. Upstairs in the toddler room, we have three of the staff who are lovely and so many more. My boys go off to nursery every morning happy to see the girls, they always have a vast range of activities to do with the children and I'm always well informed at the end of the day and even during the day via the app. I will always recommend this nursery to people in my area. I'm very grateful to the team for looking after my boys as if they were their own, it really does ease your mind to know they're so well looked after.

My little girl has been attending 100 Acre Wood since she was 9 months old. She is now 18 months old and she really is thriving! She has grown in confidence and developed so many new skills which we get to see at home. The staff are so friendly and I am confident leaving my daughter in safe and caring hands! I cannot praise this nursery enough and am so happy we chose this nursery. A special mention to the home-cooked meals, I am often being told my little girl has had two or more portions!

Overall, all staff are friendly and the nursery always has lovely activities set up throughout the setting which you can see all children enjoying and thriving from.

Since our boy was seven months old, we felt it was important for him to have early years development. Over the last couple of years he has developed amazingly through 100 Acre Wood Day Nursery, you can even see it week by week. I often worry about his food variation at home, but am comfortable knowing he gets the best healthy meals day in, day out, throughout the week! He loves all the activities and staff at 100 Acre Wood.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 7 months old, he's now reaching 2 and a half and he is thriving! He absolutely loves the staff and the nursery and his development really showcases when he is at home. He loves the fact he can choose the 'front' or 'back' garden and going to nursery each day is a joy for him!

100 Acre Wood Day Nursery has been nothing but amazing for our family. My daughter loves attending the nursery. The staff are amazing and it is so nice to feel I am leaving my child in the safest hands. They have supported my daughter from a baby and even when her sister was born made sure this was included in her day by speaking about her. Cannot praise this nursery high enough. What a lovely place for my child to develop.

Brilliant nursery, staff are super friendly and attentive to the children, they look after the children to the absolute best of their abilities and I couldn't ask for more from them. My child is always happy, safe and that's all I can ever ask for.

We feel our child is in safe hands. We are very happy with the nursery and will not hesitate to recommend them.
