We are just hoping that the next room move, her care and support from staff returns to the same standard as before.

We can't thank all of the staff enough for everything they do. They truly go above and beyond, and we'll be heartbroken to say goodbye in a few months. We will always be grateful for giving our daughter such a happy, caring, and positive start to her education.

Very grateful to the whole team for making nursery a positive experience for us all.

My son has extra health needs and we are always kept up to date with any illnesses going around and I feel safe having my son in their care.

We feel very lucky to have our son at this nursery and are so grateful to the whole team for everything they do.

My son has been brought on massively since joining. He went from not being able to walk to walking within months. Staff are attentive and caring always happy to give cuddles and attention when needed. If he goes in a little upset or unsettled I am given an update to let me know he has settled. The updates throughout the day on the app are brilliant and you can see what fun he is having.

My sons loves nursery and he has came on so much since starting. Try's new foods and learns new skills and is so happy when there I would like more pictures off him if I was being really picky like one a day would be good

My daughter adores nursery and runs in every morning. It's lovely that from the minute she gets out the car the staff (even before shift) are welcoming her in. They are very professional but also provide a very loving and caring environment. I can see how much she is learning throughout the day and am happy they expose her to new activities and a varied diet. They are also great at sending picture updates on the app which reassure me she is happy.

Absolutely amazing nursery and we love all of the staff so much. We are so reassured and at ease when our little boy goes there and that he's in safe hands.

I really appreciate all the work that the teachers at busy bee are doing , always patient,happy,kind and very loving. My son is very emotional and sensitive child and at kids 1st he feels safe and happy that is making me sure that this nursery was the perfect fit for him. I will be forever grateful for every day he spend there and all the new things he's learning . The food he eats always smells amazing ,he is enjoying every lunch. The play is creative and interesting for him ,he's always excited to go there and play with friends and see his teachers.

Both of my sons attended this nursery from the baby room through to preschool, and our experience has been fantastic throughout. The staff are caring, enthusiastic, and friendly, taking the time to get to know each child as an individual. They provide a wide range of enriching activities, ensuring every day is filled with both physical and mental stimulation. My son is always excited to attend and talks about the staff as though they are family. The facilities are excellent, with dedicated outdoor areas for each room and a separate lunch hall for older children. Their Ready for School programme is also fantastic and prepares children well for the transition to primary school. I especially appreciate the effort staff put into creating seasonal crafts and cards to bring home. The Christmas performances and preschool graduation are wonderful memories for families too. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough. The staff have had such a positive impact on our family - thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough of Kids 1st Quorum. The staff in every single room are exceptional. You can really tell how well they get to know the children - from their likes and dislikes and their little personalities. From first visits right through each room in the setting we have felt listened to and well communicated with. The staff are brilliant at updating the app and also answering the phone if there are any specific concerns on a particular day or queries. Kids 1st Quorum have helped our daughter develop into the little girl she is, from supporting her with her communication, potty training, climbing and balance and right back to her first steps and words. The staff are brilliant at reinforcing safety too. We are so sad that it's almost time for our daughter to move on from the setting and will forever be grateful for the memories and experiences she has had at Kids 1st Quorum. It will always be so special to us.

We have always had such a wonderful experience with both our children attending nursery. The staff are genuinely so caring and attentive and it doesn't go unnoticed! Both my kids come home and talk about their day at nursery and love attending.

Excellent standard of care, my daughter has settled incredibly well and enjoys attending. Both her key workers so far have been fabulous and I am looking forward to my little boy joining later this year.

We are so pleased with our experience with Kidz 1st Quorum. Since our daughter started in December 2024 she has come on so much and has gained a lot more confidence and made some lovely friends. The staff are welcoming and friendly and we feel reassured that she is in safe hands for the day. There is a great range of activities each day which are age appropriate and help their development. She always comes home and tells us about what's she's been doing and particularly loves the painting, messy play and playing in the home corner. We also love that the children get to spend a lot of time outdoors in the garden. As well as getting updates on the app, the staff always provide a helpful update at the end of the day on what she's been up to as well.

The staff at the nursery are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are immaculate. Our child absolutely loves their time here, we love receiving updates on them throughout the day from the staff. Would highly recommend to other parents.

My son has been attending this nursery for over a year now. We're so impressed with how his speech has come along and love the confidence he has gained. When hes at home he always talks about nursery, friends and workers included, its so nice to hear. We would highly recommend this nursery to others.
