We can't praise Busy Bees enough! After a really tough year at another nursery in Sunderland, we moved our son here and the change was incredible. From his very first day, he was like a different child - happy, confident, and excited to go in. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and you can feel
how much the staff genuinely care for the children.
Nathan and Rebecca, in particular, have been fantastic - they go above and beyond to make the children feel safe, supported, and loved. They also happy to answer any questions. The whole team works together to create such a nurturing environment, and as parents, that gives us complete peace of mind.
We only wish we had chosen Busy Bees from the start. Truly the best nursery experience we could ask for - highly recommended!

Our nearly 2 year old daughter began with Kids First a few months ago, and she absolutely loves her time there. Within days she had bonded with the fantastic and skilled staff, and I think much of her growth over the past month directly relates to the kinds of nourishing engagement that is daily practice.
Beyond this, the managers have been so accommodating with shifting schedules. We could not be happier with Kids First, and 5 stars aren't enough to reflect the brilliant care our daughter is receiving there.

Staff very friendly. Always happy to help with any inquiries. My son loves it here. I find it very reassuring that stuff update the app throughout the day allowing us to see what my child is up to while in nursery. This is a really wonderful nursery. We have two children here and we can see how much our eldest has thrived by attending for two years. Our youngest has recently started and the staff put so much care into making sure he was settled and happy. The staff are incredible and really go above and beyond

Both of my sons have attended here since 11 months old. My eldest has left to go to school but I couldn't fault how well he has developed through going to this nursery right through to school. My youngest is still at the nursery and I can see how much he is thriving. He loves the staff, the food and
all of the activities. The staff go above and beyond for him and there is a good handover when I pick him up. The staff are caring, fun and my son is always excited to see them. The outdoor space is great for all the children and the separate rooms help them develop in their own time. Overall I am so pleased I brought both my children to this nursery as it sets them up for school life in a brilliant environment! I would highly recommend it.

My Daughter has been attending Kids 1st Jesmond for five months now and has settled in great! Although she was nervous her first few weeks the girls really helped to settle her in and put both of us at ease. My Daughter absolutely loves her days at nursery and now runs to the room herself without looking
back! It's lovely knowing that she's in a safe environment with staff who will go above and beyond to help. The girls in the room listened to my requests as a parent and got to know my Daughters needs and comforts. We are so grateful for the help of all the staff at Kids 1st Jesmond for making nursery fun for my Daughter, while reassuring me that she is learning and being well taken care of.

We can't fault Kids 1st Wynyard! We feel like each key person builds a great bond with the children. Since my daughter started in January, we receive regular updates throughout the day. Recently our child's been unwell and the manager, went out of her way after hours to ask if she was okay, yet again

Absolutely wonderful nursery, my little girl absolutely loves her time here. I can't fault the staff, with regular updates on naps/meals/daily activities and more they have really put me at ease about going back to work and leaving my little girl in nursery.
Thank you to everyone at Kid 1st Wynyard
for being so brilliant.
The only negative is obviously cost, it's quite expensive and things like wipes, nappies etc. aren't included but the care your child gets is worth every penny and the quality of the nursery is better than others in the area.

Excellent, friendly and very professional team of staff. My child loved it here, was very well looked after, educated and brought her on a lot. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get their young ones into nursery.

Lovely nursery - both my children are very happy and well looked after by the fantastic team of supportive and caring staff. They are challenged by the environment and stage appropriate activities set up for them but are also encouraged to follow their own interests. I'm kept up to date throughout the
day with routines which is very reassuring and helps to transition to bed time. We also love the regular updates on skills developments but would love more time to speak to staff through things like 'stay and plays' as drop off and pick up can be really busy!

My daughter has been at this nursery for 13 months, she has come on amazing since she started. The staff have been brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they always keep me informed via the app with pictures and what she is up to throughout the day. She has bonded well with her key workers.
