Kids 1st QE

The care love and attention the nursery has shown for both myself and my daughter has been outstanding! I suffered from postnatal depression and finding a nursery gave me nightmares. The second I walked into Kids 1st QE I felt comfortable and reassured. The care that my little girl gets blows me away. My little girl suffers seizures and the staff are always so calm at reassuring both myself and my daughter. The activities and the learning provided is amazing, I love seeing her artwork and photos of her on the parent app throughout the day which really gives me the comfort and reassurance I need whilst I'm at work. My daughter has attended the nursery for just under 2 years now and is absolutely thriving. All of the staff are caring, polite, welcoming and happy all of the time! The meals provided always sound lovely and are all NHS approved and cooked on site.

After lockdown, and our daughter did not attend due to not being key workers. We decided to enrol her as soon as possible. The nursery has high standards of care and cleanliness, and after discussing the new processes with a member of staff who was very thorough, we knew we had no concerns with her going back. When she returned, she was in a new room, but the girls provided great support in helping her resettle. All staff are so friendly and approachable, and we couldn't think of a better place for our daughter to attend!

Staff are so friendly and work hard to support and nurture our son. The facilities are great, and the activities and meals are varied. Our son is really progressing, and we are kept up to date with regular observations and photos.

Fantastic Nursery and even better staff. If anyone is looking for a nursery to send their child to look no further than Kids 1st QE. I think it’s quite hard to put into words how fantastic the staff are at the nursery they are highly trained and very caring all children are treated as an individual and transition from room to room is based on child’s development all staff are supportive with the child’s transition and it is smooth move for the child. As a parent, it is very daunting leaving your child, but I felt very relaxed and at ease with the help and support of the staff leaving my daughter as I knew she was in safe hands and would be well looked after. Staff update you upon collecting your child on how their day has gone what activities they have taken part in that day, all meals explained, naps etc, there is also the app which is updated throughout the day. I can’t thank the staff enough for the love and care they show my daughter she loves the nursery and is always excited to go.

The girls in his room are so welcoming every day with big cuddles and genuinely care about each child, they are very informative with what he has been up too throughout the day. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Both of my children are now looked after by Kids 1st and are clearly benefiting from their time there. I would 100% recommend.

My daughter started Kids 1st QE in March and has thrived. The staff are so welcoming and my daughter clearly loves the staff. She will lean out of arms wanting to go to girls which to me proves she is more than settled. They provide the best activities and make sure she is well-rested. I couldn’t have picked a better nursery for her.

Excellent nursery. Welcoming friendly staff. Our little boy loves it here and we are very happy with how they look after him.

Kids 1st QE is a wonderful nursery. My daughter loves it. The staff were brilliant at making the transition from maternity leave to return to work easy because of how well they look after my child. They have incredibly sensible policies and I think it is reasonably priced. The activities they do are great and the range of food is fantastic.

I can’t explain how amazing staff are at Kids 1st QE. I honestly can’t thank them all enough for everything they’ve done for my daughter, her graduation was amazing and made me so proud. Her journey has been amazing from start to finish full of fun and laughs. If I could keep her there forever I would!

We have had such a positive experience sending our Daughter to nursery. The staff in Starfish 2 have been nothing short of exceptional - all have taken a keen interest in her well being and development and all of them have got to know her so well. Our Daughter has had a few difficulties with illness and staff have shown a genuine interest and care for her wellbeing - even when she's thrown up on them. I know she is in exceptionally caring hands.

Fantastic nursery. My daughter loves going in each morning and has thrived since starting there. The care and stimulation she receives is outstanding. As parents, we could not ask for more.

The staff are friendly, lots of activities for the kids, wide and varied food menu. My daughter loves attending this nursery.

My son has attended this nursery since September 2017 and he absolutely loves it! The well-suited surroundings and excellent staff have encouraged my son to flourish into a happy and confident little boy. My relationship with the staff at the nursery also allows me to relax knowing he is in safe hands and benefiting from his learning environment. I wholly recommend this nursery to anyone as the staff are knowledgeable and happy to help at all times.

Choosing a Nursery after maternity leave was always going to be a hard task, but as soon as we walked into Kids1st QE, we knew we had found somewhere special. Management were so welcoming, showed us around and were so thorough in terms of information and organisation.

Our daughter took a while to settle and the staff were truly amazing with her during this time. The key workers supported her with their kind, caring nature and now has such a special bond with them.

Our daughter loves Nursery - she gets so excited when we pull into the car park. The care & education she receives truly is 1st Class. The app that shows what has happened that day so we are always kept fully informed with not only sleeps, meals and nappies but also all of the lovely activities that she has taken part in.

We have no hesitation in recommending Kids1st QE - our daughter has developed into a confident, independent, happy little girl - a lot of this is down to the hard work and dedication of the staff.

I can't rate the staff at Kids 1st QE more highly. I always feel like I am leaving my son with family as they genuinely care for him. The quality of the facilities are fab and the food choices are amazing! I love being able to check my son's progress online too. Observation pictures are my favourite!
