Excellent standard of care, my daughter has settled incredibly well and enjoys attending. Both her key workers so far have been fabulous and I am looking forward to my little boy joining later this year.

The baby room (Starfish One) is amazing. They have helped my son (and I) settle into nursery really well. They are super supportive, knowledgeable, kind and caring and have made it easy to trust them with my son. The dream team in there are just utterly fab.

The nursery can't do anymore! Every member of staff puts the children first, they look after them so well. You regularly get updates on your child's progress and what they are up to which is lovely to see.

What a nursery. Both my children attended this nursery, my daughter for four years and my son for six months. After taking my son out to put in a closer nursery, I can honestly say I miss Busy Bees. Everything about the nursery made me feel at ease. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are extremely clean. I would highly recommend this nursery and if I lived closer I would definitely send my son back.

After visiting a couple nurseries prior to Busy Bees at Sunderland, Cleadon for our then six month old, upon arrival here we knew it was the one, the building is welcoming and the rooms are a great size and are set out lovely for the children who attend there. I was hesitant about sending our baby anywhere but seeing the staff with him and how he now is being well and truly settled eight months in I am no longer hesitant. He absolutely adores the staff here and will quite happily walk in on a morning, he loves it! I have never had any concerns or any issues and I get a phonecall if needed. Having the app with his updates, however small is fabulous, I love seeing him enjoying himself as due to Covid-19 this is limited at the minute. He enjoys a varied menu at nursery and that has been great in developing his eating at home, as well as how confident and sociable he has become. I'm certain that's down to having a great team helping him on his growing and learning journey! They treat him like one of their own and I'm sure that's the same for every child that goes.

Staff are always friendly and they have done a brilliant job in settling my little girl into nursery. They have also kept me reassured and involved in her day, I love the app that shares photos of her enjoying her day

My son has been going to Busy Bees for the last twelve months and I can't recommend them highly enough. He has settled in so well and all the staff are so welcoming and attentive with the children. It's such a lovely place and has been a god send that my son was still able to go throughout lockdown.

Staff are helpful and friendly, they always have tips to support us. My daughter loves to go to nursery and often asks to go at the weekend! She loves the staff and is fed well to our chosen diet. Attending nursery has helped with my daughters social development and has been a really good lifeline during the pandemic.

My child has settled into the preschool room really well and I feel like the staff in that room really know and care of him. His learning and skills have improved in that room and they have provided him with a great, solid routine. Extra praise to the pre-school teacher who runs the room superbly. I really appreciate the flexibility shown by the nursery to accommodate attending the local school nursery too and I think the collaboration is fantastic. I would love to see all the nursery children out and about in the local community on a regular basis i.e. park, pond etc.

My son has been attending Busy Bees, CLeadon since he was 6 months old. We are so happy with his care and development. All the girls are so lovely and friendly and we couldn't be more sure he is 100% happy here. There have never been any issues and they keep us informed and up to date. My son is now 3 1/2 and we are keeping him at Busy Bees instead of state nursery as we love him being here.

Both our daughters attend Busy Bees. They've both settled well, go in and leave happy. Friendly staff, always welcoming, lovely range of meals. More trips out would be great.

My daughter is very happy here. She enjoys all the different activities and has learned a lot from her time here.

My daughter has really enjoyed her time at Busy Bees at Sunderland. We have attended for 6 years now as my oldest child also came here. Staff always lovely and welcoming, they always make a fuss of my children and ask them questions to show an interest. Lovely environment and always happy discuss any questions we have. Excellent nursery and we will really miss our second family.

We've always been delighted with the care our son has received at Busy Bees, Cleadon. His development has been great and he has formed some really special bonds with staff.

My daughter has flourished at nursery and enjoys her days there. We have really seen her confidence increase and the key workers show great care which continues to help with her development. Thank you.

The learning embedded at the nursery is clear to see and both of my girls learnt key concepts, numbers and literacy skills whilst here.
