Kids 1st Bowesfield

I wanted to take a moment to thank a particular staff member for the incredible support and guidance that has been provided to my daughter.

I would like to thank her for her patience, encouragement, and dedication. This has made all the difference in my daughter's progress. I am amazed at how far she has come with the help of this staff member. Thank you for being an amazing role model and for your dedication.

Also a big thank you to the rest of the staff who have been incredible, helpful, and for their efforts.

Lovely nursery - both my children are very happy and well looked after by the fantastic team of supportive and caring staff. They are challenged by the environment and stage appropriate activities set up for them but are also encouraged to follow their own interests. I'm kept up to date throughout the day with routines which is very reassuring and helps to transition to bed time. We also love the regular updates on skills developments but would love more time to speak to staff through things like 'stay and plays' as drop off and pick up can be really busy!

My daughter has been at this nursery for 13 months, she has come on amazing since she started. The staff have been brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they always keep me informed via the app with pictures and what she is up to throughout the day. She has bonded well with her key workers.

I am a very satisfied and grateful mother to this kindergarten and its staff. My child is very happy when she goes to classes. She is very attached to the teacher, always comes with something new to learn, is much more responsible, obedient and starts learning English with rapid steps. I appreciate that it is very clean, disciplined and modern the place where my daughter learns. I thank all the staff for the attention, involvement and patience they have with all the children.

Outdoor gardens are amazing and food is freshly cooked daily. Our little one loves it.

I recommend this nursery to all our friends and family and really do think it's the best nursery in the area. Our son loves the lovely big fish tank at the entrance as you walk in and it's another nice touch the great that there is a take-out tea and coffee station for parents to take the work with them.

We identified our son has additional needs very early on in his life which meant he was going to need specialist intervention and help alongside securing and EHCP and the nursery pulled out all the stops and worked so hard with us as parents to ensure the plan was secured and implemented immediately, he now has one to one support during his sessions and is thriving at kids 1st Bowesfield. The staff are all fantastic and the setting is by far the best in our area.

My little boy attends Kids 1st Bowesfield and to say he loves it there is an understatement. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting here. The staff are lovely and have gone above and beyond for my little boy, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very easy to speak to and will help in any way they can. From my experience, they offer so much support for not only the child but the parent too. I have had a lot of issues including eating, sensory issues, and medication issues with my little boy and they were so quick to jump on board and do whatever was possible to help. Fantastic nursery.

An amazing nursery. The staff are so invested in the kids. I cannot praise the staff enough. The SEN support my son has received has been outstanding. Can't wait for my second son to start his journey here.

Finally, I work a varied shift pattern and the nursery are always extremely flexible and helpful when organising care, which can be a challenge.

I will be upset when he leaves Kids 1st for his school place!

I'm so glad I chose this nursery for my daughter and could not think of her going anywhere else!

I just want to say a massive thank you to the girls in the penguin room. They managed to settle my little boy into the nursery so quickly and he now thrives and runs into the room every day. He talks about the girls in the room every night and they know so much about him. I don't have any worries about my child when he is in nursery.

This nursery has been a godsend for my little girl. From moving from another nursery in a different area the staff ensured she fit in from the get-go and made her feel so welcome I cannot thank them all enough for all they do for our little girl.

Everything about this nursery is just gorgeous, the little keep sakes the staff, the love and care they give your child when you're not there, the cleanliness you always see a cleaner or 2 whilst your picking up or dropping off. Im sooo happy I sent my child here and he is one very happy boy in there.

Our daughter has attended this nursery since she was nine months old, and it has become a place we hold in the highest regard. Though her start was a little rocky, everything changed when she was introduced to her key worker. Under key worker's nurturing care, she blossomed, forming a secure attachment and gaining confidence. The key worker was always in tune with her needs, providing emotional support and guiding her development. When she moved rooms, the transition was seamless, thanks to the close collaboration between the rooms. Her new key worker surpassed all expectations-a true professional with a caring, empathetic nature. As an educator, I deeply respect her; as a mother, I am reassured daily. The manager leads with warmth and professionalism, ensuring standards remain high. This team has given our daughter a wonderful start-we are endlessly grateful.

My little girl started here when she was 9 months old and has loved it ever since she started. All of the staff are fantastic with the kids and have made her feel so welcome since she started with them. She has developed fantastic communication skills and has developed in all key stages. She started at a difficult time due to Covid but I am so grateful she had this nursery to go to and be able to learn and enjoy herself throughout this time. The relationship between staff and parents is fantastic. They have always been so welcoming and friendly with me, and they always try to help and support with any questions or queries I have. I could not recommend them enough to other parents out there - all of the staff are amazing!

My son started Kids 1st when he was 7 months old and since his 1st visit, he has absolutely loved it! He is so happy to see his key worker and the other girls in the setting and likes to wave at all of his friends. The parent and staff partnership is great, I love getting sent photos of him playing via the app! He always has a wide range of delicious sounding food, and loves to explore all of the wide range of educational toys within the baby room! I would recommend this nursery to anyone without any hesitation. All of the staff in the setting have made my return to work from maternity leave so much easier and for that, I will be forever grateful!

My little boy started Kids 1st in November 2022 at 11 months old and I cannot express how grateful I am to two members of staff in particular for looking after him so well and helping him settle into nursery life. It is abundantly clear when he is dropped off on a morning how much he loves them both and that makes us feels so happy knowing he is looked after and happy to be at nursery. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they both genuinely enjoy being with all the children, that is clear. Thank you so much.

My little girl has been attending Kids 1st Bowesfield for almost a year and I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and kindness they have shown us both. My little girl has come on leaps in her development since attending and has the most fun. She has made friends there and the girls who run the room she is in now are just wonderful.
