Kids 1st Quorum

We have always had such a wonderful experience with both our children attending nursery. The staff are genuinely so caring and attentive and it doesn't go unnoticed! Both my kids come home and talk about their day at nursery and love attending.

We are so pleased with our experience with Kidz 1st Quorum. Since our daughter started in December 2024 she has come on so much and has gained a lot more confidence and made some lovely friends. The staff are welcoming and friendly and we feel reassured that she is in safe hands for the day. There is a great range of activities each day which are age appropriate and help their development. She always comes home and tells us about what's she's been doing and particularly loves the painting, messy play and playing in the home corner. We also love that the children get to spend a lot of time outdoors in the garden. As well as getting updates on the app, the staff always provide a helpful update at the end of the day on what she's been up to as well.

Since my daughter joined last September we've had a really positive experience. All of the staff are great and any issues we've had our dealt with so quickly. It feels like there's always fun activities to engage the kids and the staff really care. It's lovely seeing how much our daughter has progressed while attending.

Brilliant nursery. The team are warm, patient and genuinely care about the children. The centre director is fantastic - nothing is ever a problem for her, no matter how silly the question, and the same goes for every member of staff in the rooms. They've supported our toddler through big milestones, including early potty training (and unfortunately biting!!) with so much consistency and encouragement. Communication is excellent, behaviour is handled calmly, and the whole place has a really supportive feel. Couldn't ask for a better environment.

My son has been attending this nursery for over a year now. We're so impressed with how his speech has come along and love the confidence he has gained. When hes at home he always talks about nursery, friends and workers included, its so nice to hear. We would highly recommend this nursery to others.

We have been with the nursery for 6 months now this was our first view of a nursery and never looked anywhere else which speaks volumes. Since joining in January he has came on leaps and bounds and he is happy going in. Lovely staff and Nursery.

Good communications on the app. Love seeing photos of how much my little one is enjoying his day.

The staff at the nursery are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are immaculate. Our child absolutely loves their time here, we love receiving updates on them throughout the day from the staff. Would highly recommend to other parents.

Our little boy is in this nursery full time and he absolutely love it. The staff are lovely and friendly and we always get an in depth hand over at the end of the day. We are so impressed with the facilities of the nursery and the activities carried out. We are also blown away by the variety of food offered daily. We were a little anxious about putting him in full term due to work commitments but it's been such a great decision and he has come on leaps and bounds since joining last May. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Hannah and the team go above and beyond.

We are putting our new daughter in there come October and feel at a massive ease knowing how well she will be cared for, i honestly couldn't rate hannah and her team more

Absolutely fantastic nursery, both our children attend and we couldn't be happier. Our daughter has gone through each room and is currently in the pre school - she has thrived under the care of every member of staff in every room, and now she picks her brother up from the baby room the staff still remember her and make a fuss! It is clear every member of staff cares and loves their job and it is a pleasure to be able to send our children to a nursery we know is safe and happy with a commitment to helping all children thrive! Every day when possible we pick our children up from the garden as they are outside as much as possible which we love in particular! Communication through the app is a real treat as staff are amazing at sending pictures and snapshots of their day! Management are easily contactable and very front facing, nothins too much trouble for them and they have always helped us when we need extra care etc.Thank you to everyone at quorom kids 1st, we think you are all amazing!

Some staff appear demotivated. There was also a high staff turnover with often new staff we don't recognise looking after the children. My child had quite a few weekly injuries and one bad one which still can be seen after a few months! Some staff needs to improve their communication skills with parents, totally no manners!

Thank you for making it so much easier to leave my child (soon to be children!) at nursery.

Thoroughly recommend this nursery, it is absolutely fantastic. The staff are amazing - so kind, caring and brilliant with all the children and parents. Each room has plenty of activities that are perfect for that age range. Activities and themes are changed regularly. So many opportunities are provided - my daughter has been on trips out, had the chance to take part in amazing performances, tried a wide variety of food, taken part in so many different creative and fun activities - the list is endless. She’s grown in confidence, been so happy, we’ve been completely confident she is in the best possible care. Just brilliant. Just wish she could stay there longer instead of going to school!

We cannot recommend it highly enough.

The standard of care offered at Kids 1st Quorum is second to none. The care they offer is personalised to each child and provide a safe environment where each child feels confident in progressing at their own rate. The staff are fantastic and take the time to get to know each child, even those outside their own direct care.

I can not recommend Kids 1st Quorum highly enough, all the staff are so friendly and professional, my son settled so quickly and even as he moves rooms the staff make the transition so easy for the children. Food is excellent, activities help them develop and I’m so pleased that all the children are in a happy nurturing environment.

I can't recommend this nursery highly enough and I will be so sad when my eldest leaves to go to school.
