Day Nurseries Owned by Kids 1st Nurseries in Cleveland & Teesside

Kids first has been outstanding. My little girl went to the nursery from being 11 months old through to starting reception - we never had any issues at all. The team were also super helpful and approachable if we had any issues. Since starting school, my little girl has settled in so well due to the preparations nursery put in place for the transition. She is well ahead in her reading, writing and numeracy which is in large part due to the amazing work this nursery has done. The leadership team have been amazing - especially when my husband was working away, they really took care of my little one and made sure she was still settled and happy.

We honestly couldn't recommend Kids 1st enough. Our little boy started here at just 9 months old and stayed right through until he finished pre-school, and our little girl has now followed in his footsteps, also starting at 9 months old. We couldn't be happier with the care they have both received. We watched our little boy grow from a baby into a confident, happy little boy who was completely ready for school, and Kids 1st played such a huge part in that. It made choosing somewhere for our little girl incredibly easy, and seeing her now so settled and happy there means the world to us. There is such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and we've always felt that our children are genuinely cared for and loved. We're so grateful for everything the team has done and continues to do for our family and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kids 1st to anyone.

The team have not only supported her education & helped nurture her character, confidence & independence, they have also supported me, always taking the time to check in. So grateful!

The staff are lovely and have really helped our little boy settle in - he loves nursery now! And it's great to see him smiling on the photos we get sent throughout the day. We are very pleased we chose to send him here

My granddaughter attended Kids1st Wynyard from being 10 months old, the staff in all the rooms made her time in the nursery a great experience I felt safe dropping her off knowing she would be well looked after and received updates throughout the day on the app as what she had been doing. The nursery helped when she was potty training nothing was a problem. Extra activities were put on to celebrate Mother's Day & Father's Day when she was in pre school. Her time at the nursery has set her up well when she started school recently.

Kids 1st Wynyard have been absolutely fantastic in settling our little boy at nursery. He only does one day a week so we were initially worried about how he would settle in but he is so happy at nursery. The staff are great and it's lovely to see photos of his day- it really puts us at ease.

My youngest is in starfish 1 and I can't thank the girls in this room enough for helping her settle in. She now goes in without any tears and is happy to see the staff on a morning.

We are just hoping that the next room move, her care and support from staff returns to the same standard as before.

I cannot thank the staff in Starfish 1 enough! It was so hard for me to go back to work and leave my little girl but the staff at Kids first Wynyard worked so hard with her and made sure she settled in. I can go to work feeling relaxed knowing she's safe and happy :-)

The nursery goes above and beyond for my little boy who attends. He absolutely loves it here and the staff love and care for him like he's one of their own. Would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a special nursery with a homely feel to anyone!

The settling in sessions are the nicest experience to meet the team and see the types of things your child will do.

All the girls are great, my little girl was a handful on her first week but they managed to make her more comfortable and settled the following week.Very flexible and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

I wanted to take a moment to thank a particular staff member for the incredible support and guidance that has been provided to my daughter.

I would like to thank her for her patience, encouragement, and dedication. This has made all the difference in my daughter's progress. I am amazed at how far she has come with the help of this staff member. Thank you for being an amazing role model and for your dedication.

Also a big thank you to the rest of the staff who have been incredible, helpful, and for their efforts.

Kids 1st Wynyard have been absolutely amazing in settling my little boy at nursery. The facilities are great and the staff are fantastic. They go above any beyond to deliver a great experience. The team always maintain communication and make the whole experience easy and enjoyable for both parent and child.

This is a really wonderful nursery. We have two children here and we can see how much our eldest has thrived by attending for two years. Our youngest has recently started and the staff put so much care into making sure he was settled and happy. The staff are incredible and really go above and beyond to make sure the children are getting the best experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery.

I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the team at Busy Bees. When my daughter started nursery at a young age, I was impressed by the level of care provided. She eagerly looks forward to attending each morning, and I appreciate that her full-time schedule is filled with engaging and enjoyable activities that keep her entertained throughout the day. The staff are exceptional, and I highly recommend this nursery.

Absolutely outstanding nursery! They've been dedicated and caring about every aspect of our son's wellbeing and development. In particular, the food is second to none and I would happily recommend the environment to anyone looking for top notch childcare.

The only negative is obviously cost, it's quite expensive and things like wipes, nappies etc. aren't included but the care your child gets is worth every penny and the quality of the nursery is better than others in the area.

We can't fault Kids 1st Wynyard! We feel like each key person builds a great bond with the children. Since my daughter started in January, we receive regular updates throughout the day. Recently our child's been unwell and the manager, went out of her way after hours to ask if she was okay, yet again another way of showing how much they really care! We highly recommend Kids 1st Wynyard!

Lovely nursery - both my children are very happy and well looked after by the fantastic team of supportive and caring staff. They are challenged by the environment and stage appropriate activities set up for them but are also encouraged to follow their own interests. I'm kept up to date throughout the day with routines which is very reassuring and helps to transition to bed time. We also love the regular updates on skills developments but would love more time to speak to staff through things like 'stay and plays' as drop off and pick up can be really busy!
