We are just hoping that the next room move, her care and support from staff returns to the same standard as before.

I cannot thank the staff in Starfish 1 enough! It was so hard for me to go back to work and leave my little girl but the staff at Kids first Wynyard worked so hard with her and made sure she settled in. I can go to work feeling relaxed knowing she's safe and happy :-)

The nursery goes above and beyond for my little boy who attends. He absolutely loves it here and the staff love and care for him like he's one of their own. Would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a special nursery with a homely feel to anyone!

The settling in sessions are the nicest experience to meet the team and see the types of things your child will do.

All the girls are great, my little girl was a handful on her first week but they managed to make her more comfortable and settled the following week.Very flexible and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Kids 1st Wynyard have been absolutely amazing in settling my little boy at nursery. The facilities are great and the staff are fantastic. They go above any beyond to deliver a great experience. The team always maintain communication and make the whole experience easy and enjoyable for both parent and child.

This is a really wonderful nursery. We have two children here and we can see how much our eldest has thrived by attending for two years. Our youngest has recently started and the staff put so much care into making sure he was settled and happy. The staff are incredible and really go above and beyond to make sure the children are getting the best experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery.

When my daughter started nursery at a young age, I was impressed by the level of care provided. She eagerly looks forward to attending each morning, and I appreciate that her full-time schedule is filled with engaging and enjoyable activities that keep her entertained throughout the day. The staff are exceptional, and I highly recommend this nursery.

Absolutely outstanding nursery! They've been dedicated and caring about every aspect of our son's wellbeing and development. In particular, the food is second to none and I would happily recommend the environment to anyone looking for top notch childcare.

The only negative is obviously cost, it's quite expensive and things like wipes, nappies etc. aren't included but the care your child gets is worth every penny and the quality of the nursery is better than others in the area.

We can't fault Kids 1st Wynyard! We feel like each key person builds a great bond with the children. Since my daughter started in January, we receive regular updates throughout the day. Recently our child's been unwell and the manager, went out of her way after hours to ask if she was okay, yet again another way of showing how much they really care! We highly recommend Kids 1st Wynyard!

Lovely nursery - both my children are very happy and well looked after by the fantastic team of supportive and caring staff. They are challenged by the environment and stage appropriate activities set up for them but are also encouraged to follow their own interests. I'm kept up to date throughout the day with routines which is very reassuring and helps to transition to bed time. We also love the regular updates on skills developments but would love more time to speak to staff through things like 'stay and plays' as drop off and pick up can be really busy!

My daughter has been at this nursery for 13 months, she has come on amazing since she started. The staff have been brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they always keep me informed via the app with pictures and what she is up to throughout the day. She has bonded well with her key workers.

I am a very satisfied and grateful mother to this kindergarten and its staff. My child is very happy when she goes to classes. She is very attached to the teacher, always comes with something new to learn, is much more responsible, obedient and starts learning English with rapid steps. I appreciate that it is very clean, disciplined and modern the place where my daughter learns. I thank all the staff for the attention, involvement and patience they have with all the children.

Outdoor gardens are amazing and food is freshly cooked daily. Our little one loves it.

I recommend this nursery to all our friends and family and really do think it's the best nursery in the area. Our son loves the lovely big fish tank at the entrance as you walk in and it's another nice touch the great that there is a take-out tea and coffee station for parents to take the work with them.

We identified our son has additional needs very early on in his life which meant he was going to need specialist intervention and help alongside securing and EHCP and the nursery pulled out all the stops and worked so hard with us as parents to ensure the plan was secured and implemented immediately, he now has one to one support during his sessions and is thriving at kids 1st Bowesfield. The staff are all fantastic and the setting is by far the best in our area.

My little boy attends Kids 1st Bowesfield and to say he loves it there is an understatement. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting here. The staff are lovely and have gone above and beyond for my little boy, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very easy to speak to and will help in any way they can. From my experience, they offer so much support for not only the child but the parent too. I have had a lot of issues including eating, sensory issues, and medication issues with my little boy and they were so quick to jump on board and do whatever was possible to help. Fantastic nursery.

An amazing nursery. The staff are so invested in the kids. I cannot praise the staff enough. The SEN support my son has received has been outstanding. Can't wait for my second son to start his journey here.
