Good Manors Day Nursery Manor Lodge

My Little one is leaving Manor Lodge this August after 3 incredible years. I can hand on heart say every single staff member cares deeply about all the children entrusted to their care. They know every child, every tempermant and most importantly they know how to create a safe space where parents are happy to place their children. My little one has flourished in this setting and we're going to miss everyone.

Overall though, we've had a really positive experience and are happy knowing our youngest will be there for the next few years too.

My main praise comes from the nursery's communication. If I ever have a concern or question, the team are quick and polite to respond to emails and provide reassurance. As a mother, it is important to me that our wishes are acknowledged and actioned and I feel like the nursery do this very well. Our daughter has the best time at nursery and often talks about the staff and her nursery friends over the weekend. She has made very good progress with her learning at Good Manors and been well supported throughout our recent potty training process. I would strongly recommend the nursery to friends and family.

My daughter started in January I've seen her come on a lot. I've been very impressed with how everyone is with her. Even if me or my partner have a problem or enquiry about something the staff never just brush us off they are very understanding and respectful with everything I'm so glad we chose to send her.

All 3 of my children went to Good Manors. My son 6 went, my son 4 also went and my daughter 2 currently goes. All the staff are very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this nursery to all, and I feel we are part of one big family. I will miss them once my daughter goes on to school!

My child is really happy to go to nursery. He loves the staff that looks after him, they are all very nice, professional, and supportive of his own needs. They are always happy to take the time to explain to us parents how our child's development is progressing. We are also kept up to date through the app, where we can see that the children have nutritive meals.

Both of my children have attended this nursery from the age of 9 months. The level of care they have received is outstanding, the staff really go above and beyond to make sure children get the best outcomes. My eldest son has now started school and had such a smooth transition which was 100% due to his time at this nursery in the pre-school room where the staff did so much to ensure the children were not only ready for school but excited to start! Something that stands out to me is when my eldest son comes with me to pick my youngest up from nursery, the staff all talk to him and ask how he's getting on at school etc. They are honestly like a second family to him and make him feel so welcome and included even now that he's moved onto school. The staff really take the time to build strong relationships with the children and get to know them rather than just treating them all the same. Couldn't recommend this nursery more!

An excellent nursery with a fantastic outdoor space that our child loves exploring. The activities are varied and well thought out, and the food is consistently healthy and nutritious. What stands out most, though, is the staff - they're warm, engaged, and genuinely invested in our child's wellbeing and development. Every member of the team seems to know our child as an individual, which gives us real confidence and peace of mind.

The nursery truly can't do enough for my children. Always keeping me informed about what they are doing and how they are progressing. The app is very helpful and the recent newsletter for special days at nursury is super useful Absolutely zero complaints and so many amazing moments.

Outstanding overall. The staff are caring and nurturing and provide a great variety of activities and games for the kids. My son has a great rapport with the other kids, the staff and his key worker and he's better fed at nursery than what I cook for myself - a great variety of meals.

I would recommend Manor Lodge to all who are looking for a nursery/pre-school for their children in the area.

Honestly I could not ask for a better level of care for my child.

Whenever I have a request for the nursery regarding the care of my child, such as laying on an extra nap for the day, the nursery is well coordinated and efficient to ensure that the relevant staff is able to carry out the ask. My child loves going to the nursery and she enjoys exploring the outdoor garden toys and seasonal set-up, and equally enjoy the songs and games indoors set up by the staff. She has also learnt new skills at the nursery such as more words, counting and fine motor skills.

My child loves the Good manors day nursery and can't wait to attend each week where she gets to do lots of different activities and socialise with other children and the lovely staff. All round a good nursery!

My little boy has thrived since joining Good Manors last summer. I love that all of the staff seem to know him personally and greet him by name every morning. They all seem to care a great deal. The variety of food is excellent - my little one eats far more variety at nursery than he does at home! I'm always surprised by the range of activities the staff get the babies doing. They do so much in just one day. I highly recommend Good Manors to anyone looking. My boy is so happy there.

My child always has the best days there, which gives me such reassurance when leaving him, everyone always seems so lovely. Amazing play rooms / and garden to keep them constantly stimulated and entertained plus the food he gets always smells and sounds incredible on the app.

We couldn't be happier with Good Manors. Our baby has settled in so well and absolutely loves going each day. The sensory room and baby unit are fantastic and he loves exploring them each day. The staff are brilliant with him and it's clear they really care and love having him there. He goes in every morning with a big smile on his face, which says it all! We're so grateful to have found such a lovely and happy environment for him. We love the daily updates about his day.
