Footsteps Fazeley Nursery & Pre-School

Im really happy with my son's nursery. The staff are all lovely, friendly and very approachable, which makes me feel confident that he is well cared for. There are always lots of different activities for the children to enjoy, keeping them entertained and learning throughout the day. They also provide a good selection of meals and snacks. Most importantly, our son is always so happy there that he even says he wants to stay at nursery when i come to pick him up! We couldn't be happier with the care and experience he receives.

My daughter has been going since she was 13 months and she's loved it alway! I feel so comfortable leaving her with the lovely ladies that work at footsteps, she enjoys going and it's really helped bring her out of her shell. My baby boy is due to start may next year. Could think of better place for my children

Overall, we are very happy with the nursery and really appreciate the care and effort the staff put into making it such a positive environment for the children.

Absolutely wonderful nursery. Child has been there since approximately first birthday through preschool. Facilities excellent but the staff really make it. Everyone is so caring and there's always a sense of fun and joy. Management are superb, everything well organised and transitions, changes etc., dealt with smoothly. The food is cooked each morning and always smells delicious (and little one always eats well there). We feel part of the "family".

Fazeley footsteps was the first nursery we viewed and we knew straight away that we wanted to send our little one there, our experience has been nothing but amazing since our LO started in baby room and is currently transitioning to pre school. All the staff have been so lovely and caring, we cant wait for our second to start there.

A lovely environment with caring and supportive staff. Lots of engaging activities and opportunities my child has the chance to enjoy. Communication with key worker and wider staff has always been prompt and thorough. The app is also a great feature and I am able to check in to see vital information during my working day. I can clearly see the positive progress in my child's development as the months go on. Glad to have found this nursery when I did.

An amazing nursery with excellent staff. They all really care for and about my daughter which is evident on every drop off and pick up. My daughter has grown so much and has learnt alot under the supervision of the team. She has made many friends and has learnt how to socialise well with her peers. Would highly recommend to all families in the area.

My LO is at this nursery and they have settled in amazingly.

The nursery is beautiful, there is large outdoor play areas, used daily, and a wonderful forest school with quails! The inside rooms are clean, well furnished with plentiful toys that quite honestly I'm jealous of! There are options of extracurricular activities including music and more recently animals! Which I know my LO will love.

As someone who has a background in teaching and awareness of the development of children in the early years they do a fantastic job here. My LO has come on leaps and bounds, I get daily updates and an in depth overview of the day on pick up.

As a first time mom, I was extremely nervous about leaving my LO at nursery but the staff are fantastic. They genuinely care for the children and it is not just a job to them. They are knowledgeable and have really built a strong bond with my LO who smiles and waves when they sees them.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough!

When we were looking at options for where to place our son, Fazeley was our second visit of the day. We knew straight away it was the right place for him and we've been proved right ever since. His relationship with the staff is lovely to see, and they've helped nurture his little personality and he has come on a bundle. It's lovely to see. We get regular feedback and updates and most importantly we have 100% trust in the nursery.

Amazing nursery. I did visit another footsteps in but didn't like the vibe I got there from staff who seemed extremely loud/shouting and didn't like the layout and steep steps to one of the rooms. Whereas fazeley is clean, large space, all the staff are really friendly and my little boy settled from day 1 and loves attending this nursery. The staff are extremely attentive and provide regular updates throughout his day including photos which are a joy to view. Anymore children that I have will definitely be joini my this nursery too and i recommend this place to all friends and family

Staff are always helpful and ready to listen. They are honest and up to date with all things happening. Staff truly care about the children and their families. Always happy and ready to start the day. My son loves going to nursery and asks at a weekend if he can go. He knows the staff by name and is happy to ask for help.
