My daughter has been attending Spring Leiston since it opened and she is now in her final year. The staff are lovley and are always very attentive to my daughter's needs. The communication is great and the updates we get through the Famly app are lovely, which also include progress reports. I recently
attended the Mothers Day Cream Tea and it was wonderful to be involved. They often put on stay-and-play seasons too. They offer a great menu and snacks also, with their cook even providing learning opportunities by baking with the children as well. I am really happy with my daughter's progress and all of the engaging activities and resources they provide. I would highly recommend Spring to other families!

My daughter attends & absolutely loves it! All staff are caring, polite, supportive, helpful, attentive and all round amazing! The attention to care for all children is outstanding. All staff get involved and go above and beyond. The nursery is clean with a high food standard rating. Toys and equipment
in good condition, lots of learning opportunities for all children. Outdoor playground is brilliant for them to explore, play and enjoy outdoor activities. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with our son's nursery experience so far. He joined last month, and from the very beginning the team has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and genuinely caring. Our son has struggled with fussy eating, which was something we were quite worried about. However, the nursery staff
have been absolutely fantastic in supporting him through this. They have provided us with helpful information, guidance, and reassurance, and have worked closely with us to ensure consistency between home and nursery. Thanks to their patience and encouragement, he has already made noticeable progress and is now much more willing to try different foods. We are so proud of how far he's come in such a short time.
The staff are always informative and keep us updated, which gives us real peace of mind. It's clear that they truly want the absolute best for every child in their care. We feel confident knowing our son is in such a nurturing and supportive environment. Highly recommend.
Reply from Megan Carpenter, Nursery Manager at Spring Nursery Thorpe HamletThankyou for such a lovely review! We always aim to provide our best for every child in our care. We are soo proud of how far he has come and we will continue to work with you :)

My daughter went here before she started school last year and my son has been here for the last year and a half. I could not fault the nursery! Each member of staff makes you feel welcome and are all so friendly. They care for the children with such respect and ensure the children's needs are supported.
A variety of meals with alternatives met with those with dietary requirements. The light indoor space and the large outdoor area is another contributing factor which makes this nursery so lovely. Children get to go outdoors in all weathers. The app updates and messages make you feel reassured and my son always has such a fun day. When it is my son's time to go school I will very much miss coming to this nursery!
Reply from Victoria Gilbert-Durham, Manager at Spring Nursery The HolliesThank you so much for this lovely review! It's always great to hear such positive feedback. Thank you for your continued support

We are very pleased with the nursery. It is a lovely and safe environment with highly qualified and dedicated teachers. Our second daughter is attending and we could not ask for a better place. She appears to be very happy there and is also learning and developing her skills. The teachers prepare a
wide range of engaging and enjoyable activities. We fully recommend the nursery for your child.

I had a really hard time leaving my 1yo daughter at nursery when she started as she was in the midst of separation anxiety having never been away from me and I was just returning to work after 14 months off which is a challenge in itself. There were many tears from both of us during those first weeks
and Spring Leam Lane were so very supportive and reassuring with us. The manager is just lovely and always takes the time to check in on her and give me updates. She's in her 6th week now and is settling in a bit more each week, now she knows the staff and has developed relationships with them she has started to have more fun at nursery, which is easing my anxiety as well. I'm thankful for the staff for being patient with us, through our tears and 1000 questions! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, really! :)
On top of this, the toys and activities they do are fantastic and the food menu is so varied, my daughter loves mealtimes at nursery. She is so well cared for. Thank you!

My son has been attending this nursery for over a year now. I was naturally quite nervous about him starting, but the transition process was incredibly reassuring. I was invited to settling-in sessions, which gave me the opportunity to see firsthand just how warm and caring the environment is. The staff
took the time to answer all of my questions and immediately put my mind at ease.
He absolutely loves going to nursery. The team are so friendly, thoughtful and caring. We receive thorough handovers at pick-up, along with regular updates through the app. It's so reassuring to see how much fun he's having, as well as information about how much he has eaten and slept throughout the day.
It's such a supportive and nurturing environment, and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives.

My child hasn't been with this nursery for long but while he has been they have been nothing but welcoming and supportive. Unfortunately my child is going through a lot at the moment regarding family illnesses as well as his own illnesses and the nursery have been amazing with making his life as normal
as possible and I couldn't thank them enough. The staff are helpful supportive kind caring in many ways. Would highly recommend this nursery to all the families out there.

My little girl has been attending since she was 10 months old. Being my first, I was terrified to send her to childcare. The first day was really hard for me but Springs made me feel so safe and confident. Spring's I can say without a doubt though, this has been the best experience for her. She has
such a brilliant relationship with her key worker and many other members of the team.
She comes home at the end of her week and I swear every weekend I can sense the leap in development from the brilliant time she has.
Nothing is too much trouble and the team are always so welcoming.
Thank you Springs

My daughter has settled in remarkably quickly and well. No tears since day 3! Communication has been excellent throughout the process of settling in sessions and since she has started via the Famly app where i can follow her feeds, sleeps and nappy changes throughout the day and exchange messages with
the adults in the room. We love that she is in a small group of kids the same age as her, getting individualised attention. They have her sussed. It has more of a multiple childminders feel than a nursery feel because of the small groups. Our daughter loves the garden, the sensory room, the musical instruments and is coming home with new words every day. Convenient location with parking. Chef on site. Great value for money. We couldn't be happier.

My eldest daughter started in the inventors room and moved into the navigators which she left last year to start big school. My youngest started in October last year in the explorers room. Throughout our time at Spring I have never had any complaints with any of the rooms. Staff are always welcoming
and are very good at communicating with you on drop off and pick up even if it gets busy they still have time to tell you how the children have been throughout the day. My eldest still says she misses the nursery and the staff very much.

Amazing nursery, the staff go above and beyond in all aspects. Willing to help out wherever possible and couldn't appreciate them anymore if I tried! Wonderful group of people. My child has also come on leaps and bounds since being there it's incredible to see what they do! Always finding new activities
for the kids to do, the food variety is fantastic too. Wouldn't pick anywhere else for my child.

I honestly can't put into words how much I love this nursery. My eldest went here and now my youngest does too and it has been the best decision for both of my girls. The difference in my little one since she started is amazing. Her talking, her confidence, making friends, counting and most of all her
happiness have come on so much.
She built the loveliest bond with her key worker straight away and even plays nursery at home which tells me she feels safe and happy there. The staff treat the children like their own. They are so kind, patient and genuinely caring.
The kids think they are just playing all day but the things she is learning honestly blow me away. My little girl is only two and already learning days of the week, seasons, letters, numbers, the weather and so much more.
They are always easy to talk to and I have never once felt worried leaving my daughter. I recommend them to everyone I know and could not speak highly enough of them.

My daughter and my son have attended this nursery and the staff are absolutely amazing and accommodating. Although there have been many staff changes, as I believe it is very hard to work with kids, I was never worried about the quality of care. My only complaint is, and always been, the desert. Children
this small should not have any sort of processed sugars and information is available everywhere, even on the gov website, or on their guidelines that the catering is following. I know there are nurseries that have changed their approach and don't serve processed sugars (pudding, biscuits and whatever) but they won't at the moment. " We can avoid giving the pudding to your child" is not an option.
