I've had 3 children attend this nursery now, my youngest age 2 is currently at the nursery and I can't fault them, 10 years ago when I stated using this nursery to now has been a dream, all 3 girls loved the setting and the staff, so friendly and professional and always recommend this nursery to anyone
who asks for opinions
Nothing bad to say as it's a brilliant nursery all round
My daughter can't wait to go to nursery and settled so well so quickly

My eldest son attended this nursery and they were so welcoming and really helped him settle in. They were so attentive and really paid attention to his interests. I was amazed at how much he learned from his days at nursery. My younger son now attends and the staff have been just as consistent with
him as they were his brother. They set up fun activities everyday and really help encourage their development. Every member of staff has been friendly and helpful, cannot recommend this nursery enough!

I was worried about my son resuming the nursery but the way the staff was very receptive made me change my mind. It's been an awesome experience and my son is happy to resume school . A huge well done to all the staff and management of the school

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. Both of my children settled in so well from the very beginning, which really put my mind at ease. The staff are incredibly approachable and genuinely feel like an extension of our family.


Carly, the manager, is so down to earth and approachable, and nothing

is ever too much trouble - you always feel listened to and supported. Georgina has also been a pivotal part of both of our children settling in and feeling comfortable, and her care and reassurance have made such a positive difference. Saying that all team members are amazing!


This nursery came highly recommended to me by my colleagues, and I now continue to recommend it to others without hesitation. They truly go above and beyond with their activities, parent evenings, and the educational learning they provide. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful nurse

This nursery is amazing. My 2 year old attends and my 9 month old has just joined too. Any worries I had were quickly resolved. They're more than happy to listen, support and give you any information you need. My 9 month old can't sit, crawl etc which had me worried but they're brilliant with managing
him. He's made friends with other little ones and is always so happy to see everyone.
Can't recommend enough!

This nursery has played a massive part in settling my daughter. She was really struggling and although she has moments going in, she absolutely loves it and tells me all the exciting things she has done. Not only that but we get updates of the day with the whole class and updates on personal side too.
All staff are friendly and caring.
Very happy to have sent my daughter here.

My son started back in September 2025 and wow I cannot fault the care he has received. The staff go above and beyond for all the children. And it is quite obvious how much they genuinely care for the children. Communication is brilliant and although it felt quite daunting leaving my baby for the first
time I always feel updated on what he is up too and love seeing the photos at the end of the day to see what he's been up too. Highly recommend.

Cannot rate the staff at carousel high enough, My little boy had the best first start in the babyroom and we were both given so much support over his settling in period and his time in that room. During this time he grew in confidence and met milestones with the support and activities and next steps
given by his key person and implemented by all staff in the room! He has now transitioned into the 2-3 room and all staff in both rooms supported the transition in to this room and I have seen already how much this room is extending his development to the next level!
The communication between staff and parents on the app is excellent, from room staff and management and I love how many opportunities we get to be involved, wether it be stay and plays or opportunities to opinions too. Jade and Carly are both friendly and approachable and all staff are always so friendly and welcoming, my little boy loves nursery, which makes life much easier for me.

After keeping my son at home with me until he was 3 years old, I finally caved and decided to send him to nursery two afternoons a week to socialise with other children his age... I had been told soo much good about Spring Carousel Chapel Hill. I decided this was the best place for my sons needs and
honestly I do not regret that choice... The workers are always soo happy and supportive with the children. My son doesn't stop telling me about all his learnt throughout the afternoon. I've never struggled to get my son into nursery... only out off there as he loves it that much he doesn't want to come home. The team in his room have always gone the extra mile to make sure us parents are aware of what subjects they're learning and what skills they are focussing on. I feel asif I know everything my son gets up to while his at nursery, so I'm never left feeling unsure to how his day has been. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

Both of my children have attended this nursary and my youngest is still on his journey in here. The staff are amazing, my son really struggles to let me leave when dropping him off but the staff are amazing and always finding way to make him smile and laugh giving it an easier handover.
With daily
updates from food, toilet and nap posts. I love that we get daily photos, watching our children play happy with all there new friends.
Couldn't recommend this nursary and the staff enough.

This nursery is excellent! The staff in explorers and management are accommodating, kind and create a lovely warm and inviting environment. We originally started with mornings but my son just wasn't getting along with it and the staff happily changed to afternoons for us and were so understanding. The
nursery have been so great with helping my son through the journey of his start at nursery, keeping me up to date in how he is and he has really warmed to everyone! I would highly highly recommend!

My son started this nursery a few months ago, and having never been to any other nursery before he was very new to it and was a bit nervous and emotional. But within a couple of weeks or so he is now so comfortable and excited to go in and will walk straight into his room. The staff have been incredible,
always so caring and helpful, and always let us know how our son has got on in the day. I love seeing the posts on the app each day too about what they have been doing in the day and the photos. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter started with the nursery in February 2025 at only 10 months old when I returned to work after maternity leave. I was quite nervous to leave her at such a young age but I really had nothing to worry about. The staff at the nursery are lovely and helped her to settle in. Communication is great
through the messaging portal on the app, responses are quick and I can check for updates throughout the day to see how she is getting on. There is a great variety of food and snacks each week and her food intolerances are catered for well. My daughter has come on so much since she started there and she gets excited every morning when we arrive in the car park to drop her off!

Spring Nursery Seesaw is an amazing nursery. Both of my children have been through the rooms. The staff are wonderful with the kids and parents. I felt safe knowing it is like a home away from home. They are loving and caring and well looked after. The communication is fantastic, and the food is healthy
and exciting for the kids. They have a lovely room, garden and forest school to play in. The children have wonderful, engaging activities every day. Their SEN support is first class. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.

The staff are amazing, quite a few changes though however my son seemed to manage well with this. He does have special needs and they are brilliant with him and a massive praise to the manager who supports where she can on helping with getting him into the car. I feel maybe they could be more variety
used of the day I.e bubble room and maybe move activities to outdoors on good weather days. Also the food although I put low stars it's brilliant and healthy food just unfortunately my child doesn't eat it or much and it has been raised a few times and I do worry he doesn't eat enough. Amazing communication with parents via the app and email notifications with all updates through his day. My 13 year old went here back then they did a mini sports day and plays so maybe something to consider..Though all these years later now his little brother is here and I still wouldn't choose anywhere else. Amazing place and staff always see smiling children when I pick him up.

They are good especially with the learning and food they provide and some of the staff are excellent the equipment they have outside the kids seem to really enjoy it and my sons made some good friendships with the help of the teachers they are good nursery and your kids can benefit alot
