We couldn't be happier with our son's nursery experience so far. He joined last month, and from the very beginning the team has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and genuinely caring.Our son has struggled with fussy eating, which was something we were quite worried about. However, the nursery staff
have been absolutely fantastic in supporting him through this. They have provided us with helpful information, guidance, and reassurance, and have worked closely with us to ensure consistency between home and nursery. Thanks to their patience and encouragement, he has already made noticeable progress and is now much more willing to try different foods. We are so proud of how far he's come in such a short time.
The staff are always informative and keep us updated, which gives us real peace of mind. It's clear that they truly want the absolute best for every child in their care. We feel confident knowing our son is in such a nurturing and supportive environment. Highly recommend.

My child hasn't been with this nursery for long but while he has been they have been nothing but welcoming and supportive. Unfortunately my child is going through a lot at the moment regarding family illnesses as well as his own illnesses and the nursery have been amazing with making his life as normal
as possible and I couldn't thank them enough. The staff are helpful supportive kind caring in many ways. Would highly recommend this nursery to all the families out there.

My daughter has settled in remarkably quickly and well. No tears since day 3! Communication has been excellent throughout the process of settling in sessions and since she has started via the Famly app where i can follow her feeds, sleeps and nappy changes throughout the day and exchange messages with
the adults in the room. We love that she is in a small group of kids the same age as her, getting individualised attention. They have her sussed. It has more of a multiple childminders feel than a nursery feel because of the small groups. Our daughter loves the garden, the sensory room, the musical instruments and is coming home with new words every day. Convenient location with parking. Chef on site. Great value for money. We couldn't be happier.

Amazing nursery, the staff go above and beyond in all aspects. Willing to help out wherever possible and couldn't appreciate them anymore if I tried! Wonderful group of people. My child has also come on leaps and bounds since being there it's incredible to see what they do! Always finding new activities
for the kids to do, the food variety is fantastic too. Wouldn't pick anywhere else for my child.

I am so grateful for the incredible care my child receives at Spring nursery. From the very first day, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and truly invested in the well-being of every child. They create a nurturing environment where the children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore and learn
every day.
My son absolutely loves attending-he looks forward to going in the morning and always comes home excited to tell me about what he learned, who he played with, and the fun activities they did. The staff take the time to get to know each child individually, and it really shows in the way they support their growth and confidence.

My son transitioned into Inventors back in September and has settled in so well. The transition was seamless and the staff have been outstanding at welcoming him in. I never have any concerns when I send him and always feel relaxed that he is in great care. Staff have gone above and beyond to help my
son with toilet training too.
The kitchen staff have been excellent catering to my son's differing dietary needs. Nothing as ever been an issues.
There has always been open and clear communication from management even with changes in staff. Everyone is extremely approachable and multiple members of staff have been very supportive to me personally.


I am extremely happy overall with the nursery.

I couldn't any be happier with our experience at Springs nursery. All the staff in the Explorers Room are absolutely amazing - they're so caring, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do.
Thanks to the whole team, my daughter has settled in so well and absolutely loves coming to nursery

Thank you to the wonderful team at the nursery. My son is showing some traits that may be on the autism spectrum, and the support and understanding he has received has been amazing. The environment is calm, patient, and encouraging, and I can see how much it has helped his communication and learning.


I

also really appreciate how the staff have adjusted the environment to meet his needs, including offering special toys, sensory resources, and activities that he truly enjoys. These thoughtful adaptations have made a big difference in helping him feel comfortable and happy.


A very special thank you to Melissa and Tanya. They have supported not only my son, but me as a mom, always taking the time to listen, offer guidance, and reassure me. Their kindness and understanding have meant so much. I am truly grateful.

My Grandson has attended Nursery since he was 10 months old and he's now 4 years old. The Nursery is well run by very experienced staff, who are absolutely brilliant.
They show compassion, understanding, kindness, gentleness and knowledge of trauma needs.
ALL the staff are amazing and I couldn't
recommend them more highly.
They show compassion to children and their parents.
My Grandson is thriving and I am dreading when he moves to Reception school next September. Because the staff at Spring Mile Cross know him so well.

I am very happy with all the staff that look after my son at nursery. He is very happy there and also happy with all the activities they do and range of meals they have. The app is updated throughout the day so I know how many times he has had his nappy change and what he has eaten. Thank you

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spring Milecross to any prospective parent. My son has been through all 4 rooms now, from a baby to a preschooler, and the staff in each and every room have really gotten to know him, have built such strong relationships with him, and have tailored his support to his
needs. I can tell just how much the staff value and respect my son as a little person, and that they like him for the little person that he is, which is exactly what you want from the people caring for your child when you can't be with them. We've also experienced some challenges as a family, and every member of staff who supported us through these challenges, from the management team to the room staff, went above and beyond, and showed us such kindness and compassion. Everybody is so approachable, friendly, and non-judgemental, and they really take the time to listen. My son has absolutely thrived at Spring Milecross, and it's made me so happy to see how much his confidence has grown.

An excellent setting. My little boy attends the baby room and really struggled with the transition to nursery. The staff were incredible helping him settle. They were so kind and patient. He gets lots of 1-1 time. They make a real effort to understand his interests and implement it into the scheme of
work. The communication is excellent throughout the day and the end of day handovers are really informative. I could not be happier with our experience.

Resources in each room have been updated to reflect the interests of children in which they help to promote communication, imagination and turn taking skills. The resources are now much more appropriate for the age and stage of development.


2 year olds and above have open access to the outdoor area,

meaning children can develop independence, get fresh air and navigate the spaces much more freely. I feel the use of basic signing, along to routine songs is an inclusive and fun way to promote language development.


Staff are good at updating verbally about your child's day. At times it would be nicer to have more observations added onto the app which shows the progress your child is making, especially as they transition into other rooms. However the app is well used to update families about things happening within the nursery.

Our Daughter started at Spring, Thorpe Hamlet in September of this year. To start with, she was upset with going, Mum and myself were then a bit apprehensive about her going. The staff reassured us that this is completely normal and now just a couple of months in she loves her days at nursery. The staff
are always warm and welcoming with her and do everything to make her settle. They adjusted some meals for her and went out of their way to help her with nap times. We appreciate everything they do for our daughter. 5

Spring nursery Thorpe Hamlet are a warm and friendly nursery. There are lots of activities for the children to play with and quite a large outside area. My daughter waves me goodbye when I drop her off and often doesn't want to leave as she's having lots of fun. Thanks to all the staff at Spring.

My daughter has settled into nursery so well. She got a new key person around a month after starting and she has developed so well in the 6 months since being there. All of the nursery practitioners really are angels, and we don't know where we would be without them all!
