We are so grateful to the nursery for all the care, support and encouragement they gave our son (ZA). They helped him settle in so well and, over his time there, we saw such a lovely improvement in his speech and confidence.

The staff have always been incredibly helpful, supportive and caring, and we really felt that our son was understood and looked after. A special mention to his favourite teachers (Abbi and Ria), who he absolutely adored - they built such a wonderful bond with him and made his time at nursery so enjoyable.

Thank you to the whole team for everything you have done for him. We will always be very grateful and would highly recommend the nursery to other parents.

We are incredibly grateful to Chestnut and all the staff. Both of our children have attended, and we have always been so impressed by how caring and attentive the team are. They really take the time to know each child as an individual, understand their different personalities and bring out the best in them. We couldn't have asked for a more supportive and nurturing nursery.

Teachers has been fantastic supported my child as he is on a path of being a SEN child the Senco she is amazing and the manager who unfortunately left was also so supporting i cannot fault them even one bit highly recommeded 5*

This nursery is amazing I have had 2 of my children attend here and each time the staff have been helpful caring nurturing supportive and knowledgeable. The setting is well laid out with distinct areas of play such as construction role play maths and reading. The outdoor area is well maintained with really good learning opportunities. Communication is really good both verbally and through the app. We will really miss this nursery and all the staff.

Brilliant setting and lovely caring staff! My daughter has been very well loved and looked after. They go above and beyond needs and the management has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend! My daughter is super confident and ready for school.

Couldn't speak higher of Chestnuts St Giles. The team are lovely and give the utmost care. Our little one has been there for 1.5 years and enjoys each day. She always comes home with a story from the day and new things learnt. It's our first experience of a nursery and really have landed on our feet! I could go on but don't consider anywhere else if you're looking and it's an option for you. Take a look around and you'll get the same good vibes we got when we viewed it.

My child often brings home pictures and items that they have made to display at home.

Only area for improvement would be to add some more diversity to their days. The children are not taken out on trips, ever, which is disappointing. Not even to the park! Most other nurseries in the area take the children out. There have been a few occasions of visiting teachers - dance and football - but this has been limited.

My son has been attending Chestnut Nursery @ St Giles for several months now. While at the beginning I was a little apprehensive about him starting nursery, we have found that both the staff, and even the management have been fantastic, as they have always been attentive, caring and invested in the development of our son. You receive a full run down of their day when it comes to collection, while additionally you'll get updates and snapshots of the activities they've been up to throughout the day, via the parents app, which puts us at ease. The outdoor space is somewhat limited, but they've utilised the space very well for what they have, especially seeing as they're in the middle of the city. Overall Chestnut have been outstanding, and at the end of the day our son is thriving and that's a true testament to everyone involved at the nursery.

My son has been at Chestnuts @ Woodgrange for over 2 years now and he has absolutely flourished in his confidence, speech, behaviour and especially with his numbers. I'm very happy with the outcome and the friendly and calm staff members who work extremely hard. A nursery I will always recommend for a child's early learning years. Thank you so much.

The facilities are among the best we've seen, from spacious air-conditioned rooms with underfloor heating to a lovely outdoor area with shade and mats for younger babies. The equipment provides fantastic opportunities we couldn't offer at home! Finally, the externally provided food is of such high quality and variety-again, hard to match at home!

Our child started Chestnut at 11 months (and is now 18 months), and has been so well cared for that we barely get a wave at drop off before our little one is toddling off with a wonderful member of staff and other little friends. They had a thoughtful structure for settling in, we adore our key person and all of the staff. They go to such lengths to make sure the children have activities and are kept cool on hot days (worth mentioning this summer). Members of staff are engaged with children at every age level and with parents which makes it feel more like a family/community and our little one has had so much support in practicing words, counting, colours, and much more, I really can't say enough about how wonderful we've found this nursery to be.
