Chestnut Nursery Schools @ Taverham

As parents, we feel that what Chestnut nursery offers our daughter is incredible. She absolutely loves attending and thoroughly enjoys every day she spends there. The setup at Chestnut nursery and the support in our child's development was exactly what we were looking for in a nursery and we couldn't be happier with what they provide for her. The staff are all very lovely, supportive and compassionate. We couldn't praise the nursery and their staff highly enough and we are very happy to have enrolled our child there.

We truly value how well the team keeps us updated on his daily activities and development. While we did encounter some challenges for a short period, I have to commend Sam and the senior team for their transparency. They were completely open about the issues, took full responsibility, and were genuinely apologetic. Most importantly, they worked incredibly hard to resolve the situation and make things right. It gave us so much confidence to see how they handled it, and we couldn't be happier with the care our son receives now

We can not praise the team enough for their care and compassion and we are so pleased we moved him and our only regret is we wished we had of moved sooner!!

Highly rate chestnut nursery! Our daughter joined after we moved house and settled straight in. Her days are filled with fun with lots of time outside and she loves telling us about all the activities. The nursery has very clear communication and does such lovely events for both parents and kids. We're so glad we chose Chestnut nursery!

Great nursery, my son is very happy at Chestnuts. He has been going since he was 11 months old and settled straight away in the baby room with the amazing Mel as his key worker. He has now moved up to the toddler room and is getting more confident every day. He learns so much and comes home with new songs or words regularly which are from his day at nursery. The staff are really friendly and listen to any concerns. Would recommend.

Both of my children have attended Chestnut Nursery in Taverham, and it has been a wonderful experience for our family. My son currently attends and is so happy there. The staff are caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. He has matured so much during his time with them. The nursery has a real family feel, with great communication and a very supportive approach to the whole family. It's always clean, well-resourced, and the garden is a lovely, safe space for the children to explore. Health and safety is clearly a priority, and the food is consistently good. We feel very lucky to be part of such a nurturing setting.

Our little girl has been attending the nursery for 3 months now and we cannot fault them. She's settled very well and everyone in the baby room is so friendly and you can tell they really care. We get regular updates with wow moments and love the range of activities on offer. They seem to be putting on lots of events that the parents can get involved in giving a sense of community! The food seems to be nutritious and healthy and they will work with you to follow routines.

Excellent nursery. Our daughter moved there from a different nursery and settled in straight away. Staff and friendly and caring. Support is great for delayed speech and regular updates on the parenting app are received. Would highly recommend and we will be sending our next child there.

Cannot rate Chestnuts highly enough! Both of my children have come here and have learnt so much! The staff have been so welcoming, even before my youngest started! They constantly come home telling me about all the amazing things they have done that day, getting super involved in things like puffy paint and the mud kitchen! They are both super excited to go to nursery, and run in very happily, which is all down to the warm nature of the staff! Thankyou for keeping my children so happy and healthy!

I always feel my child is well looked after at Chestnut. The staff really keep on top of the children's development and we get a report of our child's progress. They are continually setting up new activities and have a book of the month that they base activities around too. Meals seem to be of good quality and variety. My child has just had the graduation ceremony at Chestnut and they really made a fuss of the children which was very sweet. They seem to genuinely care about the children and I know my child has a good relationship with all of the workers at Chestnut.

The handovers are lovely and detailed and the acactivies I see in pictures look lovely. I cannot extend the professionalism that all staff bring to the table.

Excellent nursery, friendly and welcoming staff, and an inspiring setting for littles to grow and learn. Our little girl has been attending for 3 years now and has loved her time there, she'll definitely miss it when she moves on to big school! Would highly recommend

All in all a very lovely nursery

After moving our daughter from a bigger nursery setting last year, she settled into Chestnut almost immediately. I was really worried moving her away from her friends and at 3 years old I thought it would have been challenging for her, but honestly it was the best decision we made. Our daughter has really thrived at Chestnut and that is down to the caring and amazing staff. I was so impressed with the additional activities they do with the children such as baking which bigger nurseries can't accommodate.

My son now attends the nursery also in the baby room, and he settled in very quickly and now loves it as much as my daughter. He always walks away with a beaming smile and I feel very confident when both my children are in the nurseries care.

Recently the nursery also hosted a family social Bingo night which was a lovely opportunity to see your child with their friends within the nursery setting.

Chestnut is just brilliant, thank you to the manager and your amazing Team.

Staff are always responsive and understanding. They seem to genuinely care about the children. There are other nurseries with better onsite facilities eg larger outdoor space however it's more important for me to feel comfortable with the people caring for my children which they do.

The best decision we made was sending our little girl to Chestnut nursery, she absolutely adores all the staff and has developed leaps and bounds! Could not recommend enough, the loveliest staff who she truly loves spending the day with! :)

Our child attended from 18 months until starting primary school. We would highly recommend Chestnuts Taverham. The play areas are lovely, the food is varied and healthy and the staff are amazing. Our child loved going there and was sad to leave, lots of moist eyes at the thoughtful graduation ceremony the staff held.
