Great nursery with a wonderful team! The app they use is a lifesaver-it tells you absolutely everything about your child's day so you never feel out of the loop. Huge thanks to the amazing staff, especially Shelly and Chloe, who are both absolutely brilliant with the kids and make drop-offs so easy. We love it here!

Our little one loves going and gets excited every morning when he sees the building and then his key worker. We love seeing all the activities he does with photos through the app. Thank you for taking care of him.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. My daughter always looks forward to going to nursery each day and comes home full of excitement The staff are amazing-kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about caring for the children. They create a welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported. The activities are engaging and educational, and the level of care is exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do.

My son has extended Hazebrouck day nursery since he was 13 months. 3 days a week initially upped to 4 days. I was so nervous to send him to nursery after having spent 13 months every single day with him. But wow, nursery has brought on his confidence so much and truly they are able to offer him more play than I could at this age. He absolutely loves it and is always saying his friends and nursery staff names. He particularly has formed the most sweetest bond with Tasha he's always saying her name and it makes dropping him off every day so much easier because I know he loves it!

Our son has been attending Hazebrouck since he turned 1 years old. We have always been impressed with the care and the commitment the nursery staff show our son. He is progressing incredibly well through different milestones and we could not be happier. He eats well every day and we have been astounded at the different types of meals he has been provided. Our son has eczema and the staff are diligent with putting the necessary creams on to protect his skin. We are so grateful to the staff at Hazebrouck and it has made returning to work so much easier knowing that are son is safe, happy and cared for.

As a particularly anxious mother, I was incredibly nervous about sending my little boy to nursery. From the very beginning, however, I have been so impressed by the professionalism of all the staff, as well as by how caring, sensitive and patient they have been. They have been wonderfully reassuring as we have worked through the settling-in period, and I have really appreciated the time they have taken to support both my son and me.

It has meant so much to see lovely photos of my little boy looking happy, settled and clearly enjoying himself with the staff. Shelley, Chloe, Savannah and Naila have all been absolutely wonderful, and I really cannot praise them enough for their kindness, warmth and care.

I would also like to give special thanks to Rebekah, the manager, who has been supportive in helping us navigate the financial support available for working parents. This has made Smart Tots affordable for us as a family, and I can honestly say it feels like money extremely well spent.

Five stars will never feel like enough for Hazebrouck Day Nursery.

Today is Ryan's last day at nursery, and I am writing this with the deepest gratitude in my heart.

Kylie - Ryan's keyworker and his absolute safe haven. You learned his language, his rhythms, his loves and his limits. You celebrated every tiny breakthrough as if it were the most important thing in the world - because to Ryan, and to us, it was.

Kate - your skill, your patience and your genuine warmth shaped Ryan's days in ways we will see the benefit of for years to come. The bond you built with him is irreplaceable - it was professional excellence wrapped in pure kindness.

Ryan starts school in September. He goes there with words, with confidence, with routines and with the knowledge that the world outside our home can be safe and wonderful - because Hazebrouck showed him that first.

The nursery environment is clean, bright, and stimulating, with excellent facilities and plenty of opportunities for play, learning, and exploration. Communication with parents is also fantastic - you always feel informed and involved in your child's day and progress.

We found Our Den by an online search engine, we were led through the sign up process by Margaret who explained everything clearly. My daughters key worker Keeli has built a very strong bong with her which is lovely to see. The meals provided are healthy and nutritious, and I am always updated with the daily schedule and pictures on the day/activities by the app. We have already signed our youngest up.

We are extremely happy to find this nursery. Teachers are genuine, warm and approachable. The environment is safe, caring, friendly and welcoming. My daughter goes there with ease, settled well pretty quickly and developed an amazing bond with her key worker. Each time she comes out of the nursery, happy, dancing and full of enthusiasm. There are a variety of activities, carefully planned according to the child's interests and needs. My daughter enjoys dancing, drawing and outdoor exploration. She has learnt about colours, numbers daily routine tasks, made new friends and gradually became more independent and confident. With a heart full of gratitude, I would highly recommend Our Den @ Hillside Nursery!

The app also works really well for daily updates and it's great to see these during the day even when not with her. I am so happy we found this Gem of a place - Happitots and its wonderful staff.

And I would like to thank the staff, who have been helpful in our needs and questions and who make the nursery a welcoming and fun environment.

My daughter has settled in really well. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. They put on lovely activity's for the children and spend time lots of time outdoors. Receive great updates throughout the day via app, aswell as good communication at pick up and we get invited into the nursery a lot for different occasions which is really nice. Really happy with this nursery.

The outdoor space is what initially drew us to the nursery due to having 3 separate outdoor spaces with plenty of equipment to play with.

The staff at Boot Farm are professional yet incredibly friendly and approachable. The management are great and very efficient at what they do.

Our youngest son's confidence and speech has rapidly developed and does not stop talking about his key workers!

Amazing nursery. Since both my children moved to this nursery in May they have been amazing. Lovely staff! Amazing facilities. Both my children love it here. My oldest is in the preschool room and he has grown so much. My other little one is in pre-p and she is becoming more confident

What truly won me over, though, were the teachers. I trust them completely. My son goes to them so naturally, as if they are part of the family, which says everything. A special shoutout to Marge, Kim & all the other teachers for being absolutely amazing with him. They keep me updated throughout the day & regularly upload photos on the app so I can see what he's doing. He has learned so much already thanks to their care and dedication. I can't recommend this nursery highly enough. It has been such a positive experience for us.

Great staff. Very friendly. Good communication proceses are place with parents. Clean facilities. Good routines and play options for the children. Safe and healthy environment for our little one's. Additional fun activities are always planned and all of the staff dress up for these occasions.

My son joined Smart Tots in September, since he has joined we have already seen so much development. He loves being at nursery and is always excited to go in. The staff at nursery are incredible. They have made the transition so smooth and made us feel comfortable. It feels like home from home for my son. We couldn't be more grateful for this nursery and all of the staff.
