Cedars Day Nursery & Pre-School

We have been delighted with the facilities, routine, varied meal plans, encouragement for independent decision making from the children - alongside a diverse activity plan. The communication is always great and the team are all welcoming and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cedars to friends and family.

My son loves attending Cedars Day Nursery & Pre-School. The staff are approachable, professional and caring. I am very happy with the setting and activities set for learning. I have always found the team helpful and accommodating when wanting to book extra sessions. Overall I am very pleased with Cedars and would highly recommend it to other families.

We love this nursery so much - it's amazing for the development of the children and we love that it's small so that each child gets the right amount of attention and support. The only negative is they only allow a minimum of three days.

This is a wonderful nursery. The staff are so personable and know the children in their care so well. They work hard to meet their individual needs and build good relationships with the families. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always have time to give a thorough hand over about our child's day.

My daughter started the setting when she was only 3 months, since then she has grown and developed so much, she is always happy and loves the staff. The app is great for seeing all the updates throughout her day and makes its very easy to communicate with staff or management.

I would recommend this nursery to everyone!

Both of our children attend Cedars nursery, and we have found it to be a great choice for both us as parents and our children. Our children look forward to attending and enjoy their daily learning and activities. We find the staff very attentive to our children's needs and ongoing development, and see the results on a daily basis.

Our experience with our son attending Cedars Day Nursery & Pre-School has been great, he really enjoys going to nursery, he walks straight in now. His development has evidently improved; he is doing more talking and he is interested in a lot more activities, he seems a lot better at eating varieties of foods and using utensils.

Our kids joined late June 2022 after a big relocation so we were naturally nervous about a new start in a completely new area. Cedars Day Nursery & Pre-School have been incredibly welcoming to us all and the kids settled in within days! They are so communicative with everything that's going on and all the children's progress. We have never had any worries or anything we don't feel we can talk to them about! Nothing but good things to say and all the teachers are so lovely!

Moving our children to Cedars Day Nursery & Pre-School was the best decision we made. From the moment they went through the door, we haven't worried about them once. We truly believe they are in safe hands, an environment where they learn, thrive and enjoy activities every day. They are so well looked after by all members of staff and I believe there is a vested interest from staff to really get to know our children and to ensure their needs are met. We have complete visibility of our children's day via the app, what they ate, if they slept etc. as well as having the key development information (and fun activity photos!) of our children all in one place. We are all really happy as a whole family with Cedars! It's a big thank you from us!

My daughter has been at Cedars Day Nursery for the past five months and she absolutely loves it! She adores all the staff. They are all so kind, attentive and friendly and take such fantastic care of all the children in the setting. I really love receiving the updates and photos of my daughter on the app. It is great to see all the new skills she is learning and all the fun activities the staff set up for all the children. My daughter has really thrived off being around children of all ages and has become so much more social. She adores playing outside, especially in the sand and water! I cannot recommend Cedars enough. It is such a lovely, friendly nursery.
