Bees Knees Day Nursery

My daughter has settled so well. The women are just so warm, caring and really do care. So happy we found this nursery. Great team.

Daughter has been in this nursery since roughly 1, and it has gone from strength to strength. In the last year or so, I have noticed how much our child has learnt and has really developed courtesy of the team who look after her. On that note, big thanks to two particular members of staff because I personally feel like our child has really grown under your command and guidance, and I am very pleased with how she is turning out. The support from the wider team has been excellent in our daughter's journey and we are thankful. With this, the Interim Manager does an excellent job when the occasional "restructure" takes place, might be time to make that step up permanent.

Our child is well looked after at Bees Knees and enjoys going three days a week. She is well-stimulated and enjoys a range of activities, the staff are wonderful and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for excellent early learning and childcare.

When dropping off my child in the morning she is always welcomed by staff in a lovely way showing me that she is setting a great example to her staff.

Fantastic staff, my little boy goes to nursery full time and he loves it. He often comes home with pictures he has created and we are updated regularly with activities he has done throughout the day and meals he’s eaten. Couldn’t fault Bees Knees! Absolutely brilliant!

The nursery I find is doing a great job with my son. They are dealing with him very well when he has done something wrong and when picking him up in the afternoon, evening always gets good feedback of his day even if good or bad.

After nine months maternity leave, it was time for me to go back to work and put my trust in someone else hands. I found this extremely hard. Thanks to staff at Bees Knees Day Nursery Reading. They made the settling and transition process run smoothly. The Staff are friendly and informative with regular updates on the Famly app on how his day is going. Thank you Bees Knees for the excellent care you give to our son.

The nursery so far has filled me with warmth by consistently keeping me updated with both my child’s well-being and progress, they have a great understanding of the fact that parents can sometimes be highly protective of their children and sometimes it’s hard to be separated for young ones. The staff's aim is to make sure the kids are safe and well looked after. There’s also loads of transparency through the app.

We sincerely appreciate all the efforts put together by the carers for him.

My son loves coming here. The staff are friendly and helpful. He enjoys the food he receives there and always comes home with a smile on his face. The updates through the app are excellent as well, meaning that communication is quick and easy. Couldn’t rate this nursery highly enough.

For me, this is a fantastic nursery. My son has been attending the nursery since December 2021 and he has already made friends and has a good relationship with the teachers. He always comes home with something new, new words and songs, and I love that he can play outside in the fresh air. Even though my son is fussy with the food since he is in the nursery, he likes to try and taste it. He is always happy to be in the nursery. We are all very happy and grateful that the staff is looking after our boy.

The nursery is super caring, they take good care of the children. My son started eating food he didn’t really like before joining the nursery. He is now more independent, and responsible. He really likes his nursery and his teachers. He joined 4 months ago and now he loves to cook ( as he does in school) also, he sings a lot of songs which I know he got from school.. and he loves to colour more than ever .. he remembers his friend’s names from the nursery and his teacher's posts his activities every single day.

Fantastic communication from the nursery team. My child is always happy to attend and this is due to the lovely and creative activities he is able to do on a daily basis. The new app to keep parents updated is great and provides me with some useful info and lovely photos.

My son absolutely loves this nursery. Since starting at 8 months old he has flourished in all aspects. His verbal and social skills are exceeding our expectations daily and he learns soo much in this fun and friendly environment. The nursery has been amazing with our recent potty training journey and all the staff are friendly, patient and full of advice for a first time mum.

Bees Knees in Reading - as hesitant as I was to send my little girl to nursery from the first visit I was assured she will be looked after. Management is listening and open to a conversation. The app works great and love daily and weekly updates. We are still getting used to each other but so far so good. Looking forward to sending my girl to them.

Love what you are doing and how the staff are treating the children. My son loves going to Bees Knees and often talks about his friends and carers. He has a great time at Bees Knees and learnt many new things. It really teaches him to play with other children. The staff are very respectful and kind.

I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone, I go to work each day knowing my kids are safe, looked after and are having fun.

My child settled in very quickly when joining this nursery. Lovely staff and they do great activities and get the children out in the garden a lot too which is great. Menu is good and my child really enjoys it and is always happy after being there!

Cleanliness of the nursery could improve although I appreciate how hard it is to maintain the environment clean at all times.
