Margaret has been a valued member of the Complete Childcare team for eight years and is well known for her enthusiasm for hands-on, messy play. From paint and glitter to sensory activities, she loves creating engaging, interactive learning experiences for children.
She says, “I’ve always had a special connection with babies. Supporting their early development and being part of those first milestones is incredibly rewarding. Helping little ones feel safe, loved, and confident is at the heart of what I do.”
Whether supporting colleagues, working with families, or creating a warm, stimulating environment, Margaret brings dedication, expertise, and genuine care to her role. She is Level 3 Qualified, holds a Level 3 SEND qualification, and has completed DSL and safeguarding training.
Sally brings 29 years of experience working with children and holds Qualified Teacher Status. She will lead our literacy sessions, supporting early language development through stories, songs, and movement. She has a particular passion for working with our youngest children.
Sally is fully trained in First Aid and Safeguarding, ensuring high standards of care and safety within our setting.
Kim-Jodene has 14 years of experience in early years education and a strong commitment to supporting children’s development, particularly during the rapid stages of infancy. She is dedicated to nurturing each child’s individual journey and helping them reach their full potential.
Kim-Jodene is SENDCo trained, providing specialised knowledge to support children with additional needs, and is fully trained in Safeguarding and First Aid, ensuring high standards of safety and inclusive practice across our setting.
Keeli has over 13 years of experience working with children, young people, and families, bringing extensive knowledge and a strong commitment to early development. She particularly values supporting babies as they grow, learn, and reach new milestones.
Keeli plays a key role within our safeguarding structure and serves as a Duty Safeguarding Officer, working closely with families to provide guidance and support. She is also fully trained in Safeguarding and First Aid, ensuring safe, informed, and consistent practice across our setting.
