Overall Experience

My son has been attending Kids Inc Nursery in Enfield since he was 18 months old. He has thrived in this nursery, settled in and doing so well. The nursery has encouraged him from eating on his own, learning to play with his friends, communication, social skills and more. My son loves the key care providers,

mentioning the names at home, he has made lots of friends and he always can't wait to go to nursery to see his friends.
My son will be starting reception soon and I thank Kids Inc Nursery, Enfield branch for all the love and support they have rendered to my son. He will surely miss this nursery.

The staff are very caring, dedicated and very supportive to the children in their education.

Amazing experience at kids inc York Road since day 1. All staff are great and I am very happy with the service. My daughter enjoys coming and has learnt soo much. They are always organised and all staff are trained to a high standard. I don't think I could find a better nursery.

The manager made a great effort for the valentines stay and play made u feel very welcome lovely set up plenty for kids to do would highly recommend this nursery my daughter absolutely loved it.
Two particular staff members was also very friendly and welcoming.

Be careful with this nursery and for parents who have never used a nursery before make sure you ask for a breakdown in cost for 0-2 and 3 and above because they charge you more even with the funded hours. When my child turned 3 her charges more than doubled to what I was paying when she was 2. So ask

for everything in writing or email. This nursery is very unorganised and doesn't take responsibility for any mistakes. Do not use this nursery because they are not upfront and honest about what you're paying for.

Any adjustments in charges when a child turns two or three are due to the way government-funded hours are allocated and not because we increase our own fees arbitrarily. The local councils set the funding rates and, when children turn three, those rates drop considerably. Your grievance should be with the local council and not with our nursery. We are always fully transparent about our fees, which are clearly outlined for all parents before their children start attending nursery. We refute your allegation that we are not upfront or honest. Please do not use a fees issue to discredit the standard of care and education provided - this is petty and unnecessary. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us directly. As a parent, entrusting your child to others is challenging, but Kids Inc Enfield made this experience incredibly comforting. From the beginning my daughter's key worker, showed immense love and care, treating her as if she were her own. My daughter struggled with solids when she started nursery, but

her key worker's patience and encouragement led to significant improvement. She went above and beyond by providing us with tips for home and sending videos of her progress, giving us peace of mind. Having her as her key worker gave me peace of mind, knowing she was in safe hands. The Nursery Manager, also contributed significantly to our positive experience. Her daily warm greetings and helpful nature created a welcoming atmosphere. All the teachers showed genuine kindness and care. We are grateful to the key worker for her extraordinary dedication and for leaving a lasting impact on our family, and to the Nursery Manager for fostering such a nurturing environment for my daughter's early years.

Overall Experience

My first child started nursery at the beginning of September and I am so pleased with how welcoming and wonderful all the staff have been to her. I can really tell she is being looked after and the staff care for her. Really pleased with the communication too. There are regular updates on what is happening

at the nursery and any events that may be coming up. I love that I get updates on how my daughter's day has gone. I especially enjoy receiving photos of her having fun with different activities.

I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the lack of proper safeguarding measures and the overall management response at Kids Inc Nursery. My two children have been attending this nursery, and over the past three months, my younger son has suffered two severe injuries while in their care. Both incidents

were serious enough to require hospitalization, and one even led to surgery.
As a parent, I trusted Kids Inc Nursery to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my children, but they have failed to meet even the most basic standards of care. The fact that my child has been injured twice in such a short period of time raises serious concerns about the safety protocols in place at this nursery.
It is heartbreaking to think that my child has had to go through so much pain and trauma. I strongly urge other parents to consider this experience before enrolling their children at Kids Inc Nursery.

We are of course always concerned when a child encounters any sort of incident at nursery, but we would like to reassure you once again that your child's injuries were purely development-related. Whilst you did take your child to the hospital to be checked (as we recommended), the 'surgery' that you refer to was in fact when your child needed stitches. The nursery acted entirely appropriately and delivered the correct follow-up care in a safe environment. As you are aware, this has been confirmed by Ofsted. Following the second incident, your older child still attended nursery, showing your continued faith in the staff team. Indeed, in a previous review, you wrote 'we found the Kids Inc team to be helpful in all matters, management is always approachable, highly recommended to everyone' and gave us five stars in all areas. It is a shame you felt the need to leave a poor review when we were not at fault.

Overall Experience

I can't recommend Kids Inc Aylesbury enough! The children spend a lot of time playing outdoors - they make the most of the great location. The staff make sure to vary the activities they provide to keep the children entertained, we get sent play ideas and invited to events which is lovely as the staff

can pass on their knowledge. The summer/Christmas fetes are great fun too! The staff care so much about all the children and take such an interest in their lives and helping them learn and develop. Most recently our son has started potty training and the staff have been very enthusiastic. Our son has a great bond with all the staff, especially the key workers he has had since he has been there. The food is great and our son gets a nutritious variety of meals. The management at the nursery has recently changed but we know the new manager and deputy manager well so are really excited to see how they can incorporate their ideas and are pleased for both of them!

My son has been attending here since he was two and a half and now he has graduated and due to start reception in September.
I can not recommend this Nursery enough!
The staff are so friendly welcoming and kind , very clean and tidy nursery well organised.
My son was very shy and he settled in very

well he loved it here and looked forward to attending!
The staff made him feel welcome and helped him settle in quickly.
The nursery updates you on a regular bases about your child's development and the communication is very regular so you can keep up to date on what your child is doing and what areas they need assistance.
My son has learnt so much and become very independent he also has started eating new foods and his communication vocabulary has developed very quickly!
Thank you for all your hard work definitely recommend this setting!

I enrolled my child in Kids Inc for a three-hour slot starting in September 2023. Initially expecting a positive experience, I soon found that I was not permitted to accompany my baby, leading to his development of trauma and separation anxiety. Despite my requests, the staff never took him outside

or fed him properly. Moreover, they disregarded my efforts to reduce his dummy time, always offering it to him to quell his crying. It’s not worth the money I paid to them. Fortunately, his new nursery is gradually easing him into independence, and within 20 days, he will be fully settled there.

We were very saddened to read your review and feel your comments are not balanced or accurate, and hence a misleading reflection on the nursery. Parents are always permitted to stay during settling-in and we offer as many settling-in sessions as needed. On reviewing our records, it seems that although you booked three 5-hour half-days per week (we do not offer 3-hour sessions), you only left your child for between 1.5 and 3 hours at a time, making it difficult for him to connect with the team and his peers. All children are fed and taken outdoors throughout the day. Your child may have missed garden time due to shorter sessions. Mealtimes might have been a better experience if we had been aware of his medical condition, which wasn't discovered until shortly before you withdrew him from the nursery. Your comments are conjecture and defamatory, and it is regrettable that you felt the need to express your thoughts in this way, rather than talking to us directly.

Overall Experience

I would absolutely recommend Kids Inc. We were sold from the first time we visited. The facilities are great and so well maintained. The garden is a huge hit, as are the stay-and-play events. The daily activities are always creative and fun.
My son’s key worker and the other staff in his room are all

caring, approachable and supportive, as are the wider team and management. They nurture and care for my son and he is learning so much. He’s also a big fan of the food! Watching him grow in confidence with each visit is a joy.

Couldn’t recommend Kids Inc enough! I was initially hesitant to send my daughter to a nursery as a first-time mum wondering how my child would be without me but all my anxiety has disappeared.
My daughter has thrived since coming here, she is so excited when I say I’m taking her to nursery as she

gets to have ‘fun’ and go ‘play’ and is always happy and smiling when I collect her and doesn’t want to leave.
The staff are amazing and very friendly and have always responded promptly to any queries I have. I cannot wait to see how much more my daughter progresses and couldn’t be happier with my decision to send her here.

Overall Experience

Our children started at Kids Inc in November 2023, from the moment we got in touch about possible places for them, the staff have been so helpful and friendly. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure that the children feel safe and happy. Our little boy initially struggled with being away from us,

the care and attention all the staff gave to him to help support him and to reassure him was fantastic. It wasn't long before he soon came around and started having great days with his friends. Our children's development has gone from strength to strength. We love their open and friendly approach to not only the children but to the parents. You are always made to feel welcome and kept updated on the children's day. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this nursery. We look forward to many more happy years with them all!

So, so happy that we decided to send our daughter to Kids Inc! My daughter has significant additional needs and that makes the decision, as a parent, even more important, as you worry whether a setting will be able to provide the additional support your child requires. Kids Inc have been amazing with

her and she is thriving! All of the therapists that visit the setting to work with my daughter comment on how friendly and nurturing the staff are, what a wonderful relationship they have with her and the extremely high standard of the facilities and resources. The progress our daughter has made since she started at the setting continues to surprise and delight us. I would not hesitate to recommend Kids Inc to other parents looking for childcare, including parents of children with additional needs.

Our daughter has been attending for three months now and couldn't be happier or more settled! The staff are so lovely and approachable and really take the time to get to know the children and parents.
