Avoid this nursery at all costs.

In my experience, many of the staff appeared to be inadequately trained, and morale was extremely low. It was clear that staff were unhappy with the manager's attitude and the way they were treated.

What concerned me most was feeling misled about the safety of my child. As a parent, nothing is more important than knowing your child is being cared for in a safe and supportive environment.

Unfortunately, my overall impression was that the nursery placed greater importance on making money than on the wellbeing of the children. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this nursery.

Avoid at all costs if your child's safety is your highest priority.

My two-year-old granddaughter attended the Palmerston Road, Buckhurst Hill branch in Essex, starting in March 2026.

Shortly after she started, a serious incident occurred. During outdoor play, she was able to crawl underneath a fence into the car park without staff noticing. We were told that staff only realised she was missing when she returned through the same gap a few minutes later.

What concerned us just as much as the incident itself was how it was handled. Her parents were not informed immediately; they were told about it at collection time. They felt the incident was presented in a matter-of-fact way, with reassurance that she had returned unharmed, rather than with the seriousness they expected.

Every parent expects their child's safety and wellbeing to be the highest priority. In our opinion, the circumstances of this incident and the response afterwards did not reflect that standard.

Overall, I did not feel the nursery offered good value for money, and based on my experience I would encourage parents to carefully consider their options.

I normally don't like leaving negative reviews, but after our experience I feel it's important for other parents to be aware.

My son attended this nursery for around 7 months and unfortunately he never settled. Every drop-off was extremely difficult and involved constant crying. As parents we expected support and guidance from the staff, but instead the experience often felt very unprofessional.

Communication and feedback about our child were very poor. on the development review, the first questions I received was "what do you want me to tell you?" - which was quite surprising, as staff should be the ones providing insight into a child's insights and development.

Another concerning moment was when we were advised to stop speaking Spanish at home with our son. This goes against what most child development professionals recommend about supporting bilingual children.

There were also occasions that raised concerns about professionalism. For example, one morning during drop-off a member of staff was sleeping on the floor.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she's 9 months and she's now 3 years she loves going to nursery and always gets very excited to go into nursery. All staff have been amazing with my daughter and any worries I have they always have made me feel comfortable with talking to them. So glad I have picked this nursery :) and thank you to everybody has been involved and doing a brilliant job.

I love Chingford Kids Inc - my daughter has been going there since she was 1 years old (She is now 4) and my son started there too more recently (last 9 months) and only have good things to say! Management at the nursery are very quick to reply to messages and will help hugely - recently we had some issues with our funding and the manager literally bent over backwards for us to help us resolve it! For me the most important thing is the kids are happy. My daughter literally runs in their with a smile, and bounces her way into her room. As she enters all her peers saying hi and its so warming to here. There are times when she maybe bit emotional, but the staff will scoop her up and look after her. She may get teary but within mins she is fine and we never have any concerns! She has come leaps and bounds in terms of her vocab and writing. At the age of 3 she is writing her 6 letter name now very well and clearly. Recommend the nursery to all!

Kid Inc is one of the best Nurseries in the area we looked at many and kind Inc stood out above all for outstanding Childcare and amazing caring friendly staff, The nursery is organised and very well run the food is brilliant our baby enjoys going to nursery and we can work having the piece of mind that our baby is safe and cared for cannot speak highly enough of kid Inc

Our child suffers febrile seizures and the support we received during the two occasions that he had them at nursery was especially outstanding. The staff remained calm, reassuring, and kept us fully updated throughout-special thanks to Jade and Hayley for their constant communication and to Rachel, whose presence in hospital meant the world to us. Knowing our child was in such safe and caring hands gave us so much peace of mind. We're also so grateful for the role the nursery has played in shaping our eldest son into the confident, happy little boy he is today. He began as a lockdown baby, shy and unsure, and is left nursery having thrived in a nurturing environment where he felt safe, supported and excited to learn. It's a lovely environment for the children to be in which allows them to thrive and grow in their own individual way.

Amazing experience at kids inc York Road since day 1. All staff are great and I am very happy with the service. My daughter enjoys coming and has learnt soo much. They are always organised and all staff are trained to a high standard. I don't think I could find a better nursery.

Two particular staff members was also very friendly and welcoming.

Be careful with this nursery and for parents who have never used a nursery before make sure you ask for a breakdown in cost for 0-2 and 3 and above because they charge you more even with the funded hours. When my child turned 3 her charges more than doubled to what I was paying when she was 2. So ask for everything in writing or email. This nursery is very unorganised and doesn't take responsibility for any mistakes. Do not use this nursery because they are not upfront and honest about what you're paying for.

As a parent, entrusting your child to others is challenging, but Kids Inc Enfield made this experience incredibly comforting. From the beginning my daughter's key worker, showed immense love and care, treating her as if she were her own. My daughter struggled with solids when she started nursery, but her key worker's patience and encouragement led to significant improvement. She went above and beyond by providing us with tips for home and sending videos of her progress, giving us peace of mind. Having her as her key worker gave me peace of mind, knowing she was in safe hands. The Nursery Manager, also contributed significantly to our positive experience. Her daily warm greetings and helpful nature created a welcoming atmosphere. All the teachers showed genuine kindness and care. We are grateful to the key worker for her extraordinary dedication and for leaving a lasting impact on our family, and to the Nursery Manager for fostering such a nurturing environment for my daughter's early years.

My first child started nursery at the beginning of September and I am so pleased with how welcoming and wonderful all the staff have been to her. I can really tell she is being looked after and the staff care for her. Really pleased with the communication too. There are regular updates on what is happening at the nursery and any events that may be coming up. I love that I get updates on how my daughter's day has gone. I especially enjoy receiving photos of her having fun with different activities.

It is heartbreaking to think that my child has had to go through so much pain and trauma. I strongly urge other parents to consider this experience before enrolling their children at Kids Inc Nursery.

I can't recommend Kids Inc Aylesbury enough! The children spend a lot of time playing outdoors - they make the most of the great location. The staff make sure to vary the activities they provide to keep the children entertained, we get sent play ideas and invited to events which is lovely as the staff can pass on their knowledge. The summer/Christmas fetes are great fun too! The staff care so much about all the children and take such an interest in their lives and helping them learn and develop. Most recently our son has started potty training and the staff have been very enthusiastic. Our son has a great bond with all the staff, especially the key workers he has had since he has been there. The food is great and our son gets a nutritious variety of meals. The management at the nursery has recently changed but we know the new manager and deputy manager well so are really excited to see how they can incorporate their ideas and are pleased for both of them!

I enrolled my child in Kids Inc for a three-hour slot starting in September 2023. Initially expecting a positive experience, I soon found that I was not permitted to accompany my baby, leading to his development of trauma and separation anxiety. Despite my requests, the staff never took him outside or fed him properly. Moreover, they disregarded my efforts to reduce his dummy time, always offering it to him to quell his crying. It’s not worth the money I paid to them. Fortunately, his new nursery is gradually easing him into independence, and within 20 days, he will be fully settled there.
