Kids Inc Day Nursery - Welwyn Garden City

My first child started nursery at the beginning of September and I am so pleased with how welcoming and wonderful all the staff have been to her. I can really tell she is being looked after and the staff care for her. Really pleased with the communication too. There are regular updates on what is happening at the nursery and any events that may be coming up. I love that I get updates on how my daughter's day has gone. I especially enjoy receiving photos of her having fun with different activities.

The staff are amazing and very friendly and have always responded promptly to any queries I have. I cannot wait to see how much more my daughter progresses and couldn’t be happier with my decision to send her here.

Our children started at Kids Inc in November 2023, from the moment we got in touch about possible places for them, the staff have been so helpful and friendly. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure that the children feel safe and happy. Our little boy initially struggled with being away from us, the care and attention all the staff gave to him to help support him and to reassure him was fantastic. It wasn't long before he soon came around and started having great days with his friends. Our children's development has gone from strength to strength. We love their open and friendly approach to not only the children but to the parents. You are always made to feel welcome and kept updated on the children's day. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this nursery. We look forward to many more happy years with them all!

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our family love the staff there. They are so welcoming and honestly cannot do enough. We had a few concerns over our daughter’s development last year and the support we got was amazing. I felt so reassured they were looking after her and I’m very thankful we decided to go with them. My little one has been attending this nursery for four months now and absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly and caring and attentive to the children. Our child has come along massively since joining, has made lovely friends. The garden and classrooms are well-kept, clean and tidy. The stay-and-play sessions are also a lovely added bonus. I looked around a lot of nurseries prior to picking Kids Inc WGC and it was by far the top choice for us.

So, so happy that we decided to send our daughter to Kids Inc! My daughter has significant additional needs and that makes the decision, as a parent, even more important, as you worry whether a setting will be able to provide the additional support your child requires. Kids Inc have been amazing with her and she is thriving! All of the therapists that visit the setting to work with my daughter comment on how friendly and nurturing the staff are, what a wonderful relationship they have with her and the extremely high standard of the facilities and resources. The progress our daughter has made since she started at the setting continues to surprise and delight us. I would not hesitate to recommend Kids Inc to other parents looking for childcare, including parents of children with additional needs.

It’s been several months since my child has been attending this nursery. She is so happy to go there, she adapted super quickly and every time I go pick her up she is so full of joy. I love it too. I appreciate the care, the professionalism and the attention for detail regarding every aspect: setting, communication, feedback, relationship with children and parents. I highly recommend!

Such a great experience since putting our 11-month-old into Kids Inc. The staff are all so friendly and keep you updated regularly. The nursery is new so everything feels super fresh and the food must be amazing as my little one always eats everything! They also do extra events and stay and plays that you can attend which we really enjoy.

I recently attended a stay and play session with my child at Kids Inc Nursery in Welwyn Garden City. The rooms were very inviting and spacious. The set up for the children was great and an array of activities were provided for the children to explore with, which covered all areas. It was a nice atmosphere. More importantly, the staff were very welcoming on our arrival and throughout our time there.

There is so much I can say about Kids Inc WGC! From first opening in April 2023, I booked in for a show around for my (at the time) eight month old little boy. At the time, there were four members of staff (manager included) and one child. Even without a full house, I fell in love with the nursery. The atmosphere, resources, layouts of the rooms and facilities provided for both children, parents and staff were incredible. The communication from the start has been amazing by management. My son started in Caterpillars at the beginning of May where he was only nine months old. He settled in really quick with the support of the staff and his key person. They provide a lot of opportunities for the children to learn and grow. Since he has started he’s almost walking, beginning to say words and loves exploring everything! He is now thirteen months and absolutely loves coming to nursery. They provide excellent choices of meals. I would highly recommend this nursery for your little one!
