We cannot thank the team at Kids Inc Bluewater enough for the incredible care and support they've given our family. Every situation has been handled with professionalism, compassion, and genuine kindness.
Our child suffers febrile seizures and the support we received during the two occasions that he
had them at nursery was especially outstanding. The staff remained calm, reassuring, and kept us fully updated throughout-special thanks to Jade and Hayley for their constant communication and to Rachel, whose presence in hospital meant the world to us. Knowing our child was in such safe and caring hands gave us so much peace of mind. We're also so grateful for the role the nursery has played in shaping our eldest son into the confident, happy little boy he is today. He began as a lockdown baby, shy and unsure, and is left nursery having thrived in a nurturing environment where he felt safe, supported and excited to learn. We really like the nursery. We feel that all staff are friendly, attentive and joyful.
All staff are always helpful and we know our child looks forward to attending.
The nursery has been great with any additional needs and support when it comes to potty training etc.
We are glad we moved nurseries
to Kids Inc.
I have recommended to others multiple times.

Our little boy has been going to Kids Inc Day Nursery since 11 months old and is so happy there. Like all parents, we were feeling apprehensive, guilty and unsure about leaving our baby in childcare for the first time but the team at Bluewater were so helpful and welcoming to us and really supported
him in his transition. Every day he is greeted by a warm and caring team who quite literally welcome him with open arms and he is very happy to go there each day.
The nursery caters to his nap routines and to his gluten free diet and each day he is fed tasty and balanced meals which is something I am so grateful for.
We love our tapestry updates where we get to see all of the fantastic stuff he gets up to each day and have seen a noticeable difference in his speech and language and overall development since joining. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter has been attending since September 2021 and absolutely loves it here, the staff are all really friendly and all know her by name, even those that are in different rooms. Her room leader and staff are all very caring and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. My daughter loves
going and runs in excited every day, different activities are set out first thing in the morning and she loves to show me the different toys in her room. She regularly comes home with artwork and loves playing in the garden and looking for ducks on the lake. The staff genuinely care about her development, she's so confident and chatty and as a lockdown baby I never thought she would be this outgoing. We would highly recommend Bluewater.

My little boy has been at Kids Inc Nursery for just under a year now and I can not recommend the nursery and the staff there enough. The management team there are always very professional, polite and welcoming. Also, their communication is always amazing.
My boy has made so many friends who welcome
him into class every time he walks in it is so lovely to hear everyone say his name even the teachers he enjoys it so much and the food he enjoys that much he has to have seconds so hats off to the chef! I cannot recommend a better nursery for my boy!

My son loves it at Kids Inc Nursery - Bluewater. Not only has he made good friends in his class, the whole time he has been there he made amazing connections with the staff as well. I have no worries with my son there and will have no worries taking my daughter either. My son has been going since he

Very good nursery. No problems since day one. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My son loves it and looks forward to going nursery.

My little boy has been at Kids Inc Nursery for just under a year now and I can not recommend the nursery and the staff there enough. The management team there are always very professional, polite and welcoming. Also, their communication is always second to none.
I would like to thank the key worker
in his room for the work that she and the team in ladybirds do with him. The progress he has made in the past year is extremely positive, and he has come on so much. He loves spending time at the nursery and is forever mentioning the keyworker which is nice to hear due to the bond he has built with her.

My little boy has been at Kids Inc for the last 2 and a half years and we have been so happy with it and will be starting our little girl there soon. The management team are so kind, helpful and present. They know all the children and make them and us feel very welcome. Even the staff in all the other
rooms know the different children and always greet them with lovely smiles. The staff in the rooms are amazing, so sweet and just absolutely lovely to the kids. My little boy adores them. If he is ever having a day where he is a bit sad they are so attentive to him and within no time he is happy again. He has also learnt an incredible amount and I will be forever grateful for the team's influence on his early development.

We have been with the nursery for nearly a year and during that time we have had a great experience. The team are always really welcoming and happy to talk about any changes your child is experiencing.
There is a lot of attention paid to the activities and routine to ensure the children are stimulated
but have consistency.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since October 2022 and she loves it. I am very happy with her development. She is able to count to 10 and she can recognise different colours. Kids Inc Bluewater is great, our daughter loves it! She joined in May 2022 and now she has moved to her second room a few months ago and the staff have been amazing, from her care givers in each room to all the staff who are taking care of her. They are all loving, always with a smile and comforting.
Our daughter absolutely loves being there and we have peace of mind that she's being taken care of properly! The management is always helpful and answers every question and concern we have. We couldn't be happier!

My granddaughter currently attends this nursery, as did her sister before her. The staff are lovely, kind and caring and treat the children as if they are their own, you feel as though you are leaving them with family. My granddaughter is always happy to go to nursery and is learning so much every day,
whilst gaining confidence and becoming more independent. The nursery itself is a stimulating environment with plenty of activities for the children. Communication is also excellent, you are kept informed, on a daily basis, re your child and the events of the day. The garden area is sufficient for the children, organised, functional and fun. I cannot praise this nursery enough!

Honestly can't fault Kids Inc Bluewater.
My daughter loves going to nursery and has a special bond with the staff in her room.
All staff are friendly, polite and always smiling.
Always a big fear sending your child to nursery, but Kids Inc have made it so easy.

Great location with a nearby nature trail.

Since joining Kids Inc in July 2022, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds. She absolutely loves this nursery and all of her lovely friends. The staff are absolutely incredible and treat each child as their own. Everyone here remembers her name and we are always greeted with a very friendly smile
when we arrive each day. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough - it's amazing!
