Kids Inc Day Nursery - East Sheen

The best thing about this nursery is the manager and her staff. It would be very hard to find anyone who cares more deeply about the children they look after than her. She goes above and beyond what is expected, always thinking of extra things to do to make the children's time at nursery more enjoyable. This includes a weekend scavenger hunt in Richmond Park, a Halloween party, summer fair and so on. The nursery is small, which is what attracted us to it because it has a family feel, but well equipped. My only wish would be that the individual nursery got more support and recognition of the wonderful work they do from the Kids Inc head office.

Both my daughters attended Kids Inc from around 9 months old and had a great time! The nursery is not very large so it's easy to get to know all the adults and children, which really helped my kids to feel at home. There is good continuity of staff which made communication easier and helped build up trust, both between the children and their carers and the parents. The nursery tries hard to provide a fun and educational environment for all the children, irrespective of age, and puts on lovely Christmas shows, summer fairs etc. Both my girls are now at school, but have been asking to go back to nursery as they are missing it!

The nursery manager does a fantastic job at providing such a caring and nurturing environment for all the children. Both of our children were very happy at Kids Inc and we always felt like they were being cared for in a safe and stimulating environment. We would definitely recommend Kids Inc.

My two sons have attended Kids Inc, East Sheen and have both been very happy and given excellent standards of care. My youngest son is currently at the nursery and has been since aged 1 and I am very satisfied with our experience. We originally chose Kids Inc in 2014 because it is smaller and more inviting than some. Of the other larger, perhaps more obviously impressive nurseries and this is still the case today. There is a friendly, family feel which extends to all the staff. Trusting your children to anyone is difficult but Kids Inc make it as easy and reassuring as possible. There is regular communication from my son’s carers about his progress and activities during the day and I do feel that the manager goes above and beyond to build a bond with parents and children. There are regular events organised by the manager to invite parents into the nursery too. More than anything I feel that they know my son and nurture his needs. No hesitation in recommending it.

We sadly had to leave due to relocation and our eldest talks about how much he misses it daily!

Both my daughters attended Kids Inc nursery and we were really pleased with the care they received - particularly the phonics and numeracy focus in preschool. Both girls built great relationships with their key workers, indeed with all of the Kids Inc staff. Feedback, particularly the quarterly letters, really gave the sense that staff know the children very well and are very committed to their development. There is a real sense of community at the nursery.

The food always seems very healthy and our daughter enjoys it.

Our daughter recently started at Kids Inc (at 14 months old) and absolutely loves it. They couldn't have been more welcoming and nurturing throughout the settling in process and now she's settled in she is always so excited to go and has made some lovely friends. The staff are fantastic, so kind and thoughtful, and her days are always full of fun activities. Highly recommend.

They keep her happy every day and I'm very grateful for that. I am sad that we will have to leave nursery for Primary School as it has been so reassuring to know my daughter is well cared for during her time at Kids Inc East Sheen.

I've had 2 children in the nursery and have been happy with the care. The times they offer for drop off and collection are pretty decent and the kids enjoy the activities and events too. All staffs are super friendly and the preschool education is fantastic.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 10 months old. The staff are kind, loving and care about the children. I'm very happy with the activities that are planned for the children according to their age groups. It is great to see children thriving in a nurturing environment.

Our daughter cannot wait to go in every morning and comes out at the end of the day with a big smile on her face! We like the feedback on activities and events during the day and photos uploaded to the online platform. The facilities seem very good and we like the fact it's all on one level.

We spent so long deciding which nursery would be best for our daughter and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

Our three children have all attended Kids Inc East Sheen and have had wonderful experiences there. The staff are loving and seem to really care about the children and their development, the food is excellent and is the communication with parents and the children have so much fun they sometimes want to go in the weekends! Special commendations to three members of staff in particular.

My children have been so happy there and, despite there not really being any green space, they do have an outdoor play area which the children love.

The staff have provided excellent care for my son and he has grown very fond of them! Thank you!

Kids Inc Day Nursery - East Sheen is a fantastic nursery. My son has attended for 1 year now. He absolutely loves it. His language skills have developed really well. The manager is brilliant and very helpful with any enquiries we have. I would definitely recommend it.

My son has been going to Kids Inc for over a year now and he’s very happy there. The staff are very friendly and I know that he has a great relationship with them which gives me enormous peace of mind. It’s got a lovely atmosphere and is a really lovely place for a child to go to nursery.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 6months. From the beginning, he had had an incredible experience and loves it there. The staff have always been incredible and have helped him/us through every milestone.

Our daughter has been attending Kids Inc in East Sheen since July 2020 and she absolutely loves going there. I know she is in very safe hands when I drop her off and have peace of mind when I'm at work. The staff are so friendly and caring, my daughter often comes home and chats about the staff and her friends at nursery. They really care about whether the children are happy there and try to make it fun within a caring environment. Cannot recommend them enough and I am always singing their praises to anyone that will listen.
