Avoid this nursery at all costs.

In my experience, many of the staff appeared to be inadequately trained, and morale was extremely low. It was clear that staff were unhappy with the manager's attitude and the way they were treated.

What concerned me most was feeling misled about the safety of my child. As a parent, nothing is more important than knowing your child is being cared for in a safe and supportive environment.

Unfortunately, my overall impression was that the nursery placed greater importance on making money than on the wellbeing of the children. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she's 9 months and she's now 3 years she loves going to nursery and always gets very excited to go into nursery. All staff have been amazing with my daughter and any worries I have they always have made me feel comfortable with talking to them. So glad I have picked this nursery :) and thank you to everybody has been involved and doing a brilliant job.

Our child suffers febrile seizures and the support we received during the two occasions that he had them at nursery was especially outstanding. The staff remained calm, reassuring, and kept us fully updated throughout-special thanks to Jade and Hayley for their constant communication and to Rachel, whose presence in hospital meant the world to us. Knowing our child was in such safe and caring hands gave us so much peace of mind. Our daughter has been attending for three months now and couldn't be happier or more settled! The staff are so lovely and approachable and really take the time to get to know the children and parents. I've found that my daughter's confidence has grown and she has really improved both motor and language skills. Plus the food variety that she has is brilliant!

We love our tapestry updates where we get to see all of the fantastic stuff he gets up to each day and have seen a noticeable difference in his speech and language and overall development since joining. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter has been attending since September 2021 and absolutely loves it here, the staff are all really friendly and all know her by name, even those that are in different rooms. Her room leader and staff are all very caring and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. My daughter loves going and runs in excited every day, different activities are set out first thing in the morning and she loves to show me the different toys in her room. She regularly comes home with artwork and loves playing in the garden and looking for ducks on the lake. The staff genuinely care about her development, she's so confident and chatty and as a lockdown baby I never thought she would be this outgoing. We would highly recommend Bluewater.

An amazing garden and I know come summer they will be outside every day. Really happy we took a chance on a new nursery in the area, it’s worked out amazingly for us.

I would recommend Kids Inc to any parent looking for a nursery, I am 100% comfortable leaving my child in their capable hands!

My daughter was transferred from another branch to Gravesend as we moved. Kids Inc. made the process very smooth for me which I highly appreciated given the hecticness of moving houses. Thus far I must say the level of care between the two nurseries has continued to be excellent and it is very nice to see a consistent standard set for the level of care offered. The staff have been exceptional and whenever I have had concerns, they have been kind and careful in dealing with them and have gone out of their way to support me when I've really needed it. My daughter absolutely loves it here and has made some beautiful friendships with both her fellow peers and her carers. I love that activities are well-planned out for the children to engage in as well as special occasions that get the parents involved. The venue is stunning and they do a good job keeping it clean day in, day out. I also love that the kids are served food by an in-house chef who makes their meals on-site. A happy mum.

Both nursery managers are lovely and we were shown around by staff who was very welcoming. My son started at 5 months old and they were very accommodating with the settling-in period. He takes part in lots of activities at nursery and likes going and has stopped crying and is always happy and smiling when I pick him up. Some of the staff are very enthusiastic and always happy to see my son in the mornings. I would recommend this nursery as a first-time mum.

As a new starter my daughter has settled in very well. She really enjoys her time at Kids Inc Gravesend so far. When joining everything was explained clearly and so far has met my expectations. The Staff have been really lovely and welcoming too.

My son has thrived since starting here, speaking has come so far and his confidence. Staff are all fantastic and friendly, and are so amazing regarding any issues. The garden is fab, the animals are such a good touch for the kids!

Our children (1 and 3) have been at Kids Inc since November. They absolutely love it! The outdoor space is amazing, with rabbits and chickens and so much to play with and they both get involved in so many fun activities. The staff are lovely and very caring. So glad they both go here, they have such great days every day.

Excellent nursery. My 2-year-old started nursery and September and has picked up so much since starting. The facility’s there are excellent. The activities and staff are excellent too. Very happy with the service.

We are so glad to have found such a fantastic setting for our son before he goes to school!

The only suggestion I would have is that I would love to see an app where you can see throughout the day what time they sleep and eat but it’s no biggie!
