The safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is, and always will be, our highest priority. Whenever any incident involving a child's safety occurs, it is taken extremely seriously. We have established safeguarding procedures, investigate incidents thoroughly, and take appropriate action to review and strengthen our practices where necessary.

As an early years provider, we are unable to comment on the specific circumstances of an individual child or family in a public forum, as we have a duty to protect the confidentiality of all children in our care. For that reason, we cannot address many of the claims made in this review.

We recognise that parents rightly expect the highest standards of care and supervision, and we remain committed to maintaining those standards through ongoing staff training, regular risk assessments, and continual review of our policies and procedures. Read less
