Overall, I did not feel the nursery offered good value for money, and based on my experience I would encourage parents to carefully consider their options.

I love Chingford Kids Inc - my daughter has been going there since she was 1 years old (She is now 4) and my son started there too more recently (last 9 months) and only have good things to say! Management at the nursery are very quick to reply to messages and will help hugely - recently we had some issues with our funding and the manager literally bent over backwards for us to help us resolve it! For me the most important thing is the kids are happy. My daughter literally runs in their with a smile, and bounces her way into her room. As she enters all her peers saying hi and its so warming to here. There are times when she maybe bit emotional, but the staff will scoop her up and look after her. She may get teary but within mins she is fine and we never have any concerns! She has come leaps and bounds in terms of her vocab and writing. At the age of 3 she is writing her 6 letter name now very well and clearly. Recommend the nursery to all!

My son will be starting reception soon and I thank Kids Inc Nursery, Enfield branch for all the love and support they have rendered to my son. He will surely miss this nursery.

Amazing experience at kids inc York Road since day 1. All staff are great and I am very happy with the service. My daughter enjoys coming and has learnt soo much. They are always organised and all staff are trained to a high standard. I don't think I could find a better nursery.

Be careful with this nursery and for parents who have never used a nursery before make sure you ask for a breakdown in cost for 0-2 and 3 and above because they charge you more even with the funded hours. When my child turned 3 her charges more than doubled to what I was paying when she was 2. So ask for everything in writing or email. This nursery is very unorganised and doesn't take responsibility for any mistakes. Do not use this nursery because they are not upfront and honest about what you're paying for.

As a parent, entrusting your child to others is challenging, but Kids Inc Enfield made this experience incredibly comforting. From the beginning my daughter's key worker, showed immense love and care, treating her as if she were her own. My daughter struggled with solids when she started nursery, but her key worker's patience and encouragement led to significant improvement. She went above and beyond by providing us with tips for home and sending videos of her progress, giving us peace of mind. Having her as her key worker gave me peace of mind, knowing she was in safe hands. The Nursery Manager, also contributed significantly to our positive experience. Her daily warm greetings and helpful nature created a welcoming atmosphere. All the teachers showed genuine kindness and care. We are grateful to the key worker for her extraordinary dedication and for leaving a lasting impact on our family, and to the Nursery Manager for fostering such a nurturing environment for my daughter's early years.

It is heartbreaking to think that my child has had to go through so much pain and trauma. I strongly urge other parents to consider this experience before enrolling their children at Kids Inc Nursery.

I enrolled my child in Kids Inc for a three-hour slot starting in September 2023. Initially expecting a positive experience, I soon found that I was not permitted to accompany my baby, leading to his development of trauma and separation anxiety. Despite my requests, the staff never took him outside or fed him properly. Moreover, they disregarded my efforts to reduce his dummy time, always offering it to him to quell his crying. It’s not worth the money I paid to them. Fortunately, his new nursery is gradually easing him into independence, and within 20 days, he will be fully settled there.

I'm so pleased to say this about Kids Inc Nursery Clarence Avenue... My son is going to this lovely nursery and he always comes home and tells me he had fun and they do activities. The staff are lovely and the caring manager. It's amazing with all that she organised for the nursery, parties, trips and etc.

The best thing about this nursery is the manager and her staff. It would be very hard to find anyone who cares more deeply about the children they look after than her. She goes above and beyond what is expected, always thinking of extra things to do to make the children's time at nursery more enjoyable. This includes a weekend scavenger hunt in Richmond Park, a Halloween party, summer fair and so on. The nursery is small, which is what attracted us to it because it has a family feel, but well equipped. My only wish would be that the individual nursery got more support and recognition of the wonderful work they do from the Kids Inc head office.

Both my daughters attended Kids Inc from around 9 months old and had a great time! The nursery is not very large so it's easy to get to know all the adults and children, which really helped my kids to feel at home. There is good continuity of staff which made communication easier and helped build up trust, both between the children and their carers and the parents. The nursery tries hard to provide a fun and educational environment for all the children, irrespective of age, and puts on lovely Christmas shows, summer fairs etc. Both my girls are now at school, but have been asking to go back to nursery as they are missing it!

The nursery manager does a fantastic job at providing such a caring and nurturing environment for all the children. Both of our children were very happy at Kids Inc and we always felt like they were being cared for in a safe and stimulating environment. We would definitely recommend Kids Inc.

But I soon realised I need not have worried at all, the nursery staff cared for my child like their own, they work hard, and go the extra mile! That goes to every staff member, including the friendly chef, and cleaning staff, always a warm welcome every time we see them! The nursery security is extremely strict, with digital locks only opened by staff members. The environment is child proof and there is a very detailed app the staff updates daily on your child’s progress during nursery time with photo activity and what she’s eaten so you can check up on your child during the day. As a parent, I highly recommend Kids Inc Clarence Avenue!

Definitely worth the money for my child to grow beautifully.

My experience to date is excellent. The manager is always ready to help, the team is also great and nothing is ever too much. I feel they go above and beyond. Even the chef makes my daughter feel so welcome. I could not recommend it enough! Words are not enough to thank the lovely team here. Thank you!

My son really likes it there. As a parent, I am satisfied with the responsibility of the nursery team. It is a very good advantage that it opens from 7:30 to 6 in the evening. Our child comes home with new ideas every day and surprises us. My child likes to go to nursery , it is very interesting, he likes to play with his classmates and learn many new things from the teachers. We are satisfied. I recommend!

My two sons have attended Kids Inc, East Sheen and have both been very happy and given excellent standards of care. My youngest son is currently at the nursery and has been since aged 1 and I am very satisfied with our experience. We originally chose Kids Inc in 2014 because it is smaller and more inviting than some. Of the other larger, perhaps more obviously impressive nurseries and this is still the case today. There is a friendly, family feel which extends to all the staff. Trusting your children to anyone is difficult but Kids Inc make it as easy and reassuring as possible. There is regular communication from my son’s carers about his progress and activities during the day and I do feel that the manager goes above and beyond to build a bond with parents and children. There are regular events organised by the manager to invite parents into the nursery too. More than anything I feel that they know my son and nurture his needs. No hesitation in recommending it.

We sadly had to leave due to relocation and our eldest talks about how much he misses it daily!

It was my daughter's first nursery and she settled right in. The staff are very attentive and she was very attached to her key worker. Very impressed and will be recommending the place.
