I normally don't like leaving negative reviews, but after our experience I feel it's important for other parents to be aware.

My son attended this nursery for around 7 months and unfortunately he never settled. Every drop-off was extremely difficult and involved constant crying. As parents we expected support and guidance from the staff, but instead the experience often felt very unprofessional.

Communication and feedback about our child were very poor. on the development review, the first questions I received was "what do you want me to tell you?" - which was quite surprising, as staff should be the ones providing insight into a child's insights and development.

Another concerning moment was when we were advised to stop speaking Spanish at home with our son. This goes against what most child development professionals recommend about supporting bilingual children.

There were also occasions that raised concerns about professionalism. For example, one morning during drop-off a member of staff was sleeping on the floor.

My daughter has been attending Kids Inc for a year now and always has a good day, comes out smiling and tells me about the lovely day she has had! My eldest daughter also attended the nursery and I have recommended it to many friends over the years. The nursery offers a wide range of activities for all different ages and is always working in line with the developmental stage of the child depending what room they are being cared for in. They put on a range of family events throughout the year e.g. Mother’s Day tea/summer fair which provides a nice opportunity for the parents to get to know the staff more and meet other parents.

Our daughter has been at Kids Inc for 3 years now. She's had a great time there and have made some close friends and connected well with her key person in every class. Nurseries in general have had a tough time with covid and staff shortages but Kids Inc have done well to keep children safe and in stable routine. We are very thankful for the love and support our daughter has received.

We are overall happy with the nursery, our daughter is very happy there, the staff made her feel comfortable with the new environment and all the changes she went through after moving from another country. She is now relaxed, confident and happy to go to the nursery. Thank you for the wonderful team.

Our son has been at Kids Inc for nearly 18 months and he is just turning 3. He goes in with the biggest smile on his face and we get regular daily photos of what he is up to and he always looks really happy and stimulated. He talks with a lot of love for the people in the room which is a great sign he is well looked after. The outdoor space is brilliant and he really enjoys being out there. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone. It's very modern and spacious and the care for the children is exemplary. He loves it and so do we.

We’ve always valued the individual level of care and personal touches that the staff at Kids Inc have shown our daughter. They’ve consistently demonstrated that her well-being and development, as well as that of all the other children who attend Kids Inc is their priority.

I can’t recommend Kids Inc as a nursery enough. My son has been there for almost 2 years now and absolutely loves it. He’s a very shy kid usually but the girls there really make him feel at ease and he runs in no problem in the morning. You get the feeling that they really do care and love your child.

Our daughter really enjoys going to the nursery. She has made many friends and has benefited from the support her key workers have given her. We can see how she has developed both her gross motor skills as well as her reading and writing ability. The nursery staff always greet her enthusiastically and make her feel like one of the family.

My son loves going to daycare, the staff all know his name which I find so endearing as they take the time to get to know all the kids. They make each day fun and interactive and my son comes home tired after a fun filled day, all in all the best place to leave our son as they give the best care.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery and this is all down the leadership and support from the fantastic team. One member of staff, in particular, is an absolute rockstar. My son loves spending time with his friends and experiencing all the activities! When he starts school I know he will miss everyone!!

A lovely home away from home for our little 18-month-old. The ladies here are always so attentive to our little man and always are the first to let us know what’s been happening in his days at nursery. The chef is always giving the best food options to our boy so he’s enjoying a wide variety of healthy food options. Our child loves going to nursery and we enjoy seeing all his activities on the app.

We are so happy with the care given at Kids Inc, Guildford for what is an anxious time for parents - transitioning from maternity leave to going back to work and putting your young child in the care of someone else. They made it stress-free and were so reassuring every step of the way. My little girl loves going and is very happy when I collect her. It's one of the most reasonably priced nurseries in the area, yet there is no compromise on the quality of care. It's a great environment and we are so happy to have found Kids Inc. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Amazing nursery! My son has been there for a year now. They have been great, he is happy and taken care of and learns a lot. Staff are super friendly and approachable and always happy to discuss any questions. Air con is a massive plus in heatwaves and also cosy warm in winter months.

They have a great menu with plenty of nutrition and variety. Kids Inc Day Nursery Guildford really is a great nursery and I am pleased I chose to send my daughter there for her early years.

Our daughter loves Kids Inc. we know that she is looked after and safe there, which is the most important thing to us. Caitlin is absolutely brilliant and our daughter is always happy to see her, she is very attentive and caring.

The management could sometimes be a bit quicker to reply to emails, I've had to chase them for replies sometimes.

I have no hesitation in recommending Kids Inc Guildford and will be sending our daughter once she is old enough. I am sure they will be just as positive an influence on her development.

The staff are very caring and have formed good bonds with my daughter. They have accommodated her milk allergy without any issue and kept us well informed about changes to covid policies etc.
