Nature Trails Day Nursery

Our time at Nature Trails Day Nursery is coming to an end soon, as my son is off to school, and we are all so sad to be saying goodbye to everyone. From the moment you walk into the reception you are greeted at the door by happy smiley staff, the manager and her team are amazing, there has never been anything that the management team hasn't been able to do, from baking an egg free cake for my sons birthday to putting on fantastic events such as sports day, graduations and plays. In the entire time we have been at Nature Trails we have never had reason to complain, our son has been well cared for, loved, challenged and above everything, he's been extremely happy. The staff in his room have been consistent and excellent, and he has an amazing key adult, she is brilliant and he will miss her the most. The facilities are second to none, as is the food in terms of quality and variety. This nursery is amazing and if you are thinking of sending your child to it, don't hesitate it is excellent in every way!

My son has just graduated nature trails in a lovely ceremony put on by the team. He has made so much progress in his time at the nursery and really grown in self confidence. The nursery have prepared him very well for starting school. A big thank you to everyone

We are just coming to the end of our journey at Nature Trails Day Nursery who have successfully prepared both our children for their lives ahead. They both enjoyed every minute from 6 months old to primary school age. The staff are great, facilities are great - can't complain at all. Will miss the place, although will try to come back for the excellent summer fair next year!

They held a summer event for Jubilee, which allowed parents to get to know the natural surroundings for their children. It was a fab success. Thank you

I’m so happy that I chose this nursery for my daughter. The outdoor space is the best I’ve seen and there are even some lovely chickens and ducks that the children are able to interact with! I can tell that the staff really care for the children and my daughter loves her key person.

Our daughter joined in September 2021 and has/continues to love every minute of her journey here. The team in the Ladybird room have been exceptional in supporting both her social and academic development. She is always greeted with a smile when she arrives and the only challenge which we tend to have is at home time because she wants to stay! We get regular updates on the app. which is great to see all the creative activities which she has been undertaking. An additional mention needs to be given regarding her keyworker who has been exceptional in identifying and developing our daughter's next steps. She goes above and beyond in all aspects of supporting our daughter and it's clear that our daughter has developed a really strong bond with her.

We cannot rate Nature Trails highly enough.

My son is currently in Caterpillars. Cannot fault the staff. Regularly met with a smile at the door and they've always got time for you, even if you arrive to collect close to the end of the day. Regular app updates keep you up-to-speed with what's going on whilst you're at work, showing varied activities every day. The boy's always happy to be handed over in the morning and still smiling at collection time. Staff are receptive to requests and it's obviously communicated very well throughout. Good food and a great environment.

As feedback, it'd be great to get some ongoing consistency with his assigned carer, hopefully staying with the team for some time to come. Also, car parking can be a bit of a nightmare, especially when next to such a busy road. Any possible overflow opportunities at the back of the site would definitely improve the situation at peak times.

Nature Trails is an amazing nursery and I'm so glad my girls go there. Our youngest joined at the beginning of the year and they have been brilliant with her. She is already coming along loads. The team are brilliant at keeping us informed of her day and how she is feeling. It took a little bit for her to settle and the staff is caterpillars were always happy for me to call and check on her during the day. Our older daughter is in preschool and they have always done a brilliant job. All of the staff across the nursery from the point she joined 3years ago have been amazing. They have given our whole family lots of support and I can only thank them and reiterate how much of an amazing nursery it is!

Great decision to send my son here

Both my boys are at Nature Trails. The Caterpillars (baby) room is staffed by a wonderful team and is a happy home away from home. The boys have both had the same key person who is a diamond - a real asset to Nature Trails. All staff are bubbly and enthusiastic every day in what must be an exhausting job. It's clear staff enjoy working there and love children. They come up with an amazing range of activities. Water play, messy play, garden play, arts and crafts. I love the photos I receive during the day and my son is always so happy.

My eldest is very shy and the whole team have been incredible at supporting him to build his confidence over the past two years, to ensure he feels comfortable in what is a challenging environment for an introvert. Everyone also went above & beyond to support my son when he broke his leg, adapting activities so he could join in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nature Trails. It's a wonderful well-run nursery in a fantastic setting. The manager is brilliant.

My daughter has been at Nature Trails for almost 2 months and I could not be happier. It’s an outstanding nursery and she has thrived whilst there and watching her develop further has been brilliant. The bond between her and her key worker is beautiful and something which makes her look forward to nursery even more. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second in recommending the nursery, it’s a fantastic place for little ones to grow!

My son started at Nature Trails when he was two years old. I have seen so much growth in him since. He has become so confident in himself. He absolutely loves his nursery days and appreciates all the staff. Despite the pandemic, the staff have held very high standards of care and professionalism. They have shown undeniable support towards the children and us as parents. The best decision we ever made joining the nursery as Nature Trails lives up to its reputation.

My daughter joined the nursery at around nine months old. The staff were all great and really good at settling us. Fantastic nursery with great staff who really care. My daughter really enjoys her days at nursery and goes running in every morning.

My daughter was two years old when she began attending the nursery in August 2020. We had recently made an international move and this was my daughter's first experience of daycare and also a British nursery. She has thrived and now attends full-time daycare. Some of the benefits we have noticed are that her speech, counting skills and general exuberance for life have increased no end since attending nursery. It is lovely to know she is in a safe, clean and lovely setting. A massive well done to the member of staff who looks after her in Bumblebees 2. We are incredibly happy with our decision.

I’ve had a very positive experience with the nursery and my son is thriving in his group, his key workers are brilliant with him. The staff are polite and helpful and put my mind at ease about any concerns I have, especially given the times. Thank you Nature Trails Day Nursery!

We're so thrilled we selected Nature Trails Day Nursery for our son's nursery. He has attended since October 2020 and since day one, we've always felt we made the right decision. His key worker is amazing and went above and beyond to help our little one settle in. As a result, he has come on leaps and bounds in terms of his development. One of the deciding factors in our decision was the fact that all the food is freshly prepared, unlike other nurseries in the area which have a third party provide catering services. We highly recommend Nature Trails Day Nursery!

My daughter is in her second month following our move to the area and I can wholeheartedly say I am pleased with the care being provided. My only regret is not having booked a place in preschool earlier, prior to our move. She loves the nursery, she is happy there and has made lots of new lovely friends. Her key worker is also superb and I am grateful to all who care for her on the days she attends nursery. The community spirit is also very commendable as well as the enthusiasm of staff to want to help parents as much as they possibly can.

Nature Trails Day Nursery is a great nursery. My son has been attending since he turned one and he absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, attentive and caring. The facilities are high quality with great outdoor spaces, lots of wooden toys and an in house chef. They use an app to keep you updated daily with photos and information on what your little one has been up to which has been good. I am so grateful to have such a lovely nursery just down the road. I highly recommend Nature Trails Day Nursery!
