Florence absolutely loves going to nursery, especially being part of the Ladybird Room . From the very beginning, the team has made her feel so welcome, safe, and excited to learn. It's such a comfort knowing she walks in every day with a huge smile on her face and can't wait to see her friends and
carers. The carers in the Ladybird Room are truly amazing. They are kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely care about each child as an individual. It's clear how much effort they put into creating fun, engaging activities that help Florence learn and grow while having the best time. We're constantly impressed by how much she's developing and how confident she's become. The back office team are just as wonderful. They're always friendly, helpful, and organised, making everything from communication to admin smooth and stress-free. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and it really shows how well the nursery is run as a whole. We couldn't be happier with the care and support Florence receives.

My little one has been coming to this nursery since January 2026, we are extremely happy with them. the staff is great and very caring. The facilities are really clean, modern and the resources that the kids have are phenomenal to explore and learn. The nursery itself is in a lovely location and the
are frequently outdoors one of the most important points for us.
The food quality is outstanding and makes me feel that my child is getting the best for her development.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since 2023 February for 5 days a week and she absolutely loves it! The staff are always friendly and respectful and have unlimited patience with the little kids. Every day my daughter comes home with a smile and tells me about all the different activities
they do. We are very pleased with Nature Trails day nursery.

Excellent nurser, we feel very lucky to have our child there. The team are so friendly, loads of updates through the day with a break down of food, naps and development. always available on the phone and always provide answers to any questions quickly and accurately. The nursery itself is in a
lovely location and the are frequently outdoors which is why we chose them. A big thank you to the team

This is such a lovely nursery to have my child be a part of. All of the staff are so lovely and the support that not only my child gets but the support that I have received has been amazing. I love that they understand how important is is for children to get outside and I also love the range of
foods that are served over meal times. Couldn't fault it so far, my child has been there for around 8 months.

Staff supported and went above and beyond when my child was struggling to settle during the settling in sessions, the level of care and attention they give is amazing. My child has only been attending for a month but so far I can't fault Nature trails.

My biggest tip for new parents is to trust the staff at Nature Trails. I found it very hard to leave my child who is my entire world. However the entire team from reception to his key workers have been so patient with both me and my child who attended this nursery for the first time.
I love how
the team within each room really do work cohesively and they all get to know your child. They work incredibly hard and remain positive when dealing with challenging situations. Nothing is ever too much because they are honest but also very sensitive. They have high standards and the behaviour of all of the children is exemplary which is the kind of setting I want my child to thrive within.
Thank you to all of the staff for helping my child grow.

Our son has just finished at nature trails after 3 years here. It was an emotional goodbye as we feel a part of the nursery family - the staff there are so welcoming and kind and have really got to know us all. My son had settled well at nursery (with usual ups and downs and some rooms preferred
more to others) and was lucky to have a consistent key worker for most of his time here who was absolutely fantastic. He made some wonderful friends and grown a lot in confidence.
We have very rarely had an issue with parking but we tended to collect by 430.
My son had an allergy and the staff were great at managing that and were so open to our questions or requests etc and that goes for any feedback or issues we faced along the way.
We've also been really impressed by the level of cleanliness and how on top of this they all are which is so appreciated!
Overall I would recommend nature trails. Thank you for all you do x

My daughter has just got to be in the nursery for 5 months since getting into reception after that. And we loved the experience. She settled in so well with the staff and other children which impressed us and shows the care and consideration given to each individual children in the nursery. I wish
she had got more time there and I do suggest this nursery to every parent I know around the local areas especially if you want your child to have great care and development age appropriately with other kids. Couldn't recommend more. We have loved it and will cherish it forever!

Our eldest is soon to be leaving the nursery after 4 fantastic years! - Our youngest has just started her Nature Trails journey.
In the 4 years (and counting) that we have used the nursery we have been absolutely blown away by the staff, the facilities, the food and the general care of our
children.
I am proud to say that we are looking forward to the next 4 years of outstanding service we get from the team!
I would not hesitate to recommend this Nursery to any prospective parents.

Our little boy absolutely adores coming to nursery. He loves the girls in Ladybirds so much and is always excited to tell us about the things he's been doing whilst with them. Our little one loves the large outdoor space and being to play outside with his friends as well as the adults. Everybody is
so friendly and helpful. The lady is so amazing with his food allergies and is great at communicating everything with us.
Ladybirds always has such a great variety of activities for the children to explore throughout the day. Our little boy has learnt so much since starting at Nature Trails and they are really helping him to develop. The girls in Ladybirds are so great at nurturing their interests and helping them to explore them in different ways.

Nature trails has been a fantastic setting for our son to develop in and he has thrived during his time in Ladybirds! We have watched our son's confidence soar since he has joined and he loves all different activities he gets to enjoy, especially with so much opportunity to play outside. All the
staff are amazing and are so friendly whenever we interact with them. Their attentiveness to his allergies has also been impeccable. We couldn't recommend Nature Trails and Ladybirds highly enough!

Staff are all so kind and really helping our son reach his targets he has learnt so many more words whilst being in ladybirds and really grown into his personality

My Son started his nursery journey in March just before his 1st birthday. He absolutely loves it! The care they have provided for my son has been outstanding and he comes home from nursery extremely happy. The activities they have on offer look fun and engaging and his development is flourishing
since starting at nursery. I look forward to seeing pictures of what he has been up to. He has built a lovely bond with his key person but always seems very happy to go to any of the staff in the room too!
I would highly recommend Nature Trails to any new parents!

From the moment I was greeted at Nature Trails and looking around the building, I knew this was the only place I wanted my little boy to go when choosing a nursery. All of the team here are welcoming, supportive, friendly and most of all, genuine! They understand the needs of every child and the
team look after the children to the highest standards. The proof is in their outstanding ofsted achievement but not only that, how you can see every child including mine flourish, learn and how happy they are when they are there! If you are considering Nature Trails for your child, you will not regret your decision

Our daughter loves going to Nature Trails. She has been going there for two and a half years now and is genuinely disappointed when she is not going into nursery each day. The range of activities she participates in there is wonderful and she has a lot of fun.
The staff are very caring and are
very good at what they do. This includes the reception staff and the administrators who have always been very patient with me when I have phoned up with enquiries about fees etc. I have never had to complain about anything there and would recommend this nursery to everyone.

Nature Trails is an outstanding nursery, and we couldn't be happier with the experience our daughter has had during her three years there. From the very beginning, the caring and nurturing environment has been something we love most. Our daughter looks forward to going in each day and always leaves
