Nature Trails Day Nursery

Sending my boys to Nature Trails is by far the best decision I have ever made. There isn't another setting on this scale that is so well run, maintained and offers so much to the children. The staff are always happy and friendly too. Our boys have been there for just over 12 months, and watching how much they have learnt and grown has been phenomenal! I couldn't speak highly enough of Nature Trails, and you only have to go and view the setting to see how much they put into the children.

I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

I would also like to note how exceptional their Covid procedures have been. Not once have I been led to question whether or not they put their children and their staff's safety first. I would definitely recommend Nature Trails as a safe and sanitary childcare environment.

My daughter is currently in her pre-school year and thoroughly enjoys her days within the setting. It is lovely to hear her so excited to share her experiences and to see how her confidence has grown to show such love for those who look after her. A wonderful setting for children to thrive and develop.

Nature Trails is an excellent nursery. My child started at 6-months (now 18-months) and from day one, the staff have been so understanding, nurturing and supportive. The staff (including management and administration) are so friendly and welcoming. I visited the nursery 3-times before confirming, not because I was concerned, but because my child was 6-months. They were totally accommodating, patient and receptive to everything. The nursery workers clearly enjoy and are very good at what they do, developing good relationships with children and an abundance of activity. My child loves going to nursery and leaps into her keyworkers arms - so reassuring, warming and clearly reflective of her time there. They monitor development, provide updates and photos, and good handovers that reassure us as parents - even during this hard time. I am confident in safety measures and communications re Covid. Selecting the right nursery is a very individual choice, but I can’t rate Nature Trails highly enough.

The work done over the Covid 19 pandemic has been brilliant as well. Communication with parents is second to none, and I have confidence that my child is safe.

My daughter started at Nature Trails in October 2020, I was worried about how she would settle into a new nursery, especially given all of the current issues related to COVID. All of the staff have been brilliant and could not have been more helpful, she has been very well cared for, and the transition to a new setting was very smooth. The procedures and policies in place to ensure everyone's well-being work very well, and the communications I receive via the app and the newsletters really give me peace of mind that she's happy and that they are doing their utmost for the children, staff and parents in these really challenging times.

I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to any parents. So happy we chose Nature Trails for both children.

I couldn’t be happier with Nature Trails. My daughters have both settled in so well. The activities they partake in look fabulous, and the range of meals they eat are brilliant. We have had lovely experiences with the staff we have seen and met at handover. Would highly recommend!

My son visited the nursery for a preschool year and we were very happy. He loved his teachers, he made new friends. They have a lot of space for outside play, which was very important to us. The only drawback was lacking communication between nursery staff themselves and with parents. But they were always easy to get in touch with and trying to accommodate any requests. The difficult time after pandemic lockdown I think they withstood very well. They were very accommodating to parents and as diligent as they possibly could in nursery settings of groups of 4-year-olds.

My eldest daughter has attended Nature Trails since she was fourteen months old. She is now due to start school in September. I can not praise the staff at Nature Trails enough! I have seen my daughter grow through the years at Nature Trails, her confidence has increased, she has made lovely friendships with other children and the staff and ultimately I now see her as a little girl ready for school - thanks to the hard work and dedication of the staff. It’s an all-round team effort, with lovely nutritious meals cooked by on-site kitchen staff. I’m always told that my children ask for seconds! Management are always on hand to answer any questions that may arise. All in all sending my daughter to Nature Trails was the best decision we made! Keep up the excellent work Nature Trails!!

The staff make sure that all children take part in lots of fun games. They have all been very supportive my little one transitioning into nursery and we are very grateful.

I can’t recommend Nature Trails enough. I had never left my 10-month-old twins with anyone before and the staff reassured me so much. The girls were initially apprehensive but straight away they were joining in with the other children. The staff have got to know them individually and understand their specific needs, likes and dislikes. They send me regular updates and photos so I feel involved in their day to day activities and know what they have been up to. They have both developed to much since joining the nursery over the last month, one even smiles and waves me off every morning, so happy to be left with her key worker! The other is still slightly unsure about being left, but gets lots of cuddles and comfort from her key worker and within minutes is enjoying her time with the adults and her peers. I feel so assured they are in the best care and will enjoy themselves to the max.

My son has had 3 very happy years here with wonderful staff and made great friends. He is outside as much as possible and I always know he will have done something fun and interesting on my return. I have always felt he is safe and cared for here.

I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking.

My son has recently returned to nursery after the lockdown period and has settled in really well. He loves going to nursery and is always excited when we drop him off. At home he loves telling us about what he’s done and who he’s played with. It’s a superb nursery and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to anyone. We’ll never use anywhere else for our children.

An excellent nursery, which I highly recommend.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 9-months-old. He is now almost 3 and loves going in every time. Every day different activities are organised for the children. They have a super outside space and often go down the lane for outside trips to the woods and to see the animals. They have an on-site chef cooking up healthy nutritious meals each day. The staff are lovely and very caring. I wouldn't send him anywhere else.

My child started at Nature Trails at the end of last year aged 1. She has had a brilliant time there. The key workers are great, and make you feel at ease leaving your child, especially during recent times. The facilities are also second to none! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nature Trails. I look forward to all of the adventures she has ahead of her there!

I have always been very impressed with the care, the facilities and the activities available to my twins. A really great location surrounded by countryside and with woodland walks to the rear. My children have always been very happy there.
