My child is happy when at nursery and is able to come home and tell me what the day has looked like

It's been a very good experience for our little boy, we've just moved from abroad and he's still in the process of learning English, so we were quite concerned about how he would settle but everything is going great and he felt so welcome. The staff is great, very attentive and caring with the kids. The space is good, and have nice options of fun activities for the wee ones.

My little boy has attended this setting since he was 2. Can't fault the staff at all, they are supportive with every aspect of my sons growing/learning & have also been understanding with me when I've had things to deal with at home. Amazing nursery, my son will be sad to leave in September ready for big school!

The teachers are caring, responsible, and incredibly patient. They have helped my children learn so much. Both of my children attended this nursery, and we have had a wonderful experience. Every day, they come home excited to tell us about what they learned or proudly show us new songs, activities, and skills. We are very grateful for everything the staff have done and feel lucky that our children received their early education here. Highly recommended!

We couldn't be happier with Stanlaw Abbey Nursery. The staff are absolutely fantastic and have built such lovely relationships with my son. He talks about them all the time, even when he's not at nursery, which shows just how much they mean to him.

The team are always welcoming, caring, and willing to listen. They take the time to get to know each child as an individual and make parents feel involved and supported. It's clear that they genuinely care about the children's happiness and development.

Whitby Heath Pre-School is such an amazing nursery! My child has been attending this nursery for around a year now and I'm so glad I chose them. So my child has autism, he struggles with communication, emotions and understanding amongst other things so as a parent I was extremely nervous about putting him into a nursery and worried about if the staff could attend to his needs. But they have been absolutely FANTASTIC with my little one. He has come on leaps and bounds! He grabs his bags in the morning wanting to go to nursery. His two key workers are absolutely amazing with him! My son adores them and this is a big thing for my child as he usually doesn't interact with anyone outside of the household. Their kindness and their patience with him has been out of this world and every new achievement my son reaches I see it in their faces and their smiles how proud they are of him. I'm genuinely so thankful to his key workers and the nursery for the time and effort they put into my child.

All the staff are absolutely lovely and treat each child with love and care! My little girl wouldn't have settled in as well as she did if it wasn't for the staff making her feel welcome and finding ways to help comfort her when she gets upset! Overall it's an amazing nursery and I'm glad I chose for my daughter to come here she's made new friends and it's amazing to see how well she's thriving in nursery and at home since starting and it's all down to amazing work of the staff!

Stanlaw Abbey is a fantastic nursery and I don't have any concerns when leaving my child for work knowing she is well cared for and all of her needs are being met, the staff are very friendly and approachable and they keep you updated on your child's learning and skills. The garden areas are well kept and there are plenty of activities on offer for the different age groups.

After a final incident in March resulting in my child ending up in hospital we pulled him out immediately. Receiving a phone call saying he has fell and bleeding lots out his mouth, what do you want us to. Me as mother trying to clarify the extent and my husband went to collect to him. Upon his arrival, it was immediately clear that he required urgent medical attention and needed to go to hospital. The lack of assertiveness, appropriate first aid response, and failure to recognise the severity of his injuries raises serious concerns about management training, judgement, and safeguarding procedures. ANY head injuries with significant bleeding should be an immediate trip to A&E or phone call 999. Furthermore, the nursery has taken no accountability for what happened and has not offered any apology. Instead, they have suggested that he was "tired and clumsy" as an explanation. This was not an isolated incident, so we pulled him out immediately for his safety.

My child attends this setting for after school club. He loves the days that he goes to club and looks forward to attending. He is relaxed with the staff and feels safe there. He enjoys the activities that he does at after school club.

My son really loves going to S4YC at Sutton Green. He goes twice a week after school, as he attends Sutton Green for school.

There have been occasions where he's been unhappy with me for coming to pick him up too early!

They will always pass messages on from school (if any) or will help to find a missing sweater, or literally anything else that means your child is happy, feels safe and has a good time.

It represents value for money amd is really convenient for us being in full-time employment.

I would recommend Sutton Green S4YC as a very safe and fun place for a child.

Outstanding nursery, my son really enjoys his days here and I couldn't recommended any higher. My son has learnt a lot being here and appears to be having a really nice time during his sessions here.

Both of our daughters have been excellently cared for at Hooton for a total of 6 years, all of the staff are brilliant and we are going to be sad to say goodbye! The facilities are great and offer care from a few months of up to pre school.

Could not recommend any more highly - what a great, safe and reassuring environment to to send my child into.

We're very happy with this nursery. The staff are caring and attentive. Always come with a smile. Our daughter settled so well with so much support in such a short amount of time. She learns a lot, enjoys the routines and especially loves playing outside. She always comes home happy after having lots of fun. Thank you for looking after her in a amazing way!

My little girl has come here for 10 months now and she absolutely loves coming, she gets so excited seeing the building let alone the lovely staff! They were amazing settling her in and have been so warm and welcoming every single day since! She has developed so so much and I love the daily photos, updates and monthly achievements and targets! She adores the outdoor area and they tend to spend most of the day outside when it's nice! The meals she eats are always varied and nourishing and she eats so much in nursery! Jo the manager is fantastic and will always help with booking extra days or last minute early starts! Cannot thank the girls enough for being so amazing with my daughter!

I really love that other members of staff know my daughter's name, they all say hi and bye to her. You can tell it's a lovely place to be when you visit. She's been there for a year now & I've not have any issues. Can't fault the staff there & it's recently been decorated so it's all nice & fresh!
