I'm so happy I put my son in this nursery he's been going since June he was very unsettled at first but now he loves going. Every day he's doing different things. We couldn't recommend Hooton Day Nursery enough, our son has been attending for 7 months and we couldn't fault them. The staff are attentive, supportive, friendly and so caring, you can tell they enjoy what they do.


Our son has allergies and they are great with this. They know his needs and wants

and do whatever they can to ensure he is happy. I have to mention the staff in the baby room as they really are excellent, we receive regular updates and a summary of his day which we love to read.


I feel as though my sons development has improved since attending nursery and it made my return to work journey so much easier knowing he was being cared for so well.


We couldn't be happier and are so grateful to all the staff for looking after him so well. The rooms and facilities are lovely and we particularly love getting updates on his 'proud wall' each month.


Thank you so much to all the team, we are so grateful and appreciate you all!

I would like to thank everyone at The Rocking Horse especially The Rainbows girls, who have all looked after & cared for my son. I really appreciate the kindness everyone has shown to my son and my family.


I have to give a huge shout out to Caitlin, my son's number one. Caitlin has not only helped

support my son but also myself with the transition of leaving him with non family members, she has made this experience comfortable and reassuring. I would 100% consider bringing my second son to The Rocking Horse when needs be and would do the next time round with complete ease and this is all down to Caitlin. Caitlin has helped with my son's confidence, toilet training and eating (My son was very fussy and barely ate). Caitlin would also ensure to send me updates and photos all throughout the day, which I really appreciated & looked forward to.


My son loves Caitlin to pieces and mentions her all the time when not at nursery to everyone. Thank you Caitlin!!!

My child has been with Kingfisher House Day Nursery since Dec 2024 and I cannot praise the nursery enough. I can see how invested the team are in promoting and encouraging my child's development. It is an incredibly nurturing environment and the team really do feel like family to us. As a parent who
has a lot of trust issues around nursery settings from a poor experience with my child in a different nursery, Kingfisher House have completed alleviated the anxieties I had because I can see how happy my child is with them, how much they care about him and how he is thriving. I love to receive the picture updates of what he has been learning and exploring during the day as they are always setting up new experiences for the children. I genuinely cannot recommend Kingfisher House enough.

My daughter has attended Kingfisher House from a baby. She is now in their pre-school and she has absolutely loved it the whole way through. Her key workers have been nothing short of amazing from the baby room right up to the pre-school. Our experience here has been immensely positive, and when the

Have kids in preschool and baby room and staff are fantastic. Really helpful and always available to discuss anything we need.
My only slight negative is the structure under SY4C often means we end up either not getting as much communication regarding changes in staff or things if that nature and also
directing questions about payments etc. to the wrong people as there is no phone number available to speak to the head office.
Ive reflected the above in the management rating below, although it is not directly linked to the day to day management of the nursery
In terms of the care provided to the kids though I cannot fault it.

My daughter loves going to nursery @ Over. She started in the baby room with the lovely Theresa who was amazing with settling her in to nursery life. She then progressed to toddler room with Stella and Danni who are so caring and kind and inclusive of individual needs of children. She has so much fun
at nursery and does lots of different activities and tells me all about them when she arrives home. I think the impact of how kind the staff are is clear when your child talks about them on days she is not in nursery. She will progress to preschool this year at Over where I am sure the great standard will be continued. The newest manager Rachel is really supportive too and welcoming on arrival to nursery. The food is varied and enjoyed by my daughter. Thankyou to all of the staff for all you do each day for SJ.

My son has been going to over nursery since he was 8 months old he is now 2.5. the nursery has gone through so many changes which are very positive. The rooms are well suited for the children's age groups and their milestones. The staff are amazing and the new manager has made every effort to reassure
parents and make everything right at the nursery.
My son loves going and comes home with a huge smile telling me all about his day. His confidence has grown so much ! It's overall a lovely nursery and I'd be happy to recommend it to anyone.

My daughter is attending the nursery since september last year and she has had an amazing settling in..though she loves going to nursery the drop off has always been a bit challenging due to her separation anxiety ...but the staff have always been very understanding and accomodating..helping her calm
down with lots of cuddles ...she loves all her staffs and speaks highly of them...they identified her need to move on to a bigger age group in time and that helped out a lot. The staff communicate well and keep me updated and over all they are a very caring lot of people hence i have decided to send mt youngest too to the same place from April 2026 !!!

Our son has been attending S4YC Willaston Preschool since September 2025, and we can honestly say he has come on in leaps and bounds. We only wish we had sent him sooner. The teachers-Nicola, Sheila and Naomi-are incredible. They thoughtfully structure learning through play, nurturing each child's strengths
while gently supporting areas where they need extra help. We would happily entrust our son to their care full time if a place in the breakfast and after-school club became available. For now, Mondays and Tuesdays are undoubtedly his favourite days of the week, thanks to the outstanding care and provision at the preschool.

S4YC Mendell Primary School have been and still our amazing with my little boy! When he turned two he came to the school, he didn't talk and communicate what he was feeling properly when he first started. we saw a MASSIVE result in our boys vocal performance within a month of him being there! He now
has been there for a year and he tells us everything, he even tells us when he's happy or feeling sad. We love this school for him and when our other little boy turns 2. We are going to try desperately to put our little boy here aswell. The staff our amazing! Helen, Kathryn, Gabby, Simon, Ellie, Cassie, Emma, thank you all for showing us your support and kindness to our boy.

It is so lovely to see how much Ralphy has come on since joining s4yc Mendel !
I was worried about him due to his delay in speech and understanding certain things due to his glue ear he has in both ears however all the staff have been amazing with him and it's so nice as his parents to see. Ralphy
is due to go into hospital next week to have grommets fitted and Adanoids removed so hopefully we will all see a big difference in Ralph he will finally be able to hear like everyone else.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery and wrap-around care setting. The staff are incredibly caring and nurturing and consistently go above and beyond to support both children and parents. A special mention must go to the preschool manager Gabbie, who has been a fantastic asset in helping to settle
my toddler with so much patience, reassurance, and genuine care. Vicky, the S4YC leader, has been brilliant in supporting my older child in wrap-around care, especially as my older child has additional needs, and she handles this with such understanding, professionalism, and kindness. The whole team is friendly, welcoming, warm, and it is clear they genuinely care about and love the children. Special thanks to Ellie, Simon, and Taylor - a brilliant team who make a real difference every day. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a supportive and nurturing setting and would highly recommend it to other families.

My son absolutely loves his time in pre school! He always so happy going and coming home from the setting. The staff are brilliant with my son's needs and always have supported him. He loves the sensory room and enjoys the freedom to play outside.

We love this nursery and the staff too. We've had two children at this setting and both have thrived whilst here. The staff are friendly and welcoming and we've built trusted relationships with them, they're always willing to help out with queries regarding my little boy. When he was a baby, I was worried
as he was a late walker and had delayed speech. Nursery reassured me and worked with him on his days to help with his speech. Now he's in pre-school and you'd never know, now he doesn't stop talking! My little boy is always happy when I pick him up and every time he tells me he's had a great day, I couldn't ask for anymore than that. They also invest in great activities for the children like Diddi dance and Footy Bees which I think is excellent, Ive never heard of a nursery offering this before. They also recently refurbed and got new toys. My little boy is happy, healthy and safe at S4YC Wharton, it's a great starting point for any child's learning journey and would highly recommend
