While London is a diverse city, it was important for us to find a nursery that genuinely embraces diversity in its children, staff, and culture. We particularly value the way cultural celebrations and events are recognised and celebrated throughout the year, helping children develop an appreciation for different backgrounds and traditions. Our little one especially enjoyed the theatre sessions and Spanish classes. We also appreciate the outdoor space and the fact that meals are prepared by an on-site chef.

Our child attended 3 days, Tues-Thurs. Management tried to introduce a minimum of 4 days, but we sought advice from the local authority who intervened. So, they changed to a minimum of 3 days including Mon or Fri. We could not adjust our work to accommodate so, despite appealing the decision, management withdrew our child's space.

Being forced to change nursery may have been a blessing in disguise. Settling in sessions were short compared to other nurseries. Photos of our child were shared incorrectly in the parent app multiple times. Our child was once collected without password check. Communication about staffing was inconsistent - often, I wouldn't know who was in my child's room and sometimes met staff for the first time at drop-off. Much of this I regrettably overlooked because I wanted consistency. The parking was also nightmarish.

The room staff were caring and supportive but management, and its unwillingness to honour attendance patterns, did not meet our expectations.

We've been really happy with this preschool. Our daughter has come on so much over the last year with her phonics, numbers, confidence and friendships.

The staff are so caring and supportive, and it's been lovely seeing how happy she is there. Space is really well laid out and she loves the climbing frame. Great value and we'd definitely recommend it.

We absolutely love The Orchard Day Nursery Kew - our little girl is excited every day when she arrives at the nursery. The staff take such excellent care of her and are incredibly thoughtful and kind. We know that our daughter is in great hands. She loves the food too and all the activities that are provided! Wonderful nursery.

It has been a little over a year since our little one started going to Orchard Day Nursery Kew, and we couldn't be happier. We have had a great experience! The staff are very caring and engaging. They really look after the babies very well and always go the extra mile. We get regular updates on their progress, growth and development. Glad we picked the nursery!

Having recently joined Little Saints, I could not recommend enough. Having never left my twins previously, I was anxious for them to start nursery however, the Team instantly put my worries at ease.

With a personalised settling in process, it allowed my twins and I to feel totally confident before handing over control for the days they're in their care. Our babies enjoy their days with the Team, whether that's playing together in their room, or going out for walks and picnics. Not only do they have a great time, but we've also seen huge developments in both babies, which is encouraged and supported by the Team.

We're so pleased we picked such a compassionate and caring nursery and look forward to our continued journey with them.

What a gem! Weve finally found our safe haven for our child. Set in beautiful grounds and with a real homely feel, Clayesmore Nursery is every parents dream. My daughter settled in so easily, she loves all the staff and they've been so supportive with potty training and have really helped her flourish and build new friendships. My daughter has sensitive allergies and I feel reassured that all the staff know how to deal with this. The nursery itself is brand new so all the toys, furnishings, floor coverings are purpose built, safe and appropriate for the children. All in all im so happy we've found this place and im sure my child will continue to love and enjoy her time at Clayesmore.

My husband and I are thoroughly impressed with the level of care Orchard Day Nursery have provided for both of our sons. All staff go above and beyond our expectations and regularly communicate with us on the profess of our sons. The nursery embraced different cultures and incorporates these into the curriculum and menu. Our sons are thriving in this environment and like attending this nursery.

Little Lodge Pre-School has given my son an amazing start and I have no issues that he will go on to have a great start at state primary. I wholeheartedly believe this is down to his time at Little Lodge.

We've had such a lovely experience with this nursery. Our child is always happy and excited to go, which says everything. The range of activities is fantastic and really supports their development while keeping things fun and engaging. They also have a great garden, which our child enjoys a lot and spends plenty of happy time exploring. The staff are incredibly attentive and caring, and we always feel confident our child is in safe hands. Communication has been excellent too - we're kept well informed and involved, including development reviews every 6 months, which we really appreciate. Highly recommend!

It has also been lovely to see the bond she has formed with her key worker, Alyshah. She often says how excited she is to see her in the mornings, which speaks volumes. Alyshah has been exceptional, providing such attentive care, taking the time to give thorough handovers at pick up, and consistently sharing thoughtful updates through the app. We couldn't be happier with the care she receives here!

We couldn't be happier with Clayesmore Nursery. My son absolutely loves going every day. The staff are truly amazing so caring, attentive, and supportive. We've seen such great progress in his development, and it's clear they really focus on helping each child reach their milestones.
