We are extremely happy with Orchard Day Nursery, Kingston and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff are caring, friendly, and professional, and they genuinely take the time to get to know each child and their individual needs. The level of care is excellent, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing that our children are in such a safe, happy, and nurturing environment. The staff are always welcoming and supportive, and you can see how much effort they put into helping the children learn, develop, and enjoy their time at nursery. Our children are very happy here, and we are so grateful to all the staff for the wonderful care they provide. A fantastic nursery that we would happily recommend to other parents!

Our daughter started at the Orchard nursery in March and we couldn't be happier with how she's doing.

The staff are incredible and go above and beyond with a great range of activities and menu options at meal time! The app is also kept regularly updated through the day with meals, naps etc which is a big reassurance when they first start.

When she started our daughter was extremely nervous around strangers but within weeks of starting nursery we noticed a change and now she's like a different person. She goes in smiling and comes out smiling which is all you want as a parent!

We couldn't be happier with the care he receives and feel incredibly lucky to have found such a warm, friendly and nurturing environment for our son.

We were very nervous to change nursery when coming from another country but the staff made the transition very smooth. The staff is so warm and caring with our daughter and really care about her development and health. Our daughter is thriving and really enjoys the nursery.

Management always ensures it's clean and safe and that the kids get a good, healthy and delicious nutrition. Management and staff are always available to answer questions or support when needed. Really happy with the activities they do such as Spanish lessons for instance.

Overall we are very happy with the nursery.

Staff are very caring, warm and patient with our kid. Management is easy to reach and more importantly following up promptly on any concerns/questions/requests coming from us.

For us the nutrition of the snacks/meals and developmental sessions in the nursery were very important to for choosing a nursery and Orchard Kew doing extremely well in both ends.

The only thing could be improved is increasing the space per child but I don't know how behind it is in comparison with other nurseries in the area.

Our little one grew from a tiny baby into a confident, happy preschooler under the exceptional care, kindness and love of the amazing nursery staff.

There simply aren't enough stars to express how grateful we are for everything they have done for her. From her very first days to her final days at nursery, she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared for her, encouraged her, celebrated her little achievements and made her feel safe, loved and valued.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the love, patience, care and dedication you have given our little girl. We could not have wished for a better place for her to grow.

It's been delightful to watch her thrive in the baby room-she thoroughly enjoys the company of her little friends and gets so much out of the fantastic variety of sensory and developmental activities provided. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and caring, which gives us total peace of mind. We highly recommend The Orchard Nursery to any parents looking for a nurturing environment for their little ones!

Such a wonderful nursery! The staff are incredibly kind, caring and supportive, and they create such a warm and happy environment for the children. We've seen Natasha grow and develop so much since she started there. We couldn't be happier!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the wonderful staff at Orchard Day Nursery Hampton for the amazing job you have done caring for and supporting our little boy.

He is always so happy when we pick him up from nursery, and it is clear how much he enjoys his time there. He absolutely loves all the staff, especially Sarah, who has a very special place in his heart.

A huge thank you to Karol, Katie, Kristy, Masoumeh and Sarah for all your kindness, care and dedication. And a very special thank you to Tina, who will always have a special place in our hearts. We will always be grateful for everything you have done for our little boy.

My older daughter started at Study in 2024 and is now about to leave for Reception and our younger daughter started in the baby room recently. We have been very happy with the Study in this time. The staff are brilliant and work well with parents on anything the children need, issues are dealt with promptly, the communication is great and there is a lovely community feel.

Our child loves attending nursery here! They joined in October 2025 and was quickly made to feel at home, with thoughtful and personal touches to help them settle. The food is cooked in house and is a rich, varied menu. The children often go out for trips in the local area and it has been particularly lovely for them to go to local shops to buy food which they then cook.

Our daughter attended Orchard Day Nursery five days a week for the 12 months before starting primary school, and she loved every minute of it. She thrived there, learned so much, and made some wonderful friends who helped make her time at nursery so special. The nursery itself is modern, spotless, and has a fantastic outdoor area with plenty of games and activities to keep the children engaged and happy. We also loved receiving the regular photo updates through the app, which gave us great insight into her day and all the fun activities she was enjoying. The staff are excellent. They are kind, warm, and nurturing, and they always took the time to chat with us about our daughter's day and development. We are incredibly grateful for the care and support they gave our daughter, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Orchard Nursery to other parents.

Our daughter is always very happy when she goes to this nursery. She enjoys her time there and comes home with a smile every day. We are so pleased with this preschool nursery. The staff are caring, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make the children feel happy and supported. We've seen our child grow in confidence and develop so many new skills since joining. The learning activities are engaging and fun, and communication with parents is excellent. Communication is fab, and the staff are lovely- they have worked hard to build relationships with parents as well as the children. My son has been so happy there, and we have too.

Our daughter has attended since Feb 2025. Attends full time. We have high expectations as her father attended the same location. We are very happy/satisfied with every aspect of the study. We are kept updated of daily activities. We really love the team there and so does our daughter and we also have met some lovely parents along the way.
