Fantastic experience so far with Clayesmore Nursery. The Staff are wonderful friendly and accomodating and our son Ted is always dropped off and picked up in a great mood -although normally knackered after a great day of playing and learning. Communication and pictures of Ted from the team during the day has been fantastic. The menu is outstanding and Ted is definitely eating better than we do during the day! Very highly recommended Nursery.

Our daughter has been attending Clayesmore Nursery since April - having previously been at a different setting, I was immediately impressed by the quality of facilities, care and extra-curricular activities.

Our daughter has been attending Clayesmore Nursery since April - having previously been at a different setting, I was immediately impressed by the quality of facilities, care and extra-curricular activities. Being within the grounds of Clayesmore school, the children are often taken out for walks around the fields and woodlands of the school, and its brilliant to see how much effort is made to encourage them to engage with their surroundings. The weekly PE and rugby sessions are real highlights of her week too.
The staff have all been fantastic and in particular the handovers with Claire and Aimee are always really informative about how the day has gone, and its lovely to see the rapport that they have with the children. Our daughter always leaves smiling and excited to share everything she's learned - especially the new phonics sessions with Hannah B, which are already improving her written and verbal skills ready for the step up to reception.

Jennifer has been with Ollie since he joined baby group which helped him settle loads. He is always happy to see her and everyone else in the baby room.

My son started at Clayesmore Nursery in September and he absolutely loves it! The staff are amazing and have helped him settle in so well. He's always so happy to go. The activities they do with the children are brilliant, and they always look like they're having the best time! I love receiving the regular updates and photos throughout the day, and the communication is always great. The food is lovely too, with lots of choice and plenty offered throughout the day.
We honestly couldn't be happier with Clayesmore Nursery and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery in the local area. It's so lovely seeing how happy he is there, and we're really grateful to all the staff for making it such a positive experience for him!

I couldn't be happier with how my daughter has settled in over the last month or so. I couldn't be happier with how my daughter has settled in over the last month or so. She has gone from kicking and screaming at every drop-off at her previous nursery to happily ringing the doorbell and walking in on her own. The difference is incredible, and it's such a relief to see her so happy to go in.
Her speech has come on hugely since starting, and she's really enjoying phonics. She also loved her Rugbytots taster session so much that we now go every Sunday! There's a vast amount of fun and enriching toys to play with too.
The rooms are wonderfully spacious, and the grounds are every child's dream. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the manager takes the time to greet us most mornings, which is such a lovely personal touch.
She really is a different child, and I can't recommend this nursery enough. It is also excellent value for money. Thank you to the whole team for helping her feel so happy and settled!

My daughter has recently started at Clayesmore Nursery, the staff have been welcoming from the beginning. They offer a perfect staggered settling in period, meaning both my daughter and I were given time to become familiar with the setting before her official start date. The baby room is full of friendly faces, cosy corners and a great sleeping area. The children get ample time outside to enjoy the beautiful countryside setting. Importantly for our family, Clayesmore treat every child as a unique individual and follow the same routine that we do at home! I feel this has really helped the settling process! Not only am I pleased with the day to day care at Clayesmore, I am also impressed with the extra curricular events that we have been invited to. E.G Halloween, picnics, photoshoots.

We've had a brilliant first month at the nursery. The staff have been fantastic from the very beginning and have taken the time to make sure our little one has settled in comfortably and happily. They have been so kind, caring and attentive, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about the children.
She is really enjoying going in and has settled much better than we could have hoped. She especially loves getting outside, exploring the grounds and going on adventures with the staff and other children.
The facilities and grounds are fantastic, with plenty of space and opportunities for the children to explore and enjoy themselves. We couldn't be happier with how her first month has gone and would definitely recommend the nursery to other parents.

The settling in for my child at Clayesmore was perfect, we had the usual settling in days, with mum in attendance and without, prior to being able to start half way through the summer which was such a relief. I was also able to do half days initially for my child to help with the settling in period for us both and the nursery were very supportive. The staff are all lovely, friendly and happy to help. My child has really connected with the staff and enjoys seeing all of them. They like the outside area which is used often and the sensory play/ activities that are provided. The facilities are some of the best I have seen at any nursery, I attended quite a few visits before deciding where my child would go.
I loved the fact that the nursery was next to the cafe and beautiful school grounds which they can make the most of during outings. The nursery feels safe and secure and the children all seem to enjoy being there. I like the fact I can receive updates on the app to keep me informed.

We have been so pleased and relieved at how our daughter has settled in and has been looked after. We were able to do half-days and settling in sessions that really helped her adjust to nursery life, and she is thriving. She goes into nursery with a big smile and she comes out with a big smile, calm, well fed, rested and loved. Pick up and drop-off is calm and never hectic or rushed. We get great handovers from the staff, who do their jobs incredibly proffesionally and compassionately. They have helped us with nap-times and potty training and are able to adjust to our needs. The location is peaceful and they have a large and safe area to explore and play. There is also a really great cafe next door, which is ideal for catching up on a bit of work during the school/nursery run.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Clayesmore nursery has provided an environment that feels safe for both our boy and us from the word go. Staff has always been so friendly and accommodating making the process of having our little one starting nursery so much better. Settling in sessions where all well planned and we felt we could have asked for more session if we felt they were needed. When starting nursery the nursery was super flexible with us doing shorter session to allow for our child to adjust which made the whole process so much easier. During drop off and pick up staff always take time to check in and it never feels rushed.
Our key person appointed to our child is amazing and super well fitted to us as a family. Very clear communication and well invested in our child. When picking nursery it was important for us to pick a setting with good outdoor space and a calm environment, Clayesmore nursery has more than delivered that!

My wife and I have been extremely happy with the nursery since our daughter started there. The daily correspondence and pictures of our little A is fantastic and great to see when we are at work. Jen and Jaz in particular have been outstanding and we are very greatful to all the staff for the level of attention and detail they they put in. The report about A was hilarious and a very good read to see how she is away from us.

Our experience of Clayesmore Nursery has been fantastic so far. From the prompt communication and organisation of settling-in dates to begin, to the detailed communication from staff and how much our son enjoys attending the setting now.

Our experience of Clayesmore Nursery has been fantastic so far. From the prompt communication and organisation of settling-in dates to begin, to the detailed communication from staff and how much our son enjoys attending the setting now.
Our 2 year old clearly feels loved and supported going to Clayesmore; he talks fondly about the staff there and all of the friends he has made; every day he asks if he will be seeing his key person which speaks volumes!
The activities are very varied - from walks in the grounds, participating in phonics, playing outdoors, reading stories, singing songs and more, we are confident that our son is constantly developing and learning new things, giving him a brilliant starting point for school and beyond. Aside from this, the staff go above and beyond to support our little boy with things like managing emotions and toilet training.
We feel lucky to have such a great team working with our child and would highly recommend Clayesmore Nursery.

Such a lovely nursery. Our little boy loves playing in the garden and going for walks - they are so fortunate with their beautiful surroundings! We moved to the area and therefore had to move our child to a new nursery and he is so much happier here than previously. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable which makes it much easier to leave him, knowing he's in such capable hands!

My child attends Clayesmore in the early explorer's room and I don't have a single fault! The nursery is a very welcoming environment with incredible staff! The facilities and extra activities like rugby tots & yoga are excellent. After not enjoying a previous nursery setting the transition to Clayesmore has been perfect and my toddler is so much happier and looks forward to going! Highly highly highly recommend!

Our son loves going to Clayesmore Nursery, he has made some lovely friends and had bonded well with the staff. All the staff are very pleasant and always open the door with a welcoming smile. The learning opportunity the children have is second to none with reasonable prices.
The food choices the children are offered is great and its is all freshly made from the school kitchen.
