The Orchard Day Nursery Kew

We were very nervous to change nursery when coming from another country but the staff made the transition very smooth. The staff is so warm and caring with our daughter and really care about her development and health. Our daughter is thriving and really enjoys the nursery.

Management always ensures it's clean and safe and that the kids get a good, healthy and delicious nutrition. Management and staff are always available to answer questions or support when needed. Really happy with the activities they do such as Spanish lessons for instance.

Overall we are very happy with the nursery.

Staff are very caring, warm and patient with our kid. Management is easy to reach and more importantly following up promptly on any concerns/questions/requests coming from us.

For us the nutrition of the snacks/meals and developmental sessions in the nursery were very important to for choosing a nursery and Orchard Kew doing extremely well in both ends.

The only thing could be improved is increasing the space per child but I don't know how behind it is in comparison with other nurseries in the area.

Our little one grew from a tiny baby into a confident, happy preschooler under the exceptional care, kindness and love of the amazing nursery staff.

There simply aren't enough stars to express how grateful we are for everything they have done for her. From her very first days to her final days at nursery, she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared for her, encouraged her, celebrated her little achievements and made her feel safe, loved and valued.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the love, patience, care and dedication you have given our little girl. We could not have wished for a better place for her to grow.

It's been delightful to watch her thrive in the baby room-she thoroughly enjoys the company of her little friends and gets so much out of the fantastic variety of sensory and developmental activities provided. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and caring, which gives us total peace of mind. While London is a diverse city, it was important for us to find a nursery that genuinely embraces diversity in its children, staff, and culture. We particularly value the way cultural celebrations and events are recognised and celebrated throughout the year, helping children develop an appreciation for different backgrounds and traditions. Our little one especially enjoyed the theatre sessions and Spanish classes. We also appreciate the outdoor space and the fact that meals are prepared by an on-site chef.

We absolutely love The Orchard Day Nursery Kew - our little girl is excited every day when she arrives at the nursery. The staff take such excellent care of her and are incredibly thoughtful and kind. We know that our daughter is in great hands. She loves the food too and all the activities that are provided! It appears that my Son is being very well looked after. He often doesn't want to leave when collected. He has improved in several aspects such as verbally, which shows that the staff are taking the time to educate him as well.

My daughter has been going to the Orchard Day Nursery in the baby room for 2 months now, and we are very happy with how warm and caring they are with her, and how they make us parents feel at ease! The communication through the app is very good, giving us updates throughout the whole day. The facility is also very nice. We are overall very pleased and we feel our daughter is really enjoying spending time there!

My boys are so happy at this nursery. The staff are very friendly and encouraging. Through stimulating, play-based activities, they make great progress and achieve their learning goals. Our daughter has been going to Orchards Kew since she was 10mo and now she is 3.5yo. The team are very dedicated, she has a lovely bond with her teachers and peers. They develop her on a personal level and also with learning milestones. I would definitely recommend Kew Orchards to all parents for their babies and toddlers

I'm so pleased with this nursery! The staff are absolutely lovely and have made my son feel so welcome. After just three weeks of settling in, he now loves going every day. The food quality is also great, and I can honestly say I have no complaints at all. It's such a relief knowing he's being so well cared for by such wonderful people.
