I am pleased with the care and support provided by this nursery. From the very beginning, the environment has been warm, welcoming, and nurturing, which made settling my child in a smooth and reassuring experience.
The staff are highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Communication is
top notch-they consistently provide daily and weekly updates both verbally and through the app, which keeps me well informed and at ease about my child's development & wellbeing.
One thing I truly appreciate is their flexibility and understanding, they have accommodated my requests to change times and dates, even at short notice, which has been incredibly helpful.
Most importantly, my child absolutely loves attending the nursery. She is always excited to go, even during holidays or when she is unwell-that shows just how comfortable, happy, & settled she feels there.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, supportive and engaging environment for their child

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The staff are so caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. You can really see the strong relationships they build with both children and parents.
The environment is welcoming, safe, and full of engaging
activities that support learning through play. My child feels happy, secure, and excited to attend, which says everything.
I couldn't recommend this nursery more such a nurturing and supportive setting

My little boy started nursery here when we was 9 months old he is now 2 and a half in all the time he has been here he has come on so much, with his speaking his numbers colours and even putting a sentence together, he adores all the staff but absolutely loves Lauren and xeana he always comes out with
the biggest smile on his face i cant recommend ymca pelsall village nursery enough all the staff are lovely and the environment the kids are in is so creative

Both of my children have attended YMCA Pelsall Village and I have nothing but good things to say. My children's speech, language and development really came on since they started, the staff are amazing always building good relationships with both the child and parent. I feel at ease leaving my children
in such a wonderful place and I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for that special place for their child's first years.

My son has been going to this nursery for more than 2 years. He absolutely loves it, the staff are amazing and friendly. Its a smaller setting which is perfect for us, would highly recommend. The team are all familiar faces to us and my boy will go to any of the team that answer the door in the morning.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since September 2025. She started at 6 1/2 months old and has thrived the whole time she has been there. She loves going in and seeing the different members of staff, which has enabled me to go back to work full-time without any worries.

I feel safe leaving my child at this nursery which is my 1st priority. I also love the app and daily diary that gets updated throughout the day. The added occasional photos of activities is also nice and helps when you feel like your missing moments. The flexibility of the nursery is massively helpful.
And last but nost least my son appears to really enjoy his day there.

The support network offered within this nursery from the whole team is outstanding. They have provided our little family with tailored support, individualised to our needs. They take time to listen to concerns and address any issues enabling continued growth of a happy family network.
The team of
nursery staff are great with the children and you never see an unhappy child. My son loves this nursery and we will miss it come September when he leaves for big school.

A fantastic nursery the prioritises child development whilst providing a fun and safe environment for my son. Staff are fantastic with him, to the point where I recommended the nursery to my sister and as a result my niece also now attends.

My daughter started here in sept 25 and I was a nervous wreck at the thought of her being away from me. I can honestly say the nursery staff are absolutely amazing nothing is ever too much. Her key worker is more than I could ever ask for! She has been going to nursery for 5 months now and I can see
how much she has progressed and I have the staff to thank for help support her in every way possible. I really do have peace of mind when she is there and they even have an app to keep you updated throughout the day on food, nappy changes and naps every parents dream when working. The nursery offers so many opportunities that not all other nurseries do.

This is such a great nursery with very friendly and helpful staff. It's quite a scary thing to leave your child when they are so young but from the start I knew my son would be safe there. The staff in the baby room go above and beyond to help the baby's settle in and also to keep parents updated. Thank

My daughter has been attending YMCA nursery for a few years, this nursey is Excellent! Sarah the manager has made massive improvements and is always very observant and attentive. All the colleagues are very kind and welcoming and truly care. I have seen massive improvements in my daughter with regards
to listening and literacy and she always eats her meals in full that have been prepared by the nursery. The nursery is very modern and very clean and they have a large selection of educational learning and skill building toys. Overall this is a 5 star nursery and I have recommended this nursey to all of my mummy friends. Thank you to all of the colleagues for an amazing journey :)

I can't sing the praises of the teachers and everyone enough,they really do go above and beyond for my child and I can see her thriving everyday thank you so much.
Before she started she was very shy and not confident and now she has excelled and doing wonderful and she is also happier in herself.

My son started last year and loves going in. He's always happy to see the staff. My daughter has recently started and she is always reaching out for staff and smiling when she gets picked up. I'm told everyday that all she does is smile. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery

My child attends YMCA small street she was 8 months old, when she started here. I am super impressed by the fantastic service that I receive for my daughter's developed needs. This nursery has the most proactive hardworking trained and experienced Professionals, they are always welcoming and friendly
t all times, They have the most loving kind and caring staff, always willing to go extra mile to take care of my child's Individual needs. She is provided with all the facilities to maintain and develop her needs in many different ways she made so much progress ive always seen positive outcomes from the management and staff soo wonderful they supported me and my daughter in many ways.
The staff are always giving me wonderful feedback about my child. They also observe in her learning areas and are really impressed how fast she has learnt to explore areas of development independently. The staff always record activities that my child does with her wooow moments and post on the nursery app.

This Nursery is absolutely fab!
They are great at communicating with parents about their children and providing regular updates using the app through everyday.
