My child has been going to the nursery for some time now. During the period of attendance we have had no issues or concerns in relation to the care received. Our child always appears to have had a good day. The activities appear to differ and always include outdoor play where able which is a huge positive.
All of the staff are approachable and friendly. There is a culture within the nursery whereby not one size fits all and care and education is tailored to individual children. There have been times where other professional involvement has been required for additional support, the manager has not hesitated in arranging this. The manager Sarah is great. Their general approach is endearing and supportive without judgement. Very approachable manager, also helps that they are relatable and down to earth. The communication with the nursery overall I cannot fault, app is updated throughout the day, regular pictures of activities my child has undertaken. Would recommended to anybody.

My daughter has been going here since November 2024 & she absolutely loves it here. The staff have been incredible with her from day one, so welcoming & genuinely caring. My daughter is a big character & they allow her to be her full self, whilst still teaching her important values such as patience
and kindness. The staff are always on hand to talk & support where they can. She runs in without even looking back most days, she talks about it everyday, she has made so many friends & the staff are such a vital part of her life. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough. Amazing!!

We absolutely love our son's nursery! It's such a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where he has truly flourished. He has learned so much since starting, both academically and socially, and it's been such a joy to watch his confidence and curiosity grow.
A special mention to one of the practitioners-she
is absolutely wonderful. Her care, patience, and genuine passion for working with children really shine through. Our son adores her, and as parents, we're so grateful for the positive impact she's had on his development.

Since my children started at this nursery beginning of the year 2025 they have seemed to appear very happy and relaxed within themselves. They would happily run to the nursery and the staff always greeted my children with such passion. It's such a lovely happy environment. My children has started learning
so much. They deliver a great service and always update me how my kid's day went. As a parent I'm very happy with this nursery and I would recommend this to many out there.

The nursery is a great provision for my 1 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it and instantly connected with her key worker and support staff. This is due to their friendly and caring demeanour.
The staff and management are supportive and engaging; which helped settled my daughter in the nursery.
I look forward to seeing her gain skills and socially developing as the years go on!
I would definitely recommend this nursery. Keep up the good work and thank you for providing such a positive experience for my child.

My daughter who's almost 2 in August, has been going here since last year and she absolutely loves it. I love seeing the updates and photos sent through the app during the day. Staff are friendly and seem to be caring. Sometimes they run extra activities which parents can attend, free of charge. Highly
recommend this nursery and we glad we chose it for our daughter.

I moved to the area over a year ago and my son was previously in a different nursery. I have been blown away by the difference at this nursery! My son has additional needs and as a first time mom I don't know where to turn with referrals and help with his behaviour. The manager has been monumental with
this! The entire team and shown support and really care about my son. I'll be so sad to leave when he starts school. The ladies here have been so impactful and are simply the best!!

My twins have been attending st James road nursery since it opened. They settled in so well and have learned so much whilst attending. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. There is always someone around to speak to for a handover or when there is something to discuss. I highly recommend this
nursery, lovely laid out rooms and great play garden

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Ymca nursery dudley. From the very first day, the staff made us feel completely at ease, showing genuine care, patience, and warmth toward our son. It's clear they truly love what they do.
The learning environment is bright, safe, and nurturing, with plenty
of creative and educational activities tailored to each child's stage of development. Our son has grown so much in confidence, independence, and communication since he started here.
We especially appreciate the regular updates and photos - it's heartwarming to see him smiling, painting, exploring, and making friends. The staff are always approachable, responsive, and supportive, making us feel like part of a community, not just clients.
We're so grateful to have found ymca nursery - it really feels like a second home for our little one. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring and high-quality early years setting.

The staff are excellent at the nursery, they are welcoming and friendly towards parents and ensure you are kept updated. My child has developed a good bond with the staff and has settled in really well over the past year. The only thing I would improve is that some nurseries have cameras in the rooms
for parents to view which would be beneficial or more pictures/videos on the app for parents to see what their child has been up to. However, with how well my child has settled into this establishment, I am happy with my choice of nursery and would recommend to anyone who is looking for childcare.

Fantastic nursery all around.
I currently have a son who attends the setting.
Staff are always friendly and welcoming.
The nursery offers different sessions to parents, not the typical morning and afternoon sessions. They also offer term time which has been brilliant.
The facilities are homely,
with a beautiful, large garden for the children to play in.
