The only negative thing we would have to say is the cleanliness of the setting it is apparent deep cleaning is not completed regularly. Specifically, at pick up times there is an unpleasant ordure.

A fantastic nursery the prioritises child development whilst providing a fun and safe environment for my son. Staff are fantastic with him, to the point where I recommended the nursery to my sister and as a result my niece also now attends.

The best nursery in my area for my both kids. Highly recommended . Staffs are very professional, caring and positive. Try best to manage , teach and entertain kids based on their needs. I am very pleased with their teams.

My little one loves coming to nursery, he is always greeted with a smile and open arms by the staff, he loves the dinners and playing with his friends and exploring the outside area. Which a decent size.

My son really enjoys his time at this nursery and has formed a great bond with the staff. The nursery workers are lovely and go above and beyond in my son's care. It's reassuring to know that my sons well looked after.

My child is clearly very happy here the staff are amazing with his and he has settled in lovely.

They provider excellent care and education for the children. And that goes to show everything you walk into the nursery the welcoming smiles from staff and the babies

Since my son started this nursery I have had nothing but positive thoughts and reviews to honestly spread. They are such hard-workers who go 110% to look after every children in their care . They also have helped me so so much with my son's development and I really can't thank the staff enough . They are so so patient too :)

My child has been going to the nursery for some time now. During the period of attendance we have had no issues or concerns in relation to the care received. Our child always appears to have had a good day. The activities appear to differ and always include outdoor play where able which is a huge positive. All of the staff are approachable and friendly. There is a culture within the nursery whereby not one size fits all and care and education is tailored to individual children. There have been times where other professional involvement has been required for additional support, the manager has not hesitated in arranging this. The manager Sarah is great. Their general approach is endearing and supportive without judgement. Very approachable manager, also helps that they are relatable and down to earth. The communication with the nursery overall I cannot fault, app is updated throughout the day, regular pictures of activities my child has undertaken. Would recommended to anybody.

I just started my little girl at YMCA i cant believe how shes already thriving following a previous nursery. Sarah, Claire and the whole team are absolutely lovely, welcoming and caring. Honestly i recommend this nursery to any parent cant wait to see my little girl flourishing more. Very happy and proud parent.

I moved to the area over a year ago and my son was previously in a different nursery. I have been blown away by the difference at this nursery! My son has additional needs and as a first time mom I don't know where to turn with referrals and help with his behaviour. The manager has been monumental with this! The entire team and shown support and really care about my son. I'll be so sad to leave when he starts school. The ladies here have been so impactful and are simply the best!!

I couldn't speak highly enough of this nursery and all of the staff here, my little girl here has come on leaps and bounds since starting here because of the attentiveness and encouragement form the staff, she loves coming here and is so happy to run through the door of a morning, I will always recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for their child

My little boy has been attending pelsall lane nursery since January this year and he absolutely loves it. He has come on so much with his speech and confidence thanks to the lovely hard working staff.

I'd recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since Jan 2025 and she is thriving! The staff are always helpful and friendly and genuinely seem to care about the children in their care. They have helped immensely with weaning and introducing different foods and turning ever seems to be too much of an ask. The manager is always willing to help and you are greeted with a smile every time you enter the premises. Our little one is happy and sociable and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives.
